Escape Simulator ist ein First-Person-Rätselspiel, das Du alleine oder im Online-Koop spielen kannst. Erforsche eine wachsende Anzahl hochinteraktiver Fluchträume. Bewege Möbel, hebe alles auf und untersuche es, zerschlage Töpfe und knacke Schlösser! Unterstützt von der Community erstellte Räume durch den Level-Editor.

Interaktive Rätsel: Stöbere durch 15 Räume voller Rätsel, die von echten Escape-Room-Betreibern entworfen wurden. Wenn etwas nicht an die Wand genagelt ist, kannst du es aufheben.

Online-Koop: Alle Räume sind im Online-Koop spielbar. Passe deinen Charakter an und schließe dich mit einem Freund zusammen, um die Rätsel gemeinsam zu lösen. Zwei Köpfe sind besser als einer!

Untersuche alles: Lies dich durch Bücher, untersuche alte Artefakte und finde Hinweise für Rätsel. Musst du einen Hinweis mit einem Querverweis versehen? Kein Problem - hefte ihn einfach an den Bildschirm.

Von der Community erstellte Räume: Das Spiel enthält einen Raum-Editor, mit dem du deine eigenen Escape Rooms und Rätsel entwerfen kannst. Durch die Workshop-Integration kannst du fantastische Dinge spielen, die die Community erstellt hat.

Fünfzehn Räume sind in Packs angeordnet:

Labyrinth von Ägypten
"Du und dein Mentor habt das antike Labyrinth von Ägypten entdeckt. Aus Versehen aktivierte er eine Falle, und ihr wurdet getrennt, ohne einen Ausweg in Sicht."

Treiben im Weltraum
"Eine Explosion weckt dich auf. Dein Raumschiff wurde von Trümmern getroffen und du fliegst direkt auf die Sonne zu."

Herrenhaus Edgewood
"Du wurdest zu einem besonderen Abendessen in Dr. Edgewoods Herrenhaus eingeladen. Anstatt zu essen, wirst du ein viktorianisches Rätsel lösen."

Super spaßig und die Kreationen der Community sind großartig! Die vorgegebenen Räume machen auch Laune, sind aber ein bisschen klein (vor allem im Multiplayer) und in der Menge auch ziemlich wenig. Es ist nicht jedermanns Sache sich durch die Community-Räume zu wühlen, denn da ist natürlich auch viel Schrott dabei und manchmal muss man etwas länger suchen, bis man einen ordentlichen Raum gefunden hat. Das sollte man vor dem Kauf bedenken. Ansonsten aber eine uneingeschränkte Kaufempfehlung.

Ich hab mir das Spiel geholt, ohne große Erwartungen zu haben und ich war sehr positiv überrascht.
Das Spiel hat tolle Rätsel und es macht wirklich Spaß. Auch der Koop-Modus ist einfach nur super und macht großen Spaß.
Es gibt sogar einen Editor und somit unendliche Möglichkeiten und zig Räume, die man sich aus dem Workshop runterladen kann.
Ich kann es auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Dieses Spiel übertrifft meine Erwartungen bis ins All. Die Rätsel sind teilweise sehr anspruchsvoll, aber durch den Zeitdruck ist es sehr lustig zusammen zu knobeln.

This is a fun and quirky game for people who love to puzzle! I had really great times while playing Co-op and can gladly recommend it.

Das Spiel ist sein Geld wert.
Man bekommt genau das was man erwartet und
dadurch dass es Community-Level gibt kann man theoretisch unendlich viel Stunden spielen.
Natürlich macht es in Coop am meisten Spaß.

Genau das was ich von dem Spiel auch erwartet hab.

The kind of game i keep coming back to. Some workshop creations are very well done, mad props to all players who create cool stuff. Would be nice if they were provided with more tools as the possibilities are somewhat limited. Hope the devs come up with new maps as the available ones are pretty short.
I recommend these workshop rooms:
Clockwork Inc - best one I've played through, Three-Palm Island, Deluxe Museum Heist, Wincrest Manor, Riddles Books and a Lab, Haunted Mansion, Color Wheel

Very polished and smooth experience! I just wish there was a toggle/command to see what items the other players pinned on their screen. There is a great variety of puzzles and none of the puzzles have been unfair so far.

Edit : The game started lagging after two hours for some reason, me and my friend refunded this, which is unfortunate cause the game is great. Luckily, this does not seem to be a wide spread issue so I still recommend this game to others.

Great game to play with friends. Also completionists will have a great time collecting tokens!

Only things i might add are:
- weird placement of mouse sensitivity option (can only change in main menu)
- Game doesn't close properly on Linux
- Networking has issues sometimes
- Turn mouse smoothing off by default as this was atleast my trigger for motion sickness

Great game, if you love the niche of escape room games this one is a no-brainer, with a workshop and map editor on launch, the fledgling community has already created a great library of custom content and rooms that's only going to grow.

I'm sure the developers will continue adding features both to the core game and to the editor as so far they have been quick to respond and fix issues and bugs so I'm looking forward to what's to come.

You get a lot of content for a very small price tag and you won't need to buy another escape room game again!

Really great game to play coop with a friend, such as I did with PrudentSpinach! Puzzle's are neither too complex nor too easy, just about right to provide a pleasant challenge. The environments are also nicely designed, with 3 different themes: Ancient Egypt, Space Shuttle and Victorian - they provide nice vibes to complement the puzzle-solving experience.
