FIND YOUR OWN PATH
In Core Decay, combat is high-stakes and unforgiving, but it is not the only path to success. You may find it useful to avoid hostile engagement altogether and instead find creative solutions to reach your goals.
Talk to and persuade people, explore alternate routes, hack computers and security systems, discover lost logs, keycodes and passwords, and use every tool at your disposal to reach your objectives.
BATTLE FOR SURVIVAL
When you do choose to engage in combat, you can make use of a wide arsenal of weapons and other lethal and non-lethal equipment. The combat system in Core Decay is visceral, but prepare carefully, read the situation, and you will find yourself at an advantage.
Use a variety of firearms, set mines and other traps, hack bots to attack their allies, upgrade your weapons with attachments - or take an entirely non-lethal route by incapacitating enemies through electric prods, stun guns and other crowd control armaments.
DEFINE YOUR HUMANITY
You are an anomaly. Waking up in a cryo storage pod with little recollection of your past, you find yourself far less human than you remember ? and far more of a machine. With strange but powerful new abilities, you are forced to reconcile with your new self, and understand what it means to be alive.
