Montiere ein Bauteil des Panzers ab
Verwende Werkzeuge und nimm damit jeden möglichen Panzer auseinander. Du kannst die Außenteile eines Panzers von unten (Räder und Ketten) bis hin zum Turm (Kanone, Rohr, Wiege usw.) zerlegen. Zusätzlich können auch das Innere des Panzers, der Mannschaftsraum, der Panzermotor und das Antriebssystem des Panzers renoviert werden.

Nimm im Inneren des Panzers Platz, wie es alle Besatzungsmitglieder auch getan haben. Von hier aus hast du besseren Zugang zu den Bauteilen im Innern. Repariere Luken, Sichtgeräte, Munitionshalter, Komponenten der Antriebssteuerung und Getriebeteile.

Um den Tank zu starten, müusstden Motor, das Getriebe und das Kraftstoffsystem reparieren. Nimm den Motor heraus und bringe ihn in einen speziellen Motorständer, um an ihm arbeiten zu können. Stelle sicher, dass das Kraftstoff-, Kühlmittel- und Ölsystem zusammengebaut und die Flüssigkeiten eingefüllt sind, damit der Motor auf die Probe gestellt werden kann.

Unsere Panzer und Fahrzeuge basieren auf Konstruktionsunterlagen, Expertenmeinungen und Erkenntnissen aus führenden Museen des Zweiten Weltkriegs. Unser Ziel ist es, den Bau und die Reparatur dieser legendären Maschinen auf unterhaltsame und realistische Weise zu simulieren.

Passe deinen Panzer je nach deinen Vorlieben an - verwende verschieden Tarnfarben, lackiere ihn neu, wähle Aufkleber auf usw.

Finde und berge Panzer
Eine der Möglichkeiten, einen Panzer zu finden ist eine Bergungsmission. Nachdem du die entsprechende Stelle gefunden hast, an der du den Panzer unter der Erde vermutest, musst du das Bergungsteam rufen. Bereite den Panzer für die Bergung vor, indem du den Schlamm aus dem Fahrzeug pumpst und dann den Panzer gründlich reinigst. Koordiniere zu guter Letzt schließlich die Bergung des Panzers auf den Lastwagenanhänger, um die Mission zu beenden. Danach geht es schnurstracks in die Werkstatt.

Teste deinen restaurierten Panzer
Fahre auf das Testgelände, prüfe die Möglichkeiten deines Panzers auf dem Hindernisparcour. Begib dich in den Panzer, starte den Motor und drehe ein paar Runden, um zu prüfen, ob auch alles in Ordnung ist.

Du kannst den Panzer auch auf das Testgelände bringen, wo du auf einem speziellen Schiessplatz die Panzerwaffe testen kannst. Dabei stehen dir zwei verschiedene Kameramodi zur Verfügung, um die Kontrolle über den Panzer zu behalten.

Für Leute die gerne mal selbst genau unter eine Panzerluke schauen und arbeiten wollen ist das Spiel ein Genuss !

Seitdem gibt eine eine kleine Anzahl von Panzer die sehr detailgetreu gebaut sind.

Man kann von Kunden die Panzer wieder aufpeppen oder man bergt selber die Panzer und kann sie in sein eigenes Museum platzieren oder verkaufen.
Man kann auch auf einen Schießstand fahren und paar kleine Schießübungen machen oder man macht kleine Testfahrten auf dem Gelände.
Die Panzer kann man komplett auseinanderbauen und wieder zusammen.

Fazit:
Es ist ein sehr gelungenes Spiel wo man sein wissen und seine Fähigkeiten auf die probe stellen kann eines Panzer Mechanikers.
Durch die gelungene Grafik werden viele Details in der Welt aber am meisten von den Panzer echt hübsch.
Durch den Workshop kann man noch mehr rausholen aber ich hoffe das noch mehr Content kommt was ich aber so oder so hoffe.
Das Spiel hat potenzial und wer es schon selbst getestet hat der wird es aber auch wissen.

Was ich mir noch wünsche zu dem Spiel wäre z.B. weitere Fahrzeuge (WW1 u. WW2), Tarnungen (Tarnnetze), Lackierungen sowie Farben, vielleicht auch noch weitere Sachen wie Kleidung, Waffen und noch andere Gegenstände.

Leider gibs auch kleine Fehler z.B. mit Gegenstände die nicht reagieren bei Montierung an den Panzer (Schrauben).
Beim Schießstand ist die Mausempfindlichkeit mega krass empfindlich.
Im Testgelände wo man sein Panzer fahren kann, können manche Fahrzeuge sich festfahren oder kommen über ganz kleine Steigungen oder Hindernisse nicht rüber.

Im guten und ganzen läuft alles top und es sind keine ernsten Probleme vorhanden.
Der Preis ist komplett Fair.

Kann das Spiel nur weiter Empfehlen und einen Daumen nach oben da lassen !

Absolut zu empfehlen für Spieler die ein Faible für Kriegsgeschichte und natürlich auch für Panzer haben!

Worum geht es in dem Spiel genau?
Der Name „Tank Mechanic Simulator“ ist hier Programm. Der Spieler erbt die alte Panzerwerkstatt des Onkels und bekommt aller Hand verschiedener Aufträge eingeschickt. Die Aufgabe hierbei ist den jeweiligen Panzer wieder zum Laufen zu kriegen. Das mag anfangs noch einfach und wenig komplex wirken, dennoch werden mit der Zeit immer aufwendigere Aufträge hinzukommen. So beschränkt es sich zu Beginn auf vereinzelte Teile außen am Panzer wie Schleppseile, Werkzeugkisten aufbereiten und den Panzer vom Rost zu befreien. Später geht es dann in den Inneren teil des Panzers wo man nun auch Motoren, Getriebe, Kühlung, Achsen etc. warten muss, aber auch Ersatzteile nachbestellen muss, da die Panzer fast immer fehlende Teile aufweisen.
Eigene Panzer im Besitz?
Selbstverständlich!!! Zwischen den Reperaturaufträgen tauchen auch hin und wieder mal Missionen auf, bei denen ein Panzer „gefunden“ wurde. Es ist nun dein Auftrag dort hin zu fahren und im markierten Bereich den unter der Erde liegenden Panzer mittels Metalldetektor und Schaufel zu finden (später ggf. mit Drohne) Dabei findet man auch manchmal in der näheren Umgebung Abzeichen, Helme Waffen etc. der jeweiligen Nation. Panzer geborgen, abgeholt, instandgesetzt, lackiert? Sehr gut! Nun kann man den Panzer in der Ausstellungshalle präsentieren. Ähnlich wie ein Panzermuseum. 12 Plätze für Panzer mit Infotafeln und Glasvitrinen für die anderen Fundstücke.

Bei Bedarf kann man hinter der Werkstatt auch eine Testfahrt mit einem der Panzer machen auf einer Teststrecke mit verschieden Höhenunterschieden. Aber auch ein Panzer-Schießstand darf nicht fehlen. Das ist aber hoffe ich selbsterklärend was man dort machen kann????

Prestige Punkte:
Diese Punkte erhaltet ihr, wenn ihr Aufträge abschließt und Besucher euer Panzermuseum begutachten. Diese Punkte könnt ihr dann in Verbesserungen investieren. Wie zum Beispiel ein Tablet. Damit könnt ihr entspannt am Panzer stehen Teile bestellen etc. und müsst nicht jedes Mal zu dem ollen Computer von vor 100 Jahren laufen und warten bis er hochgefahren ist???? Auch Gebäudeerweiterungen wie eine zwote Werkstatt und eine Lackiererei können freigeschaltet. Aber findet selber raus was man da so alles kaufen kann???? Das Limit sind 1000 Punkte.

Kritikpunkte:

Die Auswahl der Panzer beläuft sich aktuell auf 15 gepanzerte Fahrzeuge (davon 2 Halbkette). Es herrscht immer eine riesige Freude, wenn man ein neues Fahrzeug ausgräbt. Umso ernüchternder ist es, wenn man schon alle restauriert hat☹

Die Ausstellungshalle fasst derzeit 12 Plätze. Ergo man kann nicht alle derzeit vorhandenen Panzer präsentieren.
Die Lackierung umfasst ein breites Spektrum an Farben und einigen Tarnmustern, welche allerdings an gewissen Punkten am Panzer spiegeln, was das Ganze etwas unrealistisch rüberkommen lässt.

Eigene Meinung/Verbesserungsvorschläge:
Das Spiel ist wirklich Hervorragend, wenn man bedenkt, dass es ein Simulator ist. Ihr versteht ja: Airport Simulator ???? und ein großes Lob geht an die Entwickler raus, welche das Spiel ständig mit neuen Ideen füllen, wie neuen Panzermodellen, Überarbeitete Innenausstattung, Bugs, Glitches etc, auch wenn es seit meinem Kauf kein großes Update mehr gab. Man darf auch nicht vergessen das es sich hierbei auch nur um eine Handvoll Entwickler handelt, die das Spiel am laufen halten. Und gerade wegen der anhaltenden Pandemie ist dies natürlich nicht ganz so einfach.
Zu meinen persönlichen Verbesserungsvorschlägen zählen:
1. Eine größere Ausstellungsfläche (vielleicht auch mit mehreren Hallen) damit alle restaurierten Panzer auch präsentiert werden können.
2. Neue Tarnmuster bzw. eigene Tarnmuster selber auftragen (Zum Beispiel mit Airbrush/Sprühdosen)
3. Als Besatzungsmitglied auf dem Testgelände, Schießanlage auch oben aus der Luke rausgucken oder aber auch die Winkelspiegel nutzen.
4. Bei Bedarf auch gerne ein paar Besucher einfügen, wenn das Museum besucht wird, damit es nicht so leer und trostlos erscheint.

Aber macht euch selber ein Bild von dem Spiel. Jeder denkt ja bei so etwas immer anders. Ein Kauf lohnt sich wirklich!!!

Sehr Geiles Spiel. Es macht sehr viel spass die verschiedenen Panzer des 2. WK auszugraben und sie für das eigene Museum herzurichten. Überhaupt ist das Museum der Beste teil des Spieles, da man hier nicht nur seine Stahlschweine ausstellen kann sondern auch eine Menge Orden und Waffen die man bei den Grabungen finden kann. Die Sammlung dieser Militaria und der Panzer wird von den Entwicklern ständig optimiert und ergänzt. Ganz klar Kaufen!

Die Entwickler von DeGenerals lassen uns im Tank Mechanic Simulator an Panzern aus dem zweiten Weltkrieg werkeln. Doch wie detailliert ist das und lohnt es sich?

Gameplay

Wie so oft, beschränkt sich die Simulation nicht rein auf eine Tätigkeit. Der Hintergrund ist der, dass man als Mechaniker seine eigene Firma besitzt, in der Szene Prestige erlangt und ganz nebenbei auch noch ein Museum zum zweiten Weltkrieg betreibt, mit allerlei Devotionalien wie beispielsweise Waffen oder Abzeichen. Selbstredend liegt der Fokus auf den Panzern die wir reparieren. Die können wir als Reparaturaufträge erhalten und dafür Geld und Prestige bekommen oder wir graben sie nach Hinweisen selbst aus und restaurieren sie. Auf unserem eigenen Schrottplatz tauchen von Zeit zu Zeit auch welche auf, aber die sind meist in miserablem Zustand.

Für die Reparatur stehen uns diverse Werkzeuge zur Verfügung doch die eigentliche Reparatur beschränkt sich aufs Entrosten, Grundieren und Lackieren, sowie dem Zusammensetzen. Die Teile kauft man in der Regel vom Markt oder, wenn man sie demontiert hat, lässt sie reparieren. Es ist also mehr ein Zusammensetzen der Teile, wobei das nicht sonderlich detailliert ist. Im Wesentlichen beschränkt es sich auf die groben und großen Komponenten. Schön ist hingegen, dass man sowohl die Kanzel (Geschützturm), als auch den Motor separat betrachten kann.

Mit der Zeit steigt auch die Effektivität der Werkzeuge, sodass alles schneller von statten geht. Insgesamt bleibt es aber sehr repetitiv. Erwähnenswert für mich noch, die Informationen aus dem Museum. Hier erhält man zu jedem Panzer, den gefundenen Waffen und sonstiger Ausrüstung nochmals kleine Info-Texte, sodass man sich auch ein wenig historisch mit dem Thema auseinandersetzen kann.

Grafik & Sound

Grafisch ist das Spiel sehr limitiert. Denn sowohl die Menüführung über den PC/Tablet, als auch die Aussenmissionen wirken doch recht billig. Die Panzer und deren Darstellung hingegen ist gut, auch die verschiedenen Bearbeitungsebenen (innen/außen) sind stimmig. Das Endresultat jeder Restauration kann sich sehen lassen! Akustisch gibt es hier nicht viel zu sagen, denn meist dominieren die Geräuschen der Werkzeuge beim Entrosten/Schleifen oder Lackieren. Die Hintergrundmusik erinnert ein wenig an Wild West, stört aber wenig.

Fazit

Wer all zu viele Details erwartet, der erwartet zu viel. Das Spiel ist eher für Gelegenheitsspieler ausgelegt und weniger für tatsächliche Panzer-Enthusiasten, denn dazu fehlt die Tiefe. Nichts desto trotz macht das Spiel Spaß, besonders weil man jeden Panzer einmal komplett restauriert haben möchte. Der Preis ist in Ordnung, ich würde trotzdem auf einen Rabatt von 25% warten. Denn es ist dann doch sehr repetitiv und wenig innovativ.

Optimales Spiel, Grafik könnte noch ein bisschen besser sein und der Jeep wo man Panzer ausgräbt der muss schneller anfahren können :Steamhappy:

Ich finde es ist ein sehr gutes Spiel. Die Entwickler bringen regelmäßig updates raus um das Spiel noch besser zu machen. Klar es gibt immer noch ein paar kleine Bugs aber meistens sind das sehr kleine die nicht wirklich stören. Ich würde allerdings verbessern dass man mehr Parkplätze für Panzer hat weil ich würde gerne jeden Panzer haben nur das Problem ist es sind zu wenig Parkplätze. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Spiel und wenn man nach etwas anderem zu Spielen sucht sollte man es sich kaufen. (an die Entwickler bitte fügt den Königstiger und vielleicht die Maus hinzu ;))

Ich finde das Spiel zum bisherigen Zeitpunkt (29.03.2020) sehr gut. Es gab zwar Fehler, z.B.: das ich bei einer Bergungsmission, das Bergungsteam nicht verwenden kann, weil mich die Karte auf dem Tablet nicht scrollen lässt wenn man außerhalb dieser Karte ist, wenn man versteht was ich meine. Ich finde den Rest aber sehr gut. Man hat viele Details an den Fahrzeugen, aber ich habe noch keine andere Waffen außer Browing MG, ein Russen MG (weiß den Namen nicht mehr genau) und MG 32. Ich finde auf den Bergungsmissionen auch andere Metallquellen, wo ich aber nichts finde. Ich weiß nicht ob es noch nicht eingebaut ist, dass man noch andere Gegenstände, wie Deutsche Stahlhelme, Maschinenpistolen oder zum Beispiel Karabiner und andere Gewehre, für das Museum. Ich kann das Spiel aber nur empfehlen, wer ein wenig mehr hinter die Panzerung eines Panzers schauen will und ich würde mich freuen, wenn man irgendwann auch Panzer in eine andere Ausführung umbauen kann. Ein Beispiel wäre der Panzer 4, den man ganz einfach auf eine Flakvariante umbauen könnte, da der einzige unterschied der Turm ist der zum Flakturm vom Wirbelwind umgebaut werden kann. Ich weiß dass das Spiel noch Jung ist und noch nicht viele Panzer hat, aber ein verändern der Varianten wäre auch ne Idee. Das Updating der Entwickler ist auch gut es werden regelmäßig Updates veröffentlicht, die neue Dinge hinzufügen an Panzern oder Fehler beheben.

Für entspannte Spieler ohne viel Tiefgang. Man buddelt, man entrostet, man lackiert. Die Panzer selbst sind wirklich gut modelliert aber auch hier fehlt es an Tiefe eines Car Mechanic. Dennoch für Panzerfans und eher entspannte Spieler zu empfehlen.

Empfehlung unter Vorbehalt. Tank Mechanic Baukasten wäre der bessere Name.
Nach 5 Minuten auf Englisch umgestellt. Die Übersetzung riecht verdächtig nach nem Autoübersetzungstool. :D

Kurzfassung: Wer was schnelles für ne halbe Stunde zwischendurch sucht und sich für Panzer aus der WW2 Ära interessiert kann mal nen Blick riskieren, wer nen ernsthafteren Simulator sucht ist hier ganz klar falsch und mit Fachlektüre besser beraten. Die ganze Technik der Fahrzeuge wird auf die Hauptkomponenten reduziert und wie bei nem Legobaukasten zusammengesteckt.

Die lange Version:

Das Spiel ist recht simpel gehalten, und die Abläufe immer die gleichen:
- Auftrag annehmen oder Fahrzeug bergen, bei nem Auftrag müssen nicht alle Schritte durchgeführt werden -> Mehrarbeit macht bei nem Auftrag keinen Sinn, also vorher gucken was gefordert wird.
- auf Fehlteile prüfen und diese Nachkaufen, gegen Aufpreis auch alle Fehlteile gleich alle auf einmal im Analysescreen
- Turm und Motor ausbauen
- Fehlteile einbauen, Entrosten, Sanden, Grundierung drauf, Lackieren. Chef! Sauna fertig!
- Optional noch, in der freischaltbaren Nebenhalle, Tarnung oder Wappen etc hinzufügen und den fertig restaurierten Panzer ins eigene Mini Museum stellen.

Das ganze ist mehr wie nen Legobaukasten mit Panzern als ein Simulator. Motor und Turm werden per simplen Klick aus und eingebaut und sind kleine Extrapuzzles. Beim Motor muss dazu vorher nicht mal das Enginedeck geöffnet werden. Sandstrahlen schadet nicht mal der eigenen aufgetragenen Farbe an dem Nachbarbauteilen, falls man mal was kleines übersehen hat.

Alles sehr einfach gehalten, Falsch zusammenbauen ist quasi nicht möglich, ausser bei falscher Ausrichtung des Sichtbereiches im Motorraum (der auch sehr einfach gehalten ist) bei einigen Fahrzeugen. Gibt nur wenige Teile die verdeckt von anderen Teilen sind, man findet fast immer nen Winkel für die Werkzeuge ohne viel am Motor oder Laufwerk demontieren zu müssen.

Tank Mechanic Simulator Stand: 09.03.2020

Das Game ist ein relativ simpler Panzer Restaurations Simulator mit guter Grafik und für Fans von Panzern ein nettes Spiel.

Man kann selber Panzer im Gelände suchen, sofern man einen Tipp bekommen hat wo in etwa einer liegt, um dann mit Metalldetektor, Spaten, Läppi und nen alten Jeep stylish loszuziehen. Findet man einen Panzer kann man diesen mit dem Spaten freilegen, einen Bagger rufen der ihn dann ganz ausgräbt und bergen lassen, das kostet natürlich. Dann kann man ihn restaurieren, ins Museum stellen oder einfach verkaufen.

Man bekommt auch Angebote um Panzer oder meist eher Panzerruinen zu reparieren, bzw. wieder herzustellen. Dazu muss man sie entrosten, sandstrahlen, grundieren, lackieren, ggf. schadhafte Teile reparieren oder ersetzen bzw. ergänzen wenn das Fahrzeug nicht komplett ist. Später kann man selber Ersatzteile herstellen, was Kosten spart.

Das ist im Grunde auch die Hauptbeschäftigung, Schrotthaufen zu Panzern machen und dafür Kohle und Prestige abgreifen.

Für die Kohle kann man dann Ersatzteile kaufen oder auch ganze Panzer. Prestigepunkte benötigt man um Updates freizuschalten, dass sind z.b. mehr Platz, eine Lackiererei die unter anderen Tarnanstriche ermöglicht, bessere Preise, besseres Werkzeug und Suchtechnik sowie das Museum. Alles muss nach und nach freigeschaltet werden was allerdings recht schnell geht.

Man ist ziemlich schnell an dem Punkt wo man weder für die Kohle noch für die Punkte noch irgendwas bekommt bzw. brauchen kann.

Zusätzliche Goodies sind die Testfahrten und die Schiessbahn, beides ist einfach gehalten und weit weg von einer Simulation! Aber trotzdem ganz lustig, wenn auch nach mehrmaligen Durchlauf eher langweilig.

Wer jetzt einen echten Simulator erwartet in dem jede Kleinigkeit am Motor oder Fahrzeug vorhanden ist sei gewarnt, von einem echten Simulator ist man auch hier weit entfernt, Motoren bestehen nur aus wenigen Teilen und auch die Fahrzeugtechnik ist sehr einfach gehalten. Meist reicht es den Motor zu reinigen und sandzustrahlen um ihn zu reparieren, das hat mit der Realität absolut nichts zu tun. Immerhin muss man tanken, Öl und Kühlwasser auffüllen.
Wen das nicht stört findet hier aber einen durchaus witzigen, nicht besonders anspruchsvollen Zeitvertreib für zwischendurch.

Uuuuund ganz wichtig, hier gibt es keine Zombies und niemand, also wirklich absolut niemand versucht einen umzubringen, also ein nettes stressfreies Spiel für Leute wie mich die einfach keine Zombies in Computerspielen mehr sehen können.

Mein PC ist schon etwas altersschwach und das Game läuft darauf problemlos, sollte auf halbwegs aktuellen Systemen also überall laufen.

Was nervt sind ein paar Bugs, die zwar keinen Datenverlust verursachen, aber öfter mal einen Neustart des Games erzwingen. Es kommen z.Z. aber regelmäßig Updates so das die Hoffnung auf Besserung berechtigt scheint.

Fazit: Eine unkomplizierte, eher leichte Simulation die nicht den Anspruch auf Perfektion erhebt aber durchaus Spaß macht.

Also von mir eine Kaufempfehlung.

Kleiner Nachtrag:

Wenn man 1000 Prestige Punkte erreicht hat kann man nicht mehr sammeln, erarbeitete Punkte verfallen also.

Wenn man relativ teure Sachen wie z.b. einen ganzen Panzer verkauft kommt es vor das der Kontostand nicht steigt, dass Geld ist also verloren obwohl es als Einnahme angezeigt wird.

Beides sind ziemlich ärgerliche Bugs die schnellstens abgeändert werden sollten.

Ich finde diesen Simulator sehr gut.Das einzige was ich bemängeln muss ist das man bei den Ausgrabungen wohl Orden und Waffen finden kann aber nicht weiter auf die menschlichen Schicksal eingeht die dort vielleicht ihr leben gelassen haben denn Orden wurden bestimmt nicht so verloren dort ist bestimmt jemand gestorben.Da die heutige Jugend nichts mehr über Krieg weiß und was für folgen dieser hat hätte man etwas mehr dafür tun sollen ihnen sowas nahe zubringen.Ich weiß das sowas nicht in ein Spiel gehört aber man hätte mal darüber nachdenken sollen.

Gute idee schlecht umgesetzt

Ich hab mich echt gefreut als es endlich raus kam und dann das...
Grafik und idee ist ja gut, nur das spiel ist echt noch zu verbugt. Stürtzt regelmässig ab, die bauteile werden als nicht vorhanden beschrieben obwohl mehrfach im lager.
wenn es gefixt wird und die bugs raussind, dann könnt es was werden, aber so.. leider nein.

Naja ich muss sagen der Tank Mechanik Simulator Idee aber schlecht umgesetzt!

Nach 11h Spielzeit muss ich sagen nach der zeit wird es echt Öde.
1.muss sagen das Ausgraben der Panzer ist echt Mühsam mit dem Detektor über das Feld ist zwar lustig aber eher lästig da gefühlt auf einen Pixel man den nur Panzer findet. Das Quad fährt sich dazu Schwammig und ich musste es mehrmals zurück setzen da ich stecken geblieben bin.

2. In der Werkstatt merkt man schnell das 90% das Game besteht Rost zu entfernen. Sandstrahlen Grundieren und Lackieren. Das An und Abschrauben der teile ist auch eher meh und eintönig, Man Löst paar schrauben ab und zu kann man mit dem Hammer und Winkelschleifer mal 1 teil abmachen aber mehr auch nicht.
Der Motor block ist irgendwie nur ein Metallblock bei dem man einige teile an und abbauen kann!

3. Testgelände ist echt Winzig der ersten Hügel schafft man auch nur gerade so! Man fährt einmal im Kreis und das war es. Und der Boden fühlt sich an wie eine Glatte Oberflächen auf man daher rutscht.

4 Museum ist toll mit dein selbst einrichten und Ausstellen der eigenen Panzer. Die Plakate und Information tafeln sind gut gemacht.

Was ich mir Gewünscht hätte:
1 Testgelände Größer unterschiedliche Bodenbeschaffenheit Matsch Dreck usw.
2. Mehr Möglichkeiten in der Werkstatt z.b Einen richtigen Motorblock mit Kolben etc.
3. Ausgraben selber machen zu können Mit Bagger Krahn usw.
4. Einen Charakter in 3rd Person. Möchte keinen Geisterjeep oder Quad Fahren.

Am ende kann ich nur sagen. Für Spieler die ein wenig rum schrauben wollen ist es okay aber mehr auch nicht.

Es macht bis zu einem gewissen punkt spaß. ab der Bergungsmission Komplett Verbuggt und das Toutorial geht nach der Bergungsmission nicht mehr weiter somit ist es nicht spielbar. Schlechter support der meinte das das problem nicht exestieren könne und somit man mir auch nicht helfen kann.

Ist nicht Schlecht und auch nicht gut das Spiel.
Ich finde es Normal, es hat seine Fehler vor, allen viel mir auf wenn man zum Lager geht und es angeklickt hat, sieht man seine Liste dann wählt man aus den Panzer.

Ersatzteile klickt man an geht, nach eine weile Später macht man das wieder sucht den Ersatzteile aus der Liste und dann
erscheind kurz die Liste und dann ist es weg.
ein Bug ich weis es nicht wäre schön wenn man da noch was Fixen kann Patch halt.

Oder Spiel Neustarten dann geht's auch aber Problem besteht weiter hin.

Man Solte auch nicht zu viel Spielen wird am Ende Langweilig meine Meinung nach.
All so immer so bissen zwei Panzer und wieder mal Pause machen.

The game was fun, then they stopped improving it and are using it to dump money into the VR version. then they add adds, not only when the game opens, but during play and wen you quit the game.
I thought the whole point of paying for a game was that I would be allowed to play it without being raped by adverts.

I enjoyed this game to begin with, it was pretty chill and tanks are cool. It's misnamed though, you don't really repair or fix anything, it's more like tank assembly/disassembly hold right mouse while looking at things simulator. The 3d models for the tanks are very pretty, the ones from the 1st DLC are absolutely gorgeous.

You repair the tank by grabbing tool #1, hold right mouse button, point at the rusty parts. Then you grab tool #2, hold right mouse button, point it at the newly derusted parts to sand them. Then you grab tool #3, hold right mouse button, point at the newly sanded parts to prime them. Now be careful because there's a real gameplay switcheroo for the next step. You keep holding tool #3 but press X to activate an alternate paint mode, and point it at the parts you just primed. Mind blown.

You can outsource the repairing of parts for in game time/money, which I'd highly suggest doing as the economic balance is just printing money at the moment, you will never run out.

Assembling/disassembling is tedium. You enter the appropriate mode, look at a part, and hold down right mouse button. Some parts need to be bolted in or are bolted in, bolts highligh in green and you have to right click on each one. This was ok in the base game, there was a balance between detail and excessive tedium, but the DLC tanks are insane.

So many bolts, so many tiny gears, so many blink and you miss it wires strung along the hull. I assembled the IS2, King Tiger, Churchill AVRE and the M18 Hellcat from complete disassembly, they're all a bit excessive but the BT-7 is on another planet. I quit and uninstalled halfway through one side of the BT-7. It's bolts, bolts for days, nightmares of bolts. Less bolts please.

I've tried to enjoy this but the lack of tutorial that works correctly or any kind of onboarding outside of that is very off putting.

I tried deleting my previous profile and starting again but I couldn't get the tutorial to work, f7'd it away and tried to middle through. I had to Google to figure out what the controls were as I couldn't see them in the menus at all.

I'm sure there's a good game in here. The roadmap does say something about a new tutorial so I'll try again once that's out.

I have highly enjoyed this game. It is a very laid back and relaxing game where you can break down and build back up tanks from World War 2. Then store them and open a museum to display them. The devs have done a great job showing as much detail as they can with all the parts and items that go with each tank and seeing how each tank works. Plus, you can paint and add decals to each tank to get them to look how you want. I really enjoyed the test track that is available where you can drive your tanks around and see the detail that went into the movement animation. The shooting range was awesome. Although it still needs some work since some of the tanks seem to shoot off target and some are difficult to aim. I give alot of credit to the devs of this game as well. They truly listen to the players and fans on subjects of issues people are having with the game and try to fix them, also in hearing suggestions that the players would like to see added or changed in the game. I enjoyed the Halloween Event they added in. It was simple, but a fun experience. If you are looking for a fun machine mechanic type game this game is well worth checking out.

The tutorial was not clear and I was left to checking Youtube about how to repair parts and order items. After I did figure it out I had a blast restoring tanks. I recommend this game but the tutorial needs work.

I spent 24 years in the Canadian Armoured Corps. I would like to see more modern and international tanks included on Tank Mech Sim, however I have to say well done so far.
Brings back lots of good memories, and I'm happy I don't have to lift those heavy parts anymore.

Cool premise, boring gameplay. Cleaning and installing hundreds of individual parts isn't very fun. Seeing a tank take shape over time is satisfying the first time, after that it quickly becomes very tedious. Give this one a pass.

1: The tutorial broke halfway through and I had to skip it.
2: Several of the starter quests showed up twice.
3: The repair process is just pick up a tool>click and point at parts>repeat with another tool ad nauseum. Of course these are tanks, so it still takes ages to fix just one.
3a: Apparently some derusting and a new coat of paint is all it takes for a tank that was buried for 100 years to work perfectly.
4: Parts that are listed as being replaceable only can still be magically fixed by the power of outsourcing.
5: Sometimes there are parts that simply cannot be physically accessed.
6: The player character does not physically fit inside the crew spaces even when crouching, unless you use the 'get in' pie command that prevents you from moving or even setting your tool down.
7: At least two tools seem to have no purpose but to duplicate the disassemble command.

I could probably go on like this for awhile, but the bottom line is unless you're a really big fan of tanks and aren't interested in fixing anything else, you should probably give this a miss and try one of the other Whatever Mechanic Simulators out there. About the only part I can even vaguely praise is the excavations, and even those get old pretty fast.

good game very fun. all though after the Maus update the game is now a bit bugged and slightly. i put on a paint scheme and now my Maus is a camo i don't like and looks very strange. its a large update and is very good but its a bit rough around the edges. a patch to smooth those rough edges off would be good. anyways, fun game 10/10 :D

This is basically power washing simulator. Except not as satisfying. You spray the tanks with a rust tool, then with a sandblaster, then with a primer, then with a painter. That's the game. While a little rough around the edges, Tank Mechanic Simulator is entertaining and fun, with lots of cool tanks (as well as some other vehicles) to clean, fix, and display in your own little gallery. It is a little slow paced, but that just makes finishing a tank, transforming it from a pile of rusty parts into a fully functional war machine, that much more satisfying!

It’s a nicely done casual game about restoring and exhibiting WWII tanks. I swear when I play this game the room around me smells like the armour section of the war museum!

The vehicles are nicely rendered and detailed. In addition to the workshop where you do the restoring and painting there is a yard, and test and proving grounds, as well as occasional field trips to find and extract tanks and other war artifacts. And, finally, a museum to exhibit tanks in along with informational placards. These features are all nicely done, but without any of them being especially complex, challenging or time-consuming. This goes for the actual restoration work too. Some of the models are a little more work than others to take apart and reassemble, but overall it’s more of a process than a challenge. There is a bit less to do on the vehicles that were originally included in the game (it’s not that the models are less detailed visually, they’re just made up of fewer distinct pieces to work on). The more recent ones get to be somewhat more complex/fun.

As with all games of this sort there are some aspects I wish they’d handled differently. Acquiring and restoring vehicles does cost money, that only makes sense, however the financial layer is implemented in a way that will lead some players down the path of “how do I make the most money the fastest” and I just don’t see that ending up being an interesting playstyle in this game, because you can easily ka-ching rush this game if you so desire. We’re talking about preserving and sharing history here - money should be a means to an end in this game, not the objective itself, and restorations should not be rushed. It would have made more sense to me if they’d made sourcing the parts for your restoration more of a challenge (eg: need to scavenge multiple vehicles to obtain all the parts needed for one restoration, or do vehicle and part swaps with other museums and private collectors, etc.). Instead you have a convenient online store that in this day and age has an infinite stock of every type of part needed for every WWII vehicle in the game, in any state you care to pay for (rusted, dirty, sandblasted, primed or painted). Only a small number of parts are un-restorable by you and need to be bought in pristine condition. Rusted parts are dirt cheap compared to ‘painted’ parts, and restoring them completely costs nothing but a few seconds of your time, meaning you can easily make 20 times the money you spend on any vehicle restoration. I feel parts that can be restored should just be sold 'rusted' - and at a higher price than they currently cost, thereby retaining the restoration aspect of the work but nerfing the money you get for it, to make it a challenge to break even on the restoration. (You're a public servant after all, not some Tank Restoration Tycoon.)

You are also offered a regular stream of customer jobs (a-la Car Mechanic Simulator) as though everyone and their grandma owns a WWII tank that needs repair. I’ve managed to avoid taking these jobs so far - they just feel way out of place here.

The actual restoration of parts consists of a series of steps involving you pointing various tools at the part (eg: grinder, sandblaster, paintgun) and clicking, causing a brief animation of the part(s) changing state. You can disassemble and reassemble the vehicles as part of the restoration process too, but (oddly) you don’t really have to, because the aforementioned part restoration steps are performed while the parts are on the vehicle, not off, and any tool will do it’s magic on any and all parts that are within the general area you point it, including parts that are beside or behind the one(s) you’re pointing at. This just feels wrong to me. People in a hurry to make money will take advantage this by just walking around the fully assembled tank 4 times pointing the right tool at it each time. People wanting to roleplay can try to do things in a more deliberate, meticulous fashion by disassembling everything then restoring parts individually as they are added back to the tank, but that is just self-imposed playstyle. There is even a one-shot button to just buy all the parts the tank is missing instead of figuring it out and ordering them yourself - like that convenient online store you can get anything you need from is already too much work! Why am I even playing this game if I'm going to use such features? Might as well just give me a 'Bozo Wins' button to push and be done with it...

There is an XP progression system to unlock facilities etc. but it is not nearly as grindy as in some other games of this type (eg: CMS series), and it doesn’t take the player long to have those unlocks that are essential to being able to fully restore, decorate, test and exhibit tanks. This is one case where I am glad for the approach taken; some games force you to spend countless hours grinding away just to unlock the basic tools, skills and facilities you would need to have at the outset irl to embark on such a career - an annoying and unwelcome tactic to sqeeeze gameplay hours out of the player. Kudos to the devs here for not falling into that trap.

This game won’t replace your life for $20 (as some seem to expect from a game) and will feel repetitive after a time, but I am enjoying it very much and am sure I will feel I’ve gotten my money’s worth by then. Most of the cons I mention above can largely be bypassed via personal playstyle choice, so they're not game-killers (for me). The devs seem passionate about the project and attentive/responsive to the community. They are still actively working on additional content and patches, which will no doubt prolong my interest in the game.

When I played this game, like when I build military model kits as my hobby. The only drawback is when repairing the tank engine, actually I want the tank engine repair process to be the same as what is shown in the car mechanic simulator game which is more detailed, apart from repairing the tank body. Anyway, this game is quite entertaining, besides that the most important thing is the kindness of the developer who always updates to fix the bugs in this game.

I would recommend this simulator to people who like dismantling and rebuilding vehicles in a much simpler way than in real life although it took me a little while to figure out the way the simulator works it has become one of my favourite simulators very quickly, I also now have a much better understanding of how difficult life would have been for the men and women who lived in these tanks, tiny cramped and uncomfortable spaces full of ammunition and fuel while under the constant threat of attack this is more than a simulator it is a history lesson of what some very brave men and women went through and are still going through for the good of their country.

This is another of those games that shows that small dev teams *care* the way bigger companies don't.

I'm not a mechanic and I'm not a military historian, and for me this game is an interesting 3d puzzle of take it apart, clean it up, and put it back together again.

The range of tanks is quite good, at the moment we're getting more tanks added for *free*, and then the paid DLC drops with more tanks I'll be getting it because I want to support this tean to see what they do next.

Perhaps most impressive of all is if you find a bug, you post it in their forums, they *respond*, they *apologise*, and a fix will come along, sometimes very quickly if it impacts gameplay severely. Like I say, bigger companies could seriously learn about this.

Is the game perfect? No. Some of the ways things come apart are not intuitive, some of the parts are harder to find than others, the money balancing is pointless once you've done a dozen or so tanks and unlocked everything, and there are occasional textures that don't line up.

But.

If you enjoy the feeling of satisfaction is being given a rusted busted hulk of metal and refurbishing it, it can be quite a Zen process of tear apart, clean, put back together again, even if you've seen the tank many times before, especially as each tank's repair needs are (procedurally?) different.

Oh, and if you're so minded, you can dress things up with your own posters and paints too, hence my anime girl tanks.

Yes, other mechanic simulators might be more complex, but if you're after a mechanic sim that isn't too taxing, made by people who care and are committed to their game, and all with a soft rock background, maybe give it a go.

A very, relaxing and fun game. While yes it does get repetitive due to the low amount tanks at the moment it is a great ground work game and the devs are updating it frequently and posting updates! All the tanks are modeled great and whole don't have the most detail at the moment still look great and feel like tanks!

It’s a simple game tbh, it’s a nice sandbox and as of the time of me writing this the actual restoration of the tanks and acquiring money is quite simple and easy, it has some things that need to be refined like some of the controls (and the m26 3d model imo), but it's still a game in development so most of its issues will most likely be fixed, and yeah very enjoyable.

The game is very relaxing and I learned a lot about the different vehicles.

I would prefer for the tutorial to explain more of the game mechanics, as I had to look up many things online.

I would prefer if there were more choices as to when I could restore tanks for money and to when I could go dig up tanks for the museum. After doing a few jobs, I have plenty of money, and I would rather go find tanks than continue to do restoration jobs.

This is a very entertaining game. It looks great and it offers more than I thought. Searching for tanks is fun to do and the upgrades in the workshop let you speed up the least intresting features.

The developers respond to all questions in the discussions section and they often post updates about recent developments. I'm eager to see how this game will grow.

this game is awesome, a serious competitor with minecraft, in terms of being relaxed. Really fun, chill, and you can even drive tanks, and even shoot with them ! devs speaks of bugs, but did'nt encounter any, unless graphical ones, and some very light ones, but i might just be lucky, dunno. My sincere thanks to the devs for making this masterpiece.

I love this game so much

I may not have many hours (yet) but I can't wait to spend even more. Truth be told it does get boring but with the on going updates and new tanks being added it stays fresh.
Just some things I thought I'll list

-Still have some odd lag and freezing, even on my newly built PC, again could just be my end either way runs pretty damn good though most of the time! I read some others also have this blur vision freezing bug as well.

-We need to be able to upgrade more museum slots

-I felt there were some tools like the Hammer and the make your own part station I rarely use. I see no point for them really and hope for more future issues to use them for.

-Finding items is fun but once you find the tank, the misc items like guns and medals disappear, and you lose them. Either way it's a really cool mechanic to find guns,badges and other cool WW2 items!

-WE NEED THE BT-42 AND MANY OTHER TANKS!

Final Verdict: Awesome game, I totally say buy it! Lots of more to come

Really rust removing simulator. Nothing in common with Plane Sim were you have to examine engine to find faults. Here just rust and paint and no mechanical details.

This game has great graphics / models.
But there is nearly no gameplay to speak of. You generate extreme amounts of cash and reputation in a rly short time and after you got all skills and upgrades there is no much left to strive for. 'Repairing' the tanks is done by using 4 different color brushes (Rust removal, Sandblast, Primer and Color) wich all handle the same and have a large radius so that disassembling a tank is nearly never needed.

There is the groundwork for a really great game but the gameplay is just not there.

Great game to sit back and chill on, digs are still somewhat buggy and assembly can be sketchy at points however none of this is game breaking and is often fixed by resetting your position. The developer updates showcase plenty of new tanks which i look forward to.

Real fun game that you lose yourself in. Hours will have passed before you realize it. Tutorials suck quick easy thing to remember
1 key is assemble 2 key is disasemble 3 is the rust remover 4 is the sand blaster most everything is on a radial dial walk up to the tank hit the middle mouse button and up pops a wheel with different commands point the cursor at empty space and middle mouse button will bring up a different wheel of commands. It's pretty easy to figure out once you've put a few hours in
Excavation missions are pretty easy search around a bit not everything is in the search circle you can find objects to put on display in your museum like medals and small arms and such. Much easier to search once you unlock the drone till you do that harder to find the small stuff with just the metal detector
With luck at some point they will add more tanks and increase the size of the museum so you can show off your collection
25 hrs in and I think I have 1 tank to find otherwise I have all the available finds

I love this game. To me its a fun calm game where you get to take apart a old tank and then rebuild it. You don't have to grind to get a lot of money to completely repair tanks, you only need a few thousand (it tells you why repairing tanks is easy in the last tutorial mission). I also like the ability to drive the tanks you repair around. I really enjoy playing this game 10/10 would play again.

A pretty enjoyable game for the person who likes to take their time and see something come together. If you want to rush round blowing stuff up in tanks this is not the game for you.
Most of the game will be removing rust, sand blasting and repainting before bolting on replacement bits that were missing, for me it has quite a therapeutic effect.

Nice points:
Get to mess around with Tanks - there's something about the Tiger that is still menacing even today.
It's a nice way to just have a chill session you can take your time with.,
You can curate your own tank museum.

Naff points:
The tutorials are a bit buggy as you can rush ahead of them and they get stuck,
The extractions can be a bit hit and miss though if you just avoid them till you get the drone upgrade it's not a major issue (it doesn't take long if you build all the rep gains first you have more than enough points in no time.),
Personally I think it should be called Tank Restorer rather than Mechanic.

PlayWay has published a number of great simulators over the years, and as an avid fan of CMS 2018, I was excited to try this one out. Overall, I had high expectations, and I was pleasantly surprised. For one thing, there is a large amount of content included in the game, which is sometimes an issue with simulators like this. I also appreciate that the process of repairing things is far more advanced than in many other games, which is always nice to see. The game is polished and enjoyable as a whole, and I would highly reccomend it.

This does not live up to Car Mechanic Sim, it runs slow, is buggy, and isn't an updated version of such.

Awesome for Tank enthusiasts like me. It is a bit grindy but that fits to the game. I also relly like the detailed Tanks. Only contra is long loading times.

I really enjoy this game, although it feels a little light on content for the price. For a tank nerd like me, getting to be up close and work both inside and outside these machines is a dream come true and I love the historical accuracy and attention to detail the developers have put in.

The Good:
- Amazingly detailed models of the tanks both historically and mechanically including many internal components. I was a bit disappointed that there were not more tanks included though, 13 as of this review with 2 half-tracks, and only representatives from the US, USSR, and Germany.

- Refitting the tanks is fun! I have found it to be a great way to de-stress after a more competitive game and an easy thing to pick up but hard to put down causing many moments of wanting to just repair one more part.

- I am also a big fan of the user interface, as it stays out of the way allowing you to get a good look at the tanks as you work on them but also can be brought up and after a quick adjustment period, finding what you want is easy and intuitive.

- Completed tanks can also be painted and have camo and historical decals applied to them allowing customization before putting them on display, but again as said before there is limited variety in the camo and decal variety and I wish there was more.

The Not so Good:
- The tutorial does a sub-par job of explaining how extractions work and it takes some trial and error to find the best way to find where the tanks even are resulting in some frustration when trying to find them by hand.
Here's how to avoid that:
Step 1: Use gained reputation to increase further reputation gain from other contracts and avoid extraction missions for now.
Step 2: Get all the upgrades for excavations, the only one you need is the drone at the end, but you need to get the preceding ones to get there.
Step 3: Use the drone in a giant spiral pattern to search for the tank
Step 4: Go get some water/ a snack/ read a book while the drone works
Step 5: Order an excavation to dig up the tank
This will save you a good 30 minutes or so on each extraction mission from not having to go hunting around with that metal detector trying to find the spot that makes it go beep-beep for the tank or artifact.

- My problems with extraction missions continue as in some areas you cannot order an excavation even if there is an artifact there. Be warned, any excavated locations not housing the tank get covered up again and cannot be re-excavated once you find the tank, so make sure to take any artifacts you want before going for the tank.

- I have also encountered a problem where the game will at some point freeze for a short while and upon unfreezing causes blurred edges of the screen at any camera movement and it gives me motion sickness but the blur tends to go away after a minute and the game runs smoothly from there.

- The test drive and proving grounds features where you can drive the tanks around and fire the guns are neat features, but just feel unfinished overall and while it makes for a good cinematic screenshot moment, loses its appeal quite quickly and I have not used these features more than twice.

TL;DR:
Overall, great game especially for history/tank buffs but probably a bit spendy for the current amount of content, and I would recommend waiting for a sale. Well worth picking up for $15 or less imo.

Having fun with it. I play world of tanks so it's nice to play a game where you can get up close with them. Love the proving grounds feature. It's a good game if you have the slightest interest in tanks and I fully recommend this title. What I will say to anyone buying this is this, if you are removing the tow ropes some may be shackled on, check them first. It kicked my butt for longer than I care to mention. Still love it but can we get a bigger museuem

I can't recommend this game right now. It just has to many problems that will tug at your last nerve.

List of cons as if it's not on here then it's something I do like.

1. Can't reset dig sites so you can dig again and grab things still under the ground. I had 2 pistols just under the tank and I couldn't dig in the sit nor could I seam to reset the dig site to be able to get them. I just wound up leaving them there.
2. Some parts of the tanks can't be accessed at all unless you hit I and remove them though things. I had a gas cap on a tank that had no access at all. The only way to fix it was to remove it though the floor with the I too see though things and repair it be out-sourcing it to be fixed. (wast of money.)
3. The stairs to get on top of the tank and turret need to be move-able and be places closer to the item there by cause it will really tick you off to keep falling between the stairs and tank/turret trying to get on top.
4. The pit, Oh this one ticks me all the time. The pit when not in use needs to have a gate/grate over it and make it interactable so that you can remove it when you want to use the pit and replace it when you don't. I all to often hated falling into the pit when I'm working my way around the tank or have to walk all the way around the pit just to go to the other side of the tank.
5. Please do away with the day/night cycle during digs. It always seams to be night time or just going into night when I do them. who digs up a tank in the night time HUH!
6. Performance. So my system is more then up for the job and this game struggles to handle it's own in the later parts of the game. Like everywhere I go in the game doesn't matter it........(I won't say lags but more like stutters alot and bad real fast almost like a slideshow.)

These are the game breakers for me, the other things wrong with the game are just cosmetic and I could get over and deal with.

The first thing I'll say about this is that it is NOT a similar game to Plane Mechanic Sim or Car Mechanic Sim. Yes, the mechanics are the same or similar, but the depth of the parts is not.

In short, you get a tank, de-rust it, sandblast it, spray paint on it and give it back to its owner in return for £/$/€ or whatever. To add slightly to the mix, you can dig tanks up from the ground, recover them and put them in your attached museum. You'll probably want to do them up to 100% repair, 100% assembled for this, so you'll actually have to buy the missing parts.

Critically, though, the repetitive and fairly simple depth is excellent for de-stressing in a similar way to most other games of the genre, and you're playing with tanks. If you get them to 100%/100% you can take them out for a trundle around a short test circuit.

I'm surprised by how much I like this game, given that it isn't exactly challenging, but hey, who cares, when it's fun?

really is a fantastic game, But for me is so hard, in second tank nees repair so much and you will receive 10.000 only , i think i make something wrong, because i never have profit, i dont why, I will still play but is hard for me, posible i learn haha. Thanks

Fantastically chilled out game, while the devs delayed the game they absolutly made the right choice there as what they've come out with is brilliant if you love building things or ww2 tank this is for you. Even if you dont like either of those the relaxed aspect of the game could be for you.

Mind numbing.

I love car mechanic simulator but there is nothing mechanical or interesting about this at all. There is no removing screws, adjusting things or whatever, its just car mechanic sim, dumbed down with tanks. They haven't even changed the workshop much. Very lazy development. Oh well, was worth a go I suppose.

This is not a mechanic simulator, it's a cleaning, painting and assembly simulator, so the gameplay is very casual.

If you like building model tanks it has that level of interaction, with approximately 50-100 parts per vehicle and significantly more detail around the engine than you get in most models. The downside is that you can clean and paint most of them in one go just by waving your tools over the whole vehicle.

I found the game relaxing once I'd got used to the wonky UI but not challenging. The major frustration has been with the bugs. At least the constant crashing introduced in a previous patch is now fixed, but minor frustrations remain. I'm sure they will get dealt with in coming months but it's maddening when you find a handful of parts just won't fit onto your tank (even if they were previously attached before you took them off) to get it to a museum-worthy 100% restored. [This does not affect every tank but it crops up now and then, most recently with a KV-2 I was restoring]

My advice is wait for a while longer for more fixes to arrive.

This is not a mechanic simulator.
The game mostly focuses on rust removal and finishing, there is very little actual mechanics in the game and i feel that the game title poorly reflects what kind of game it is.
With that said, it does offer some hours of fun, and who knows, maybe they will add more stuff with time as it does not seem to be abandoned yet.

If you would like to learn more about tanks this will be especially useful for you. Offering insight to how these historic vehicles was built and designed from the inside out. The game still gets updated in some cases to improve accuracy on vehicles and adding more space for you to house your own vehicles.
This is not just a game of repairing tanks but also showing and displaying your own, allowing customization and a test track along with a firing area for you to understand and test out these vehicles.

I would certainly recommend this game to anyone who is even remotely interested into tanks or historic vehicles from ww2 as this game offers a decent variety of vehicles currently and has the potential to spark passion for tank enthusiasts like myself.

Game isn't finished: fundamental crash using tolls that still hasn't been fixed. I would understand if it was priced & sold as a beta, but it's meant to be complete.
When you can get to play for a little while, the game itself has promise, although the learning curve is just a vertical line and the progression of upgrades is all over pretty soon. Trying hard to be a car based version's equal, but a long way off that yet.

I cannot in good conscience recommend this game right now. It is too unstable on my system and it regularly just crashes. It also uses lots of RAM (I've seen as high as 12GB), which suggests that the devs would need to sit down and figure out where their performance is being eaten.

Little rant aside, the game is lovely in concept. Just you, a metal detector and shovel, pin scaler, sand blaster, and paint gun, and you dig out and restore WWII-era armored vehicles. I found it an easy game to get lost in, barring the crashes, and without those, it's quite enjoyable.

Naja ich muss sagen der Tank Mechanik Simulator Idee aber schlecht umgesetzt!
