How it works
Rester displays a clean, full-screen overlay that temporarily blocks input to underlying applications. The overlay can be dismissed automatically when the break timer ends or manually canceled. It?s designed to interrupt long, focused sessions and remind you to move, rest your eyes, or eat ? helping you maintain better habits and wellbeing.
