In Battlefield: Bad Company 2 müssen sich Haggard, Sarge, Sweetwater und Marlowe aus der "B"-Company einen Weg durch verschneite Berggipfel, undurchdringliche Dschungel und staubige Dörfer bahnen. Ausgerüstet mit einem gewaltigen Arsenal todbringender Waffen und jeder Menge Fahrzeuge, nehmen die Jungs den Kampf auf - wild entschlossen, alles in die Luft zu sprengen, abzuschießen, zu durchbrechen, zu eliminieren und komplett zu zerstören, was sich ihnen in den Weg stellt. Totale Zerstörung steht auf dem Programm - so total, wie sie nur mit der von DICE entwickelten Frostbite-Engine möglich ist. Verstecken ist zwecklos - diese Lektion werden Gegner online wie offline schon bald lernen müssen.

Aus einer Zeit, in der Dice und EA noch keine riesigen Enttäuschungen waren. Das Spiel hätte eigentlich eine positive Bewertung verdient allerdings ist es immer noch als Multiplayer getagt, wodurch man schnell mal übersieht das EA die Server schon vor Ewigkeiten abgestellt hat.

Für mich der beste Singleplayer aller Battlefield Teile, einmal im Jahr wird das Spiel auf Schwer
durchgespielt, macht immer wieder Spaß.

der serien code funktionirt nicht nicht kaufen abzocke da zahlt man 12 euro für denn bonus inhalt und man bekommt es nicht ich werde weiter bf 4 zocken das ist viel besser

Schade Schade Schade das das Game ein Verdammtes Controller Problem hat hatte wirklich lust auf ein Baller Game :/
Naja vlt kommt ja mal ein Remastered Edition Raus mit Controller Fix . Dann würde ich es Sofort nochmal kaufen und gleich zocken aber so nein Danke .
Habe sogar mit Xpadder program versucht hat aber irgendwie nicht so geklappt wie es sein sollte .
schade das ich leider kein Tastatur / Maus Zocker bin :(

Achtung, nicht kaufen! EA unterstützt dieses Spiel nicht mehr! Es gibt keine offiziellen Spieleserver mehr! lediglich der Einzelspielermodus funktioniert! Steam akzeptiert nach 2 Stunden keine Rücknahme mehr, es dauert allerdings Tage um mit EA Support an den Punkt zu kommen das Spiel nach Origin zu übertragen oder auf Fragen zu antworten! Bei Steam gibt es hierzu nur die Anmerkung, so sind die Regeln, der Umstand das der Multiplayer nicht mehr unterstützt wird macht dieses Spiel im gesamten eigentlich aus und dies wird euch im Angebot von Steam nicht beschrieben, somit kauft ihr Programmschrott! Entschuldigt aber ich habe noch mein BF 2 mit allen DLCs und bin deshalb von Origin zu Steam gewechselt, nun übernehmt Ihr von Steam solche Spiel in euren Shop ohne Support!
Fazit:
Schrott, kein Support kein online Gaming, klbt Euch das Geld an die Backe, geht mit eurer Süßen oder Süßem was leckeres Essen oder zu Friseur, da habt Ihr mehr von!
Steam überdenkt euer Marketing, EA hat nur wegen FIFA überlebt!

Ich habe mich schon angemeldet aber wenn ich mich wider anmelde, dann muss ich wieder meine Seriennummer eingeben obwohl ich das schon gemacht habe. Wenn ich es wieder eingebe dann steht das ich es schon eingegeben habe. Was soll das für eine verarsche sein von euch wtf hatte Vietnam gekauft. Nichts wirklich nichts läuft so wie es soll.

DREISTE ABZOCKE SEITENS EA! (schon wieder)

Super, da freut man sich über das alte BF Bad Company 2 samt Vietnam DLC und muss nach stundenlangem Hin- und Her Gegoogle feststellen, dass ich als Steamnutzer keine Berechtigung habe, mein soeben erworbenes Produkt im Multiplayer zu genießen.

Obwohl:
- Bilder des Multiplayers in der Shopseite angezeigt werden
- Das Spiel in einem Bundle verkauft wird, dessen eine Hälfte nicht mal offline zu spielen ist
- Mit den Online Komponenten ausdrücklich im Shop geworben wird
Zitat: ,,Online Warfare neu definiert: Werden Sie der Herrscher über Land, See und der Lüfte auf riesigen Schlachtfeldern, die für ausgedehnte Kämpfe auf Ranglisten-Servern zur Verfügen stehen.''

Mein Verständnis betitelt derartige Verkaufspraktiken als Betrug, da Sie täuschen und Versprechungen vor dem Kauf machen, die nach Eingang der Zahlung nicht in die Tat umgesetzt werden.
Ein derartiges Verhalten ist nicht tolerierbar, wenn nicht sogar eine totale Sauerei!

Ich verstehe beim besten Willen nicht, wie Steam dieses Verhalten tatenlos betrachten kann, obwohl ständig negative Kritik wie diese - der EA Spiele im Store betreffend - bei Ihnen eingehen.

Das zeigt mal wieder klar und deutlich wie absolut scheiß egal DU der Spieler/in diesem EletronicArsch-Konzern bist.
Solange Honig um's Maul bis die Zahlung eingeht - danach bist du auf dich allein gestellt.

Hört auf diesen Verein zu unterschützen, Sie sind das Böse.

Battlefield Bad Company 2 ist ein Meilenstein, der mich Stundenlang beschäftigt hat. Während auf PC nur 8h Spielzeit vorzuzeigen sind, befindet sich mein PS3 Account bei über 2000h Stunden. Damals wie heute einfach nur geil mit deinem Squad das Gegnerteam auszuweiden.
Aufgrund der niedrigen Playerbase heute ehr lame.

Ich kann dieses Spiel Bedenkenlos empfehlen. Habe es vor Jahren auf XBOX 360 (Online Multiplayer) gespielt und es macht heute noch genau so viel Spaß wie damals!

Ein typisches Battlefield so wie man es kennt.

Ein Muss für jeden Fan und auf jeden Fall lohnt sich ein reinschauen auch für Fans anderer Shootergames.

Runs smooth on intel UHD 630 at 720p.

Don't get why people have a problem with multiplayer. I loaded the game, it asked me to log into my origin/EA account, i log in to my account, i proceed to multiplayer, click refresh on servers, they is loads of servers and still loads of people playing, i click join, it joined the game, in 1440p with 144 fps, NO PROBLEM!

An absolute classic from what was a golden era of multiplayer shooters. It's worth it for just the sublime campaign alone. Missions are varied, guns a aplenty and the gameplay is highly enjoyable throughout. A decade later and this is far superior to Battlefield 2042 which is a testament to the game and also a travesty for this ever-declining series.

It's a disgrace we haven't had Bad Company 3 but the way this franchise is heading, it's probably for the best.

Dont buy this. It wont logon to your EA account so you cant play it. You just waste your time inputting the CD keys and get stuck in a loop of failing to login. Typical EA.

The best battlefield game, characters are easy to tell apart between whos american or whos russian theres no flashlight scopes you can see 100 miles away, the sun doesnt burn holes in your eyes through your computer, theres no weird animations where dudes go full prone to full sprint in half a second with their bodies wiggling free from their hitboxes.
All the guns feel great, everything feels weighty and solid. The game models are kinda wide, makes the maps and everything feel bigger even though most of the maps are smaller in size to other bf games, just a really well done game and a blast to play. Kind of a pain to get setup though but well worth it.

good for nostalgia trip but also to enjoy a game that isn't riddled with bugs or design flaws. if you are not accustomed or even never experienced this era of gaming then it isn't for you most likely.

Some aspects are a little dated, but a really good, hilarious and well written game. All characters are really likable, even if they don't have anything that special about them and the story is just really stupid, But it's good kind of stupid.

Imho the best Battlefield campaign, funny story, good times good memories... great multiplayer with huge maps, destructible objects... easy to get in, hard to master... Not sure how many people still plays multiplayer though, but campaign itself is so good I've finished it 3x in the past 5+ years.

If youre having trouble getting multiplayer do this. sign into ea.com, link your steam account, i just sign in with steam into ea on the website. find the support page and say you have an issue with the game, i chose the topic 'missing content' You get to send them a message and the option of screen shots. i sent a screen shot of steam purchase in email and the purchase on steam. Youll be able to have a live chat with them quick, longest i waited was 2 mins, might take a few mins to get replies because they must talk to many people at the same time. theyll ask your name and how you are, just go along with it, its protocol for them. then theyll ask your issue, say 'Id like the game key for multiplayer please' and theyll ask for your email. (be respectful and kind to them, they are working, they are human, its not there fault) then they will give you a copy of bfbc2 on origins. They sent me the game key but i ended up not needing it. i uninstalled the steam version and installed the origins version. I was smoking some weed and chilling so i didnt mind the wait. Your next issue will be maybe you cant sign into ea 'once in the game and doing you email and your game name etc' i was clicking 'servers' and trying to sign in, no luck. I then pushed 'stats' (like, your game stats and kills etc, its by 'servers' sign in after pushing stats and it works on first try or after 1 or 2. youll be signed in and then can click servers :) If you keep getting kicked out of the game cause of some punk buster error. literally google 'latest version of punk buster' download it and youre good to go. i thought it was cause im in new zealand and my pings bad, not the case. just update punk buster. Im computer retarded and i managed this, you got this homies. If you find need more help, just ask me, its allgood. im always on steam, always gaming, always online :) much love

you can only play single player , Steam doesn't give you the key for online play. I had to contact EA Help and asked them for the whole game, which they agreed to do it free after some procedures. then i have to delete the steam version which i just downloaded, and proceed to download the Origin version of the game with all DLC the same. Steam sells it cheaper than EA that's a plus.

Figured I should go back and throw a quick eye at maps that I'll play in Battlefield 2042. No regrets by my side. I admit I missed this game alot. Aside the fact how this game still holds up to today in graphical and technical terms, and it's still fun just like old times, there's still full servers so lots of players to not get bored quickly.

Don't know if you haven't tried Bad Company 2 yet, but if you already own this game in your library and hyped for 2042, just try. Do it already!

So for my experiences it's an awesome taste and awesome execution! This will be my last review on Steam until 2042 comes out. See yall there in 2042 :D

I remember only playing the campaign all the time back on Xbox 360. Battlefield: Bad Company 2 still holds up in 2021 with environmental destruction, memorable characters, and satisfying gunplay. However the standard fov is nauseating and some ground texture popin is annoying too, but I’m sure there are probably fixes for that on the Steam forums.

Don't invest in EA above 100 bucks. They can't even figure out how to Madden right and that is their #2 cash cow. FIFA could use some touching up too.

This game actually doesn't come with the serial key to play multiplayer, so you need to create an Origin account, link it with your Steam account and go to https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ where you can file a ticket, and after providing proof of purchase support will simply add your BFBC2 game to your account manually. This quite a pain, but still worth it for the best Battlefield game.

First off, This is possibly a biased review. Actually, it is a biased review. This is the review of a very sore, and very sad, 16 year battlefield vet.

I love this game, i fell in love with it when i played the 360 beta so many years ago. I remember playing it with my best friends, staying up all night blasting the audio on war/tapes and laying waste to maps. Frantic rush matches, Conquest matches that came down to the last kill, accidentally getting into a friends game and the thrill of trying to claim their dog tags to add to your collection... it was thrilling.

Back then it was MW2 and this between me and the buds, and i hated MW2 (weird looking back). But this game was different, more calculated, more methodical, and it remained my most played game up until BF3 came out, which i loved. But BF3 never felt truly right, it was straying from what i thought Batllefields direction should be. The BF4 release solidified my fears, and every release since besides BF1 has been a major letdown. My liking of BF1 is more setting related, ww1 never gets done and i enjoyed seeing it, but the gameplay was the same. A more CoD style game gunplay wise but with vehicles and massive maps.

BFBC2 has everything you want in a multiplayer game.

1. Excellent Audio. War/Tapes is how this game was meant to be played. Immersion level 10
2. Balanced gameplay. Every gun feels balanced and feels different. Everyone gets the same 3 options between sights (acog, red dot or irons) choosing a optical sight drops a useful perk. Only Engineers get silencers, Every class plays an integral part in winning.
3. Excellent maps. OMG i cant understate this, map design in this game is some of the best ive ever seen. Sure their are some not so great ones, but they are still better than any of the maps ive played BF4 to the present. Newer BF maps are too big. Too big and camo is useless. In this, using camo and concealment works.
4. Good destruction. The best destruction in the BF series IMO. Every match was a different work of destructive art. Totally unique to the carnage of that match.
5. A good platoon system for playing with your friends.
6. Good Vehicle play. And a dynamic perk system for Vehicles. One drone station per map.
7. Good in game stat collection. You can rank up guns and gadgets, going from bronze to platinum based on kills. Evey melee stealth kill nabs you the dogtag of the player you killed, going into a list of everyone you knifed. Getting a friend or the same player a few times in a match was exhilerating lol.
8. theres a freakin Vietnam addon which is awesome.

Theres more but this is getting long winded, How about some cons?

1. Servers, this game is like 11 years old so player population is much lower and not every map is in rotation. But you can get into XP boosted games to rank up faster.
2. Nobody plays vietnam anymore.
3. Not a lot of customization options.
5. This is the reason i dont recommend this gem of a game. You have to deal with EA. I played for 16 hours before something desynced and i can no longer connect my accounts, i have emailed, i have reset, i have tried everything, i even called tech support. No use, i still cannot use the multiplayer part of the game. Singleplayer is fine, but meh.

This has rambled on long enough, BFBC2 has survived 11 years at the top on my gaming tree. Its survived new consoles, the breakup of friendships, countless BF series entries, the lot. The only thing it seems it cant survive is the future.

Please EA, Dice, Whoever... Give us one more Bad Company.

if you want multiplayer don't buy it, you can't get serial key to access the multiplayer so if you need to play campaign download the crack version is better and save the money,i will refund and download the crack version...thanks for reading my review

Good game. Multiplayer doesn't work because there's no CD Key. In order to get a CD key, you need to link Steam account to origin then contact EA support to get it, Unfortunately, it won't work because the game doesn't need origin to run so you can't link steam to origin unless you have a different game from EA.

Great game, but don't buy it on Steam.

If you do, you'll be pretty much locked out of multiplayer because it requires a CD key that isn't provided by Steam. Which is weird, because the CD keys for the DLC are still accessible, you just don't get one for the main game. If you try to go through the Steam support website, all options eventually lead to the website telling you to go to EA for help. For what it's worth, EA did actually help, but all they could do was give me a copy of the game on Origin, leaving the Steam copy nonfunctional.

So if you're looking to buy this game, save yourself the trouble of going through customer support and just buy the game on Origin.

EDIT: Receiving the game through Origin does actually make the Steam version work, somehow. So if you really want to play through Steam then that option is available, but it still requires going through customer service.

for those not being able to access multiplayer due to a CD key...

1. Make sure you have your steam account linked to origin. You can easily do this through downloading Apex Legends™
and it'll prompt you to login to Origin thus linking your accounts.
2. After you've linked your account go to https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/?product=battlefield-bad-company-2&platform=steam-pc&category=codes-and-promotions&community=true&issue=lost-code&isLoginForm=true (This link is already setup to be the exact link you need to go if it doesnt work in the future just go through the support system per how it is setup and search bad company 2 and the rest is self explanatory.)
3. Talk/chat to a support representative and explain the situation about the missing CD key.
4. They will ask for your email thus showing it is linked to origin and that you own the game.
5. They will after like 5-10 minutes (maybe longer) give you a free copy of Bad Company 2 on origin. This resolves the entire multiplayer issue they might say to just download the origin version but you won't need to as now loading up multiplayer will work instead of prompting for a CD key.

Personaly the best battlefield experience you can get. The sounds and graphics in this game are amazing. It was my first battlefield game and i non stop played the multiplayer. You don't have a million weapons in this game like in the newer battlefield titles. Just a bunch, but it's enough to find your favorite gun.

I don't recommend buying this game right now. Due to an exploit discovered in EA Play where users could create infinite steam keys for EA games that gave keys, (Such as Bad Company 2) and them sell them on sites like G2A for profit, EA had to wipe almost all steam keys that were given. Bad Company 2 is one of those games hit by this exploit. When you purchase the game you will not be given a key for the base game, locking you from playing anything except the campaign. The only way to get a key is to contact EA support, i have not done this myself, but from what many are saying their support is incredibly inconsistent, so i wouldn't trust them to give you a key despite buying the game. I recommend waiting until this issue is sorted out, unless it isn't, in which case R.I.P. Bad Company 2

DONT BUY THIS GAME OF STEAM...

When you purchase this game on steam you will not receive a serial key number, this means you will not be able to log in on an EA account and therefore not be able to play multiplayer. This is a great game as are all battlefield games, but due to piracy you no longer get this CD key (as it was exploited and lots of people could get the game for free) so you should get this game of origin to be able to play multiplayer and the full game. This is very unfortunate and I wish steam would either fix this issue or stop selling a game you cant play...

Warning that this game requires CD / Serial keys that need redeeming through Origin to access the multiplayer components including DLC content. currently like other reviews mention, the steam version seems to be missing the base game CD key which causes some issues. Punk buster anti cheat software that comes with this game also kicked me out regularly which I've now managed to fix and will detail below.

To solve this I had to contact EA Help, create a case with them. Chat with them for about an hour, sent proof of payment via screenshots which they checked live on chat with me and then they finally added the game to my origin library. When they did this my steam version recognised that it was activate on my EA account through the in-game login and let me log into multiplayer.

When I finally got into a match punkbuster kicked me out after 5 minutes each time. Struggled to find a definitive answer online so downloaded the punkbuster setup tool from their official site to update the server clients (still looks like it's from the 1990s) and ran that. It's really simple, you install the setup tool and add the game you want to update (bad company 2) and then press update and it updates all the clients and servers. I also disabled my fire wall as it appeared to be blocking punkbuster A and B processes but I'm not sure if this was ever the issue or if it was the update that were the problem.

Overall the process took about 2 hours but for a £9 game that was on sale and is an absolute classic I can't complain. Definitely needs some kind of warning though for now on the steam page.

The game itself is amazing and still looks just as good as I remember it looking. Button mapping is a bit odd on pc (can't seem to change the option for zooming in / ads to be hold instead of toggle on RMB) and some general jankyness as was the norm for 2010 but overall an amazing experience that needs a remaster. Excited to try out Vietnam for the first time too now punk buster anti cheat software seems to be fixed and not kicking me out.

DO NOT buy this game if it's strictly for Multiplayer. EA has recently done something to the game where it does not offer a CD Key when accessing the Multiplayer component, essentially killing the Multiplayer completely. I don't know if the issue is prominent on Origin but the fact that the game doesn't even offer a CD key for MP to begin with is a massive issue and basically a killing blow to the online community of the game. Even EA support won't help you on this issues so you're screwed.

The single-player is still accessible so there's no issues there and I've played it multiple times on 360 so you're safe there but unfortunately the multiplayer is dead.

At least I got a good taste of bad company

I'm not too hot with Battlefield games lately, since I care more for the story modes and less for multiplayer. However, this spin-off caught my interest since I watched the trailers of the first Bad Company, which are console-exclusive. The humour and the somewhat colorful squad in the story mode you play with added new appeal to this big franchise on its own, while adding destructible environments and delivering high quality production. The same applies to the sequel, which was even released on PC, except that I feel that the characters got watered down in a more somber tone than what was presented in the first game (as far as I saw in those aforementioned trailers). The story is average at best and carries on the narrative of the new cold war that drives it on. It eventually ends on a cliffhanger but any news of another sequel has yet to be confirmed by the date of this review.

The campaign levels do bring good varieties for the player to fight in different terrains. Even vehicles over land, sea and air introduce the gameplay as you get to sit in on on-rails action and eventually driving yourself to carry out the missions your way to some extent. True to the AAA standards, the graphics hold well for its time and the sound has a crisp production.

In the end, I am not so blown away by the end result but am still satisfied to have gotten a taste of the Bad Company franchise.

I just remember being blown away by how good this campaign was. For a war FPS, the missions were surprisingly varied. No mission really felt like any of the others.I like how this game and the one before it really captured the black humour of the men fighting wars such as their distaste for aspects of their job and the whole reclessness and 'not by the book' operations that occurs in real wars.
Dude, this game is absolute legendary. still holds up to this day.

Just a well built classic game. It is hard to find servers because of the games age, but still worth picking up. This game is about 10000 times better than battlefield 5. EA needs to rehire the team that made bad company two and leave the politics to politicians.

I bought this game 2015. I wanted to play again today, but the game tells me my CD-keys are suddenly invalid. I contacted EA support. They say my email doesn't match the one i bought it with, even though it was through this account. Now i can't play it and i can't buy it again on steam. EA has blocked me from ever playing this game again. I feel robbed and at the same time excluded. This is horrible. I know i'm not the only one.

I kinda enjoy the campaign and its characters who act like a teenager, Sadly, It was just average at best. Although reading the critics reviews, sounds like the game strong spot is actually the multiplayer. I can easily see that the way I enjoyed a lot of the game features, and I might check that out later.

I only played the single player game, and yes it's about time that I finally played through this wonderful single player campaign. The graphics engine that DICE created for this game way back almost 8 years ago still looks great, until you get close up to walls or other materials. The game was smooth, it was entertaining, it looked great, the smoke from the gun fire and explosions really played well into making the gun fights challenging when under heavy fire. Your squad does help, but mostly it's up to you to make it all happen.

There are a variety of weapons though you can only carry two at a time. I found my automatic rifle and my sniper rifle to be the best two to carry. The storyline had its moments, though nothing to really brag about. I did enjoy those moments of humanity during the war segments. Some came off as cheesy, but others really were well directed and written. I especially liked the helicopter hippy, great character.

The sound I found to be excellent. The echo in a room with my shell cassings dropping compared to the sound it makes when you are outside was fantastic. Overall sound was top notch as was the music when it came on.

The single player campaign was short, but maybe if it was longer I wouldn't have enjoyed it as much as it wasn't altogether that repetitive other than the gunfights which were welcomed each and every time. The game is split between vehicle segments where you control the vehicle and gun, rail segments where you fly or drive but only get to control a gun, and then of course the on foot segments with the aforementioned gun fights.

DICE hasn't never truly let me down, and this game continues their standard of games.

Had I played this game many years, I would have played the multiplayer. I tried getting on a Vietnam MP map and I was the sole soldier....I still died though.

Still the most fun battlefield title to get into. over 1500h total in this game in console + PC and it's still amazing - good graphics, slow gameplay forces you into more tactical setting and to play with team. With Project Rome you can also mod the game quite extensively and really start to grasp the potential this game and all after it had of great modding success... Which was wasted in favor of micro transactions, DLCs and no modding whatsoever... Thank you old DICE.

i wish this game got repopulated, i used to play this game back in the days it was in my opinion one of the best battlefield games ever :D i used to play it on PS3 when it came out it was awesome. they 100% should remaster this masterpiece

Surprisingly, after a decade still you have to wait in a queue to join in a server, the game is not dead at all yet. Up until this time, never thought I would have a hell of fun with a 10 years old game, totally worth the 18 pounds (although I've purchased on sale). nonetheless, the anti-cheat system ([strike]punkbastard[/strike] punkbuster ) is absolutely irritating at first. since you may probably come up with random kicks by punkbuster. I would suggest you to take a look at the following guidance. it helped me a lot.

CD key no longer working
played in 2017 for about 10 hours, Only had 1 EA account.

Reinstalled yesterday and can no longer play online because of a non-working cd key (used my only EA account).
No assistance from Steam (game is made by EA) -> head to EA.com -> only option is to call in Europe (I'm NA).

Lost the battle without entering the field. GG.

This game is fun and all and one of the best games in the franchise but it has problems due to it being 10 years old. Biggest problem is probably that the game is shit on steam and you have to add this game into your Origin library then if you wanna play a game without getting you have to download something from nvidia. Another Problem is that the balancing is god awful. Sometimes I'll join a server and my team is full of level 10s with a few max levels while the other team is mostly max levels and we don't stand a chance.

One of the best game that I have played to death. It's Battlefield and its absolutely wild and hectic !!!

Love the action, LOve the intensity, Love game Mode: Rush

This was the first game that played when i was a kid and got know of Battlefield, sooo many nostalgic feelings and deep love for this game.

The campaign is totally worth it, its humourous depiction of the cold war and our fun and engaging protagonist Marlowe and the funny dialogues when we with our squad during cutscenes and during the heat of a shoot out is something that I have never experienced in any game !

The Multiplayer is all about frags and blow things up, endless destruction and carnage , there are 4 unique classes to choose from : Assault, Medic, Engineer, Recon , each having their own tricks up their sleeve. from weapons and gadgets to customizations you have a whole variety of arsenal to be unlocked from each classes that you pick

its truly fun to get kills and blow things up with an RPG. with russians screamin out: BLEYATT!!
I seriously donno what the hell it is but it sure sounds funny when i get kills.

while on the other hand our boys from the USA, shouts out crazy callouts and shouts when he gets kills,
whereas people around us yell, with some random shouts when we die, i guess thats what made this game truly fun to play.

people give out their voices when things happen in a battlefield it may sound somewhat repetitive but those generic premade sounds are what makes this game fun and engaging along with a goood enuf physics and gameplay to make things blow up into smithereens !!!

DICE AND EA have done a wonderful job by creating this wonderful masterpiece(IMO) that I will never forget ever in my life !!!

If U are searching for online FPS to play - this is the one U might like. Multiplayer is still full of servers and gameplay is as good as it was on release. Still really fun to play, even after all these years.

Btw. Campain is great to!

This game can only be installed on one PC.

Should you get another new machine. You will get an error message saying the key has been registered
and you won't be able to play multiplayer again.

Buy with CAUTION !!!!! if you are planning to get a new pc soon.

One of the best campaigns in the Battlefield series, and still holds up quite well. The multiplayer is still fun, there are only community run servers which are not always full but still enough players are around to have fun.
Would recommend buying even now, 100%.

Don't buy the game, EA artificially inflated the price.

While the game itself is fantastic and there's still a couple of active servers available, I cannot recommend it anymore solely due to the fact EA hiked the price for no reason whatsoever. The base price used to be 9.99 EUR, got inflated to 19.99 EUR. On top of that asking 14.99 EUR for Vietnam DLC despite the fact that the servers are completely dead is a straight up con.

Great job raising your prices outside of the US, EA. Very cool. This game used to cost 10€, now it's at double of that. EA never disappoints.

In my opinion the best Battlefield game that exists.
Amazing sound.
Amazing, very immersive gameplay.
Nice characters and campaign.

However, an update of the leaderboards would be needed
because the scores are in an overflow and all websites
with the external data no longer exist.

Story is halfway decent but if you really want to live or re-live what Bad Company was all about, a decent amount still play.
