Ich bin ein großer Fan von den F1 Spielen. Bisher war ich anfangs auch sehr begeistert von diesem Spiel. Grafisch einfach top, viel Inhalt und macht sonst auch einen sehr guten Eindruck.
Was das genau Problem ist das dieses Spiel egal welche Einstellungen ich bisher vorgenommen habe entweder das Spiel mich zurück auf den Desktop bringt, einfach abstürzt oder Bluescreens verursacht.
Nach den Mindest Anforderungen sollte es bei mir super laufen. Das war bisher sonst auch so, aber immer wieder gab es ein Problem. Mal war der Sound weg oder es gab wie schon davor erwähnt andere Schwierigkeiten. Ich hoffe das sich der eine oder andere Fehler oder Bug in der Zukunft ändern wird. Wenn man was heraus bringt sollte es auch gut laufen ohne das es immer wieder Probleme gibt oder Bugs vorhanden sind. Wäre super, denn dann würden auch wieder mehr in Zukunft F1 spielen.

Nein, das Spiel ist in mehreren Faktoren einfach nur schlecht. FFB nicht zu gebrauchen das Gameplay mit KI und Menü unterste Schublade.
Für mich nicht mal die 5.99 euro Wert gewesen.
F1 2020 ist nicht Besser, schade

Sehr realistischer Formel 1 Simulator, habe den 2018er Teil auch gespielt, Grafik technisch und vom Spielerlebnis her werden die F1 Teile immer besser.
Nur zu empfehlen das Game!!!

Gut gemachtes Spiel. Schöner Zeitvertreib für Solo- und Mehrspieler.
Auf Dauer sind die Trainingsprogramme eintönig, aber leider notwendig um die
erforderlichen Ressourcenpunkte für Entwicklungen zu bekommen.
Die Upgrades in der Entwicklung sind sehr teuer und schwer zu erreichen.
Man hat ständig das Gefühl, zu wenig Punkte zu bekommen bzw. zu haben.
Da würde ich mir mehr Kreativität und mehr Möglichkeiten für die Erlangung der
Punkte wünschen.
Trotzdem würde ich dieses Spiel weiterempfehlen.

Top F1 Rennsimulation.
Auf niedrigem Schwierigkeitsgrad auch für Amateure geeignet, auch wenns einem die KI dann sehr leicht macht. Auf mittlerem grad, zeigt das Game dann Stärke. Die KI lässt Chancen aber nutzt auch jeden Fahrfehler den du machst. Fahrfehler werden mit Überholmanövern quittiert und wer auf die falsche Strategie setzt wird dafür Plätze einbüßen. Spätestens auf den Schwierigkeitsgraden jenseits von 75 Punkten wird das Game garstig. Die KI ist Angriffslustig und fordert in jeder Situation Wachsamkeit und Talent. Wer hier nen Fehler macht wird durchgereicht.

Obwohl ich einige Situationen hatte in denen ich hätte in den Controller beißen wollen, würd ich das Game jedem Renn Sim Fan empfehlen.

Nehmt ruhig das Game vom Vorjahr, zwischen F1 2019 / 20 konnte ich keine erwähnenswerte Verbesserungen feststellen.

Ein schlechteres Spiel habe ich noch nie gesehen. Kaum startet man es geht der Sound einfach flöten, der Ingame Sound ist auf Max. und alles andere hört man nicht mehr. Man lenkt ganz zart und tippt Gefühlt die Lenkung er macht ein 720 drauß. Größter Rotz den es gibt!!

Bestes F1 Spiel seit 2013. Das Gameplay ist sehr flüssig. Der Karrieremodus realistisch und die KI ebenfalls. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Im Vergleich zu anderen Sportsimulationen sind Gameplay Elemente kaum individuell anpassbar. (Beispiel: Schwierigkeitsstufe einzelner Fahrer kann man nicht ändern). Der 2020er Teil wird es schwer haben diesen zu übertreffen.

Das einzige Spiel, bei welchem es dauerhaft Probleme mit dem Lenkrad gibt. Jedes andere Spiel erkennt mein Lenkrad ohne irgendwelche Mukken.

Mein erstes F1 Spiel was ich intensiv zocke und ich muss sagen das ich absolut begeistert bin. Singleplayer ist ein wenig öde auf Dauer, aber der Multiplayer mit anderen Spielern macht einfach richtig fun. Ungarn in Regen mit 20 menschlichen Spieler, einfach grandios. Zudem kann man selbst gemachte Weltmeisterschaften fahren zum Beispiel mit Excel verbunden oder halt das was zur Verfügung vom Spiel steht. Das zusammen fahren und das Miteinander im TS ist einfach cool.

Ein tolles Spiel für alle, die gern offline die Kariere spielen möchten. Für alle die lieber online spielen, gibt es von mir für dieses Spiel leider keine Empfehlung, da es leider wie auch die Vorgänger zu verbuggt ist. So kommt es beispielsweise vor, dass man einige Minuten im Ladebildschirm zwischen Quali und Rennen feststeckt, oder man Ewigkeiten braucht, bis man eine passende Lobby mit ausreichend Spielern gefunden hat.

If you're like me and you're not fussed about MyTeam, that all you really want to do is start a career as a driver, work from the bottom up to the top or join your favourite team and taken them to glory, then out of all of the Codemasters F1 games before and after, this is the one you should try. It's the one that I always come back to because of the following:

Better than F1 2018 because: upgraded graphics and includes driver transfers. Sure they might be a bit wacky sometimes, but who thought Bottas would join Alfa Romeo a year ago? All part of the fun, make up a story in your head and create the drama that surrounded the transfer.

Better than F1 2020 because: there's stuff to do in between races - you renew your contract every 4 races, you have qualifying and race targets set by the team, plus a goal for bonus R&D points (all of this taken out of the game since F1 2020 onwards), you get a real sense of having a presence in the F1 paddock, that other teams have got their eye on you (reputation graph reflects this). F1 2020 (and 2021) is, in comparison, bland. It's just race, R&D, race, R&D. It gets very repetitive. There's a complete lack of atmosphere and the sense that you're aiming for something.

Better than F1 2021 because: better, more immersive wet weather experience (F1 2021 'reworked' wet weather but there's hardly any spray, track doesn't look anywhere near 'reflective' wet even during monsoon conditions), ability to change difficulty in the loading screen (this was removed in F1 2021, if you set a difficulty, go into a session and you're not happy with it, tough - you're stuck with it until the next session. Potentially ruins quali and races), better physics (2021 cars don't have enough grip or downforce), plus 2021 has numerous other bugs that have existed (and have been reported) since the game's release but with no attention paid to them. A huge shame.

On top of this, F1 2019 has the largest amount, and biggest era-to-era range, of classic cars out of all the games in the series that feature them, a whole load of extra non-career championship styles to play, the addition of the F2 'Devon Butler' experience (you can always skip this and not have Butler & Weber included in your career save when you start it, there's not really much to experience with them past the F2 intro), better visual effects such as cloud shadows and dust kicking up off the racing line, and Hockenheim for those wet 2019 Mercedes blunder-vibes!

Plus, due to the way MyTeam 2nd driver bonus ratings work in 2020 and 2021, it's had an unwanted effect of making the 2nd driver more successful than the 1st driver, even in Driver Career, with Bottas and Perez outperforming Hamilton and Verstappen. No such issue in F1 2019! Everyone performs as they should.

So if you're just getting into F1, or are a bit jaded with 2021, give 2019 a go - it should be going for peanuts in a sale.

800 hours, a 50% 10 season career and one broken xbox controller later I can definitely say that this is a great game. I haven't played many racing sims or games but I really wanted an approachable way to experience the thrill of racing and this game delivers. I think its also a great way for fans of the sport to further understand the tracks and get a better understanding of how cars handle. Especially on a controller this information is probably far from accurate but I have gained a much better understanding of terms such as understeer, oversteer, slipstreaming etc. which has made watching the sport more immersive and enjoyable.

I love this game. It contains all the usual polish of Codemasters F1 games, but for me the icing on the cake is the inclusion of F2 cars and the fantastic Prost vs Senna challenges.

Only one complaint from me. I wish time trials could begin from the pit-lane or start-line. I hate rolling starts.

Something's definitely off about the physics system, but I can't put my finger on what it is. I never felt like I had a good connection to the car that I was driving, which is a shame considering that the rest of the game is excellent. However, if you are interested in sim racing or are planning on using a wheel, I would not recommend this game. Get Assetto Corsa, and then some of the free F1 mods instead.

There aren't many racing games I like, but this is one of them. The level of strategy involved makes the game a lot more interesting to me, and the fact that strategy can help you win over sheer racing ability is pretty cool I think. And everyone enjoys driving incredibly fast, so Bob's your nigger, really.

As per my previous F1 2018 review. This game is an absolute blast to play especially when a dude going 320kph just come down into turn one and makes you the first person to land on titan. This special species of uncultured country orangutans are one for everyone to experience. 11/10

I've played it a lot recently and it's a really fun racing game. It keeps good balance between arcade and simulator which makes this game approachable for new players.

I hate only two aspects of F1 2019: AI and the technical side of multiplayer. Artificial Inteligence is so bad it should be called Artificial Foolishness. Multiplayer is often unplayable - it kicks you out, lobby freezes or game crashes.

If you play the game on n high difficulty it is very competitive against the AI. The graphics is also good. Very nice game.

I've bought it cause I wanted an F1 game. And this was cheaper than 2020. Got hooked, played many hours and screamed at the screen for many more. First start-crashed. Some troubleshooting later and it crashes again but starts for the third time. Did most of the career and at race 17 started experiencing crashes. Anytime I did something remotely outside the game I've experienced a crash. This issue has moved into the game itself and it became unplayable. If anyone wants to rip their hair out as well I'd definitely recommend it otherwise not so much.

Game was really good and fun until I got a 3000 series card and the game has been permanently broken. Codemasters doesn't appear to update it anymore and haven't responded to any of my support requests.

I love this series and the sport that they cover. Every race is another 90 mins where I am more focused than I have ever been doing anything else, thinking about how I can change the strategy in order to get to the checkered flag first, as these AI are ruthless. I play on 95 difficulty with most assists on and these guys definitely race harder than the entire 2020 roster races Lewis Hamilton. I'd love to turn TC off but the amount of wheelspin you get is just impossible for me to deal with on a gamepad. Once you go into the newly added F2 championship, it is a completely different story. The young talents over there are just as fast if not faster than the multiple championship winning veteran F1 drivers. The F2 cars are in my opinion, much more fun to fling across a track, especially with TC and ABS toggled off. No racing game can match the thrill of battling 19 other Max Verstappens on the Red Bull Ring. The tracks that are great are REALLY great, and there is no worse experience worse than racing for 90 mins on Yas Marina. This year's weird season definitely shows that there are better tracks to race on such as Portimao, Mugello, Imola and especially Istanbul Park. These questionable tracks are not the fault of the game, but the fault of the track designer, Hermann Tilke, who has been responsible for the boring modern tracks that are scared to allow overtaking on them. He has made some decent tracks such as Sepang and Sakhir but these are the exceptions. Tracks such as the aformentioned Yas Marina, Abu Dhabi, and especially Catalunya have been the main reason why some races are more boring than watching paint dry. This applies to watching and taking place in races. There are some glitches with the game, such as Daniil Kvyat getting 45+ place grid penalties in every race after the Summer Break and front wings mysteriously disintegrating at 300+ kph. This game can improve in some ways however. There is only one podium celebration so after every race, you get to see the exact same 10 second animation over again. Also there should be an option for random mechanical issues so that you are at the same level of competition as the rest of the grid. Every driver has about 2-5 DNFs due to mechanical failures throughout a full length season and it makes the journey to the championship a lot easier when your engine is impenetrable while everyone else has the engine reliability of 2015 McLaren. Also, a more detailed damage model would be nice. Not as detailed as Wreckfest but a damage model similar to IRacing would be nice. Even on simulation damage, I can slam a barrier with my rear tires at 250 kph and nothing would happen except maybe a puncture. Overall, this game is great when you are in single player. Multiplayer is a whole different story that is subjective to the people you are racing against. This game is easily the best game Codemasters had made up until this point up until F1 2020 but i have yet to buy that and am waiting for F1 2021. I have played F1 2020 before however and thought mostly the same but the overtake button really ruins the ERS system by making it incredibly simple. Also the new tracks. Zandvoort is a classic and holds up to this day racing modern day F1 cars and making for a great experience. That track is also great for Formula Renault as well. Hanoi is sadly another Tilke nightmare. There are some overtaking opportunities but they are very boring to race in. If you are looking for an arcade F1 sim, I would personally go to this game over F1 2020 to hold you over until F1 2021 comes in with the new Saudi Arabia track coming in and possibly some of the replacements of this year becoming a part of the calendar for the foreseeable future. I am hoping for either Portimao or Istanbul Park. if there is a F1 game to buy during a sale before F1 2021, it is this one.

Amazing game, a must have for any F1 fan! I use a Logitech G29 wheel & pedals combination with a Playseat Challenge and it makes for a hell of a racing experience! So much fun.

The game is a huge improvement compared to the 2018 version from the graphics, gameplay, control, sound, and effects etc..
There are some glitches specially in the multiplayer mode when some player gets disconnected before the session starts, sometimes this prevents everyone from joining the session and ends up everyone has to quit the game and restart it.

Really, it depends on you. For me, it was rather disappointing. I grew up playing NFS and recently I picked up Forza Horizon series. I'm rather good at those games on harder difficulties aswell. I saw this game was on sale, so I tried it out. For me, it was a disappointment, because of how hard it is. My speed is on par with 70/100 AI, but I spin alot, even with traction control. On 2 practices, I spun out 3 times, again, with traction control turned on. And the AI is not the best neither. I almost did a sBinalla on practice, I managed to keep the car, but an AI was right behind me and he CRASHED into ME and I got a 5 place penalty. Bull. Crap. Than on the first ever race in F1 (not in the F2 part at the very beginning), I wanted to overtake starting from the last place (due to sBinalla on qualifying AND 5 place penalty), but the AI pushed me onto the grass, thus me doing another sBinalla at the 3rd corner of the 1st lap and thus I just rage quitted. And I spent over 7 hours, so I can't even refund.

TL;DR If you grew up on arcade racing games, think it trough, this is a hard game. If you like simulation games or have the patience, which I clearly don't, than you will probably enjoy the game.

I've been playing F1 since 2017. This F1 game has to be one of my least favorite F1 Game. But overall its an ok game. It crashed a lot on my PC. But this game has a huge increase in graphics compared to F1 2018.

Very good game, a steering wheel adds much more fun to it than a controller. Also its lighter performance wise from the 2020 counterpart, highly recommend it to people who love formula 1 games and have a low to med spec PC.

I purchased the game in Dec 2019 and was playing it just fine until Aug 2020. Then suddenly, the Steam App/SystemOrWhateverYouWantToFackingCallIT started to prompt me to buy it. I want my money back. If I was told that I was going to buy the rights to play the game for 8 months, I'd told you to Shove it!

Tl;dr: If you like F1, like racing games, you'll like this.

Pros: Looks good, nice career mode, Adding F2 is a nice touch though it can go further.

Cons: Not straightforward to set up an online lobby to do a Championship with friends. Took me a Google search and some trial and error.
The interview system is an improvement but still can be better, feel more natural etc.
I personally dislike the more arcade-y feel to the game but it makes it easier for newer players and those new to the sport overall to jump in and play.

Online is... Well, not Codemasters fault but it is ridiculous.. The whole online system needs an overhaul to greater punish genuinely toxic players that take others out or don't race in the spirit. Go Wreckfest or something if you want a game to smash other cars up.

This game is fantastic! Not perfect, but hey, you really feel immersed in you career and almost every detail in the races is outstanding, if you love F1 you can't miss it!

Played it while it was free to play. What upsets me is that the F2P promotion ended with the sale promotion, in which I totally would have bought the game, but now its a bit out of my price range. I wish it would go back on sale soon! Otherwise, I had a blast playing while I had the chance, but I just can't spend 70 dollars on it at the moment.

Edit: It went on sale! HAHA! I'm glad to say I have purchased it now and am ready to finish off career mode!

I never thought I would say this but F1 2019... I am really enjoying it.
It has a level of racing for everyone really and career mode is really nice!
Well done Codemasters.

Oh yea if crashes trouble you, try starting in Directx 11

I was reluctant to buy this because 2020 should be out in a few months but I couldn't pass up the deal I got. I am having a blast with this game! The presentation is wonderful, sense of speed is some of the best I've experienced, and the AI seems very human like so far. I was a little worried about the RPG elements and leveling up because I'm not really into stuff like that but it really isn't that much to worry about and I'm glad I got over myself. I've completed 2 weekends so far with default assists on and I'm currently 10 points behind 1st in the standings. I think it's time to take assists off. Oh I'm using a PS4 controller, by the way. I'll be happy to answer questions if you have any.

Lewis wins too damn much! But enough about real F1... Game is quite good. Plays nice with my wheel (T300), AI adjustment is lovely (more race games/sims need such accuracy) and it's fun battles.

Though having you just pick your team rather than getting job offers etc... is a bit stupid. But at least drivers can change teams now.
