Fixes:

• Fixed clipping bug in the yard by the fence
• The checkpoints should no longer fail to finish saving the data
• Equipped items no longer clip through world objects
• Fixed multiple clipping bugs
• Final garage scene will no longer glitch
• No more falling through the ground upon loading from checkpoint

While previous progress should be kept intact, I recommend starting a new game instead.
