Dealers, the Controller Update Beta is now available on a separate Steam branch!
WHY NEW BRANCH: the controller update beta introduces a newer engine version, which causes old saves to become incompatible. That means you’ll have to start a new game, and your already existing saves will be unavailable.
We don’t want to impose the update, so if you wish to use it, switch the game branch on Steam. [b]You will still be able to switch back to the older version and continue playing your existing game saves. [/b]
How to switch to the Update branch:
[olist][*]Find DDS in your Steam Library;
[/*][*]Right-click on the game’s title and select [b]Properties[/b], or find the [b]Settings[/b] icon and click [b]Properties[/b];
[/*][*]Open the [b]Betas[/b] tab;
[/*][*]In the [b]Beta Participation[/b] dropdown menu, select [b]controller_beta[/b];
[/*][*]Close the menu and update the game.
[/*][/olist]Before switching to the controller update beta branch, please back up your save files:
[olist][*]Open AppData\\Local\\DrugDealerSimulator on your PC.
[/*][*]Copy the entire Saved folder to a safe location.
