Build a War Train. Survive the Wasteland.
Gunmetal Rails is a roguelite bullet hell where you build and arm a locomotive, cart by cart, weapon by weapon. Attach carts to your train, bolt guns into their slots, stack upgrades, and fight through waves of enemies that get nastier every round. How you build is how you survive.
Your Train, Your Rules
This isn't just stat-stacking. Your build is physical. Every weapon fires from its actual position on the cart. Every cart adds weight and slows you down. Every slot is a decision. Do you run three light carts with fast guns, or one heavy cart loaded with a legendary cannon? That's on you.

Early Access Roadmap
Gunmetal Rails is in active development. Here's what's planned:
More weapons, enemies, and bosses
More locomotives with wilder mechanics
Hand-drawn artwork replacing all placeholder visuals
Co-op multiplayer (2-4 players)
Steam achievements and cloud saves
Community-driven balance and content ? your feedback shapes the game

Pricing Promise
The price will always remain the same. No price hikes at launch, no "early supporter" tax in reverse. If you buy in Early Access, you're getting the full game at the same price as everyone else. Early supporters just get more time with it.
Built With the Community
Gunmetal Rails is a solo-dev project, and the survivors-like genre thrives on variety and balance. Early Access isn't just about funding ? it's about building the game with the people playing it. What weapons feel good? What builds are broken? What do you want to see next? That feedback drives development. Community will guide the balancing of the game, to ensure its available to everyone to enjoy.
