I tried to recreate a traditional Damascus family home in a fresh world with no quests completed and no survivors found.

Things to note:
I accidentally unlocked a few building blocks while building the base.
There are a few trees outside the perimeter of the base that is just outside the flame zone. Once the flame is upgrade you can chop the trees down that clip into the walls and they should not re-spawn.
