General bug fixes and tweaks

• reduced the max active creatures in Survival by 1 (makes it a little easier)
• pressing Y on the controller to start a NG+ now works
• added new option to disable Fog Blur [i](disabled by default on Steam Deck)[/i]
• performance fix for Steam Deck [i](previous update limited it to 30 FPS)[/i]

Note, on Steam Deck the FPS are limited to 30 FPS when showing any menus (except for the Options menu) to reduce heat & battery usage. Joypad tweaks to make it easier to aim:

• joypad sensitivity changes (i.e. smaller differences between each sensitivity option)
• reduced the Y axis joypad sensitivity
• increased time it takes to go to full accelerated turn speed
• reduced the max acceleration speed
