Keine Almosen für diesen Publisher.

27. Dez. 2019 wurde es veröffentlicht und das heißt bei Free Reign Entertainment sicherlich...Titov alias GanoveRU muss den Stecker vom Master Server dieses Emula....Spiels ziehen. Es wird sicherlich in den Nächsten Wochen, spätestens nächstes Jahr down.

Grafisch ganz nett aber verbuggt, das skill und baumenü ist unterm hund und nicht zu empfehlen, das gameplay hat wenig zu bieten!!! im fazit nicht zu empfehlen.

zombies und tiere machen keine geräusche, so wird man dann gerne von hinten überrascht und stirbt unnötige tode.
die auswahl im seitenwandbaumenü funktioniert per mausrad nicht.
trotz des entwicklungsstandes gibt es nicht sowas wie richtiges farmen, tierzucht, planwagen, etc.
dafür unnötige lootgegenstände, die einen inventar, tresor und kisten vollhauen, da man diese nicht verkaufen kann.
über die möglichkeit der ingame käufe verlier ich mal kein wort.
in häuser ist der einbruch zu einfach ... ich habe in den wenigen spielstunden nahezu jedes gebäude von gegenspielern gelootet, leider kann man nicht deren werkbänke nutzen.

Dieses Spiel ist ein Bug an sich. Man kann in der Savezone gekillt werden durch Spikes die explodieren wenn man diese zerstört. Fleisch kann man farmen aber nicht verkaufen durch einen Bug und wenn man diesen meldet, heißt es von den Sheriffs auf dem Discord, das Spiel mag einen nicht. Es gibt die Möglichkeit einen Privaten Server für 150 Dollar zu kaufen. Diese besagten Private Server sollten schon seit 2019 auf dem Markt sein. Es gibt einen Skill womit man beim Glücksspiel bessere Chancen hat. Allerdings gibt es noch kein Glücksspiel. Es gibt nichtmal einen deutschen Support.Und keiner hilft einem weiter.

Ich hab ne Stunde gespielt und dachte mir den Spielfluss kennst du irgendwoher.
Dann merkte ich das es die selben Leute sind die, WarZ und Nether gemacht haben.
Jeder der die 2 Spiele gespielt hat, weiß wovon ich rede.
Geldgeile Säcke aber kein bisschen Anstand um auf die Communtiy einzugehen.

Ich bewerte hier nicht das Spiel (kann man auch nicht nach einer Stunde)

Tried turning off firewall when launching the new frontier launcher like it said when I got an error, doesn't work. You get a black windowed screen and after like 30 mins it tells you cant connect to server try turn off firewall.

Played this game because I'm broke to buy RDR2.

No the real reason I play this game because my girlfriend at the time wanted to play this together. It was a lot of fun. I tried playing it to remember all the fun. But it looks like it's down.

They need to hand this game over to Wildcard or Mojang. These people don't know how to execute the games potential. Rightt now it's just a river full of old mining sluice (because it's part of the new player quests and they don't go away even when players quit) the only players you're likely to find are hackers because they do not protect their servers from hacking.

Don't get me wrong, it's beautiful. It has some great mechanics. The devs just don't know how to implement what they made. If they opened it to player run servers, where players could customize their .ini and do mods and such, (and give us female characters), and implement cheating blockers- this game could really take off.

This is a game that has issues and you can't play it will constantly come up with the error ..............there was a problem downloading from the cdn server. check that you have a working internet connection and you are not behind a proxy or firewall

I have no idea about the game I downloaded and went to create char, did not know there were ONLY MALE chars and had named mine Clementyne.... stupid name for a male, the kicker is you cant change your name without spending real money which I refuse since Im still in char. creation. I removed the game from my pc. Will let you know how the game is IF when i download game again I can recreate my char and name him Jim or some boy name....

Other than worrying about being shot in the back. Lots of things they did right in this game, love having so many choices and the freedom to do so. Would love to see a Server or two dedicated to just to PVE maybe only PVP if you turn on a Switch. If you want to take part in PVP should be a choice I have stopped playing enough games that Griefing has just did it in with me... Of course if you have been thief around the area then of course you r flagged to be a target for all that chose to be flagged as well. I did get this free and would love to pay but not if some love isn't isn't given to peeps that just wants to enjoy what they got right. without the fear of being shot in the back by others just trying to boost their own egos. Those I speak of most likely could not win if it wasn't for a surprise attack on someone just trying to enjoy a great game.

there SHOULD be a PVP tag on this game...if its a pvp style game...the min i learned it was pvp, and with a ingame store changed my mind on this game...the idea of starting off with a super unfair disadvantage,, made me exit and uninstall.

COULD be a good game but the inflation caused by the mandatory need to create a gold mining machine is ridiculous and secondly the gun shop closed with me in it! in no way can you fast travel out of the shop and you're stuck there waiting (in real time) for it to open. good thing its free but the 3 hours i wasted on it wasnt.

I had really high hopes for this game.. especially with it being a Wild West themed game. The game while having a excellent concept.. just has way to many bugs/glitches where even the Tutorial gives you trouble of not being able to complete the task that are given to you to complete. Player base is pretty much dead in my opinion.. max players that I've seen online at a time was about 5, and there was no communication whatsoever. You quickly forget that this is a Wild West game given that anything a player builds stays after they log off... which is perfectly fine, but the issue is... it's the wild west but yet you look around to see that player have built what resembles Castles.. some structures even appear to float in mid air...... I didn't know that the physics in this game was similar to MineCraft. It just takes away from the immersion in my opinion. By all means try the game for yourself... but just expect what I've stated above.

Im so fed up with PVP games. The toxicity is insane. Id love to play this game if it had a PVE option and if they added female characters to play instead of men only. This game has potential, but get rid of the BS PVP.

Its a good game overall. Not a lot of players, servers are dead. This is a game that has great potential. I could see where some people might get bored after a while but for me its a very relaxing game, I can hunt and build and I guess maybe the atmosphere makes it relaxing for me. Would be nice if there were more interactions with players. I could see this being a really good game but something more needs to happen. Like an influx of players, but that's not likely to happen.
If you are a loner and want something to play and pass the time, this might be a good game for you.

I'm playing New Frontier from some time and it's a game that is worth playing.

The negative aspects are that at some point you'll meet players who cheat, the number of players from servers it's in decrease, Town Capture events are becoming rarer , and the game isn't completely finished .

However this game it's nice to be played alone and also in team .
You can do missions , build bases, hunt, craft things, and the most important thing participate in PVP events (Town Capture) .

I'm satisfied with the game experience so I recommend to try the game, especially since it is free.

While I applaud all efforts to monetize F2P games in a fair and equitable way, devs should get paid for their work output after all, this aint that bub. All you need to know about these devs is that right before they turned this project into abandonware, they made two posts on Steam hawking discounts on their new gold packages. Knowing that they would soon no longer be supporting the game with updates, but plugging their in-game currency makes me want to take a shower.

To start with this review is mostly just my opinions.
This game has potential but in my opinion it is not worth playing as of the time I posted this review.

Pros:
1. The game has decent character graphics without many graphical glitches and fairly decent graphical control options.
2. The soundtrack is good and fits the game and situations well even though it is a bit on the generic western side.
3. The controls are decent and are configurable.
4. In game currency is fairly easy to obtain with only slightly monotonous effort.

Sadly in my opinion that is where the good ends, and the cons outweigh the pros and in the worst areas.

Cons:
1. The tutorials and information at the start is somewhat ok but leaves out too much needed information.
2. The game play is somewhat fun but if you are not fairly near the starting town or another safe location by nightfall, then you best be prepared to die at the teeth/claws/hands etc of the animals/monsters with almost no warning or clue where they came from.
3. This is a pvp-centric game and the players seem to love to hunt each other, they basically refuse to help you out even with basic info and seem to like tricking new players so beware.
4. The environment leaves much to be desired and is very generic and repetitive.
5. The ambient sounds can be misleading and make it seem as if there are animals/monsters nearby when there are none.
6. The game sounds tend to glitch and there will be times you never hear a enemy before you die.
7. Game play progress can be very slow and monotonous with you being forced to gather materials for very extended periods of time even at the start of the game.
8. Land claims are in the main over world and are not instanced in any way which means the space to claim in each server is finite.
9. Game speed is too fast at 1 hour game time equaling to 5 minutes real time.

I also experienced an annoying issue with zombies on multiple different servers that almost every time I fast traveled using the train I was attacked by multiple of them as soon as I reached my destination forcing me back to the starting town and wasting the money spent to fast travel.

All in all I would not recommend this to anyone other hardcore survival lovers that enjoy pvp.

Don't bother.
The developers are the same from Shattered Skies and they seem to be doing the same thing again.
Good base concepts but terrible execution and considering their track record, they will abandon this game within the year and it will disappear.
They even removed Shattered Skies off Steam, just to show how they don't want to be tied to their history in bad development, lack of support and determination to actually finish a game they start working on.

Just a warning to people thinking this might be fun... the developer has vanished.. new players cant even play as some certain players have made it their mission to spam the starter areas with thousands of fire pits so that you can barely move while your computer struggles to render everything in. It's very sad. Just keep looking... dont even bother trying..

It sucks that players who hate this game have so much power over how the game can be played. And again, since the dev has vanished.. there is noone even capable of challenging it.

Damn this review made me even more depressed just writing it.

Game needs SERIOUS optimization.... hard to play on my system.. Which is Ryzen 5950X with a 3070-OC I can barley reach more than 10 FPS in the town.. Even as a small YouTube creator always looking for something to show to my community I can not show them THIS game in it's current state if I wanted too....

This was in interesting game until a few days ago when some idiot decided to go onto EVERY SERVER and make around 2 or 3 sets of 100+ cooking fires near the main town and a couple of other towns. They make the game lag so bad that the game is unplayable. I wouldn't recommend it now until the culprit is found and banned from playing.

It's a good game idea, with some nice mechanics like building system and a few others. But crafting needs a lot of work. You have to enter a crafting menu and craft 1 by 1 every single thing (building materials, bullets, food, anything you can thik of).

I spent a few hours farming resources afk (cause with 1k stone you can buld 4 walls) and a few hours crafting afk with macros. All that to realize and then see it with my own eyes, that some people are able to just walk through walls and steal all your loot in 5 seconds.
Your inventory and storage are really limited, so you HAVE to buld a base and store things in chests. But you could as well leave everything on the ground casuse it won't be there when you return a few hours later.

Summary: Good ideas, really nice building system but hacks will take your will to keep playing. No wonder why you can find only a few people in every server (NA or EU).

The game is pretty alright but I believe it needs to be in Early Access due to the game being not optimized enough for systems that are low-end. For Example running a 2gb vram GPU whilst playing this game will destroy your computer, Even with a descent processor like AMD Ryzen 3 or 5 quad core. Overall, nice game but needs optimizations I believe.

I really wanted to like this game. I just can't for several reasons. First, when I crouch and am completely still, for some reason a hand keeps waving in front of my face in first person view. Next, on a mission where I have to trap a bear using bait and a trap, the bear always sneaks up behind me with no sound at all when I'm 100 yds away from the trap, so I get slashed by the bear and bleed out before I can use a bandage to stop the bleeding. On the rare occasion that I do gather some resources, someone blows my head off and I lose them. There are trolls that hawk the roads and will just shoot you for fun. It takes forever just to be able to use lock picking in order to get the drops that have the gold bars you need to get a plot of land and start building. Guns wear out too fast, so you have to keep buying new ones because that's easier and cheaper than repairing worn weapons. If you place bait and a trap, when your bait wears off, you can no longer see where the trap is and when you go back to place more bait, you step on your own trap somehow from 5 feet away and bleed out before you can use a bandage. The animation is very glitchy at times and there's not much to do other than try to gather things with very limited storage to carry items. The fence only comes around every couple of days, so it does no good to collect some items because you have nowhere to store them until he shows up. Good concept on the game, but a bad follow through on the gameplay.

waist of time was fun at first till i started running into hackers my favorite was when i had a house had it enclosed completely where you couldnt get in unless you destroyed a wall and rebuilt one i would come back on just to find my base was raided and not a single wall was destroyed thats what turned me away from this game this game has alot of potential but dont seem like game makers really care so if u want a game to waist some time on by all means but if your dedicated to games this aint the one for you

Played for a few hours. Mostly enjoyable except some really annoying bugs, lots of them, none of them entirely game breaking in themselves but just annoying. I've quit playing and uninstalled it, I can see a trend of bugs, and if I'm seeing this many bugs, really basic bugs so early on in the game I can't imagine what the rest of the game is like.

It's a game with a LOT of fun potential but it's missing the polish it really needs. 4 times I tried to interact with an NPC trader only to have issues which forced me to completely restart the client, one of the bugs even forced me to alt+F4 the game as there was no way to cancel the hung action the game was trying to complete (selling something to a trader).

I can't honestly recommend this game in it's current state.

really wish this game had kept to the wild west genre. was really fun to mess around in until they added a bunch of monsters and steampunk themed content. went from the ONLY good cowboy themed survival game to whatever it is now...still upset that i was a day one backer from before the beta and i feel like i was cheated. i never got the robust western survival game i was promised.

Ok game rip off Red Dead If it was a mobile game. But the game is OK and controls are good horse riding is really bad and map is very big but there's only like 6 towns around the map and the rest is just open land and it's very hard to find a friend. Pay 2 Win and the credits are a ripp off,most of the items cost real money. First person is really bad , horse spawns rights in front of you when you click H wich is unrealistic because you have unlimited horses.

The game is not bad, but monotonous. It gets boring after a hundred hours. All tasks can be completed in just a couple of hours and they are the same every day, and some more are buggy. Some items that were not obtained for free were stolen by the developers and were not returned after I pointed it out to them. My large plot, along with the house and all the things in the chests, were also stolen by the developers. Moved to another western game in incentive for $ 30 where there is a plot and online) In general, I do not advise you to waste your time on this game.

Where to begin? The game isn’t remotely ‘done’. It feels very much like a Beta1 release. A massive amount of items in the game are never used (part of the crafting list). There are NPC’s that have options unavailable (no it’s not level dependent). There is no support beyond a Discord group (you can email support, but nobody I know has gotten a response recently), and then it’s mostly about getting it to run. If you spend real money and it glitches, you are hosed. The biggest WTH item? No sound. You have some gunshot and horse noises, as well as mining picks. That’s it. Monsters make no sound, bears make no sound, and the zombies make no sounds. NPC’s will spawn right on top of you. Clear out some zombies, no problem, more will spawn under your horse.

The game suffers from an identity crisis. It’s billed as a PvP game, but it’s not. It feels and looks like a building/crafting game but it’s not. It IS a western, but with zombies in a steam punk setting. But mostly, it’s about griefing. Griefing during missions, griefing in safe zones, griefing player owned structures, and generally just swearing at people. There are no teams, not team ups, and plenty of friendly fire. There is a team mode of sorts, but it’s not readily accessible to the casual plyer, and good luck getting enough people online at once to play it.

Graphics are okay. The gameplay feels like a first year grad school project. You spend a lot of time stuck on a rock or a player object. You horse is more like a mountain goat, and can never die. There are various game mechanics that make no sense, or are just poorly implemented. Stupid things, like eating possum ribs or growing crops indoors.

Skip this game, and don’t spend real $$$ on it. It’s a dead beta with no future prospects.

This can be a fun game and all these negative reviews doesn't do this game justice at all,

BUT WITH THAT SAID it can only be fun if you're some old retireree who have a bunch of free time, and wishes he could still work and build his own log house in wilderness somewhere.

This is a job simulator mixed with Minecraft type of game.

This is NOT a shoot em up kind of game. You can do it but you will bankrupt your character if you do so.

The main focus of this game is that it let you experience the life of a settler who has nothing and must build his entire livelihood from the ground up in the WILD west.

No, you do not need to pay real money to make a living in this game.

But on the other hands, there's NO EASY WAY to make a living in this game.
At the most basic level you are required to stand around for HOURS doing nothing while collection gold dust to sell in town, so that you could buy new gold collector and buy foods.

And with a meager amount of what's left, buy new guns and ammo.

It is ABSOLUTELY BORING AND PEACEFUL UNLESS YOU GO OUT OF YOUR WAY TO PICK A FIGHT WITH MONSTERS, WHICH YOU HAVE NEITHER THE REASON NOR BENEFITS IN DOING SO.

PS. There's occasional PVP events. If you want to shoot people with wild west guns you can try those. Guns and ammo are provided for free and you won't get hungry there.

The game itself looks like it has potential, I'll give it that. With a little more hard work & effort, it coulda been something great. I mean, it's free, western and zombies.. I'd say it is a pretty good combo. I read through some of the post relating to the devs & game insights.. Apparently building in this game is 100% the worst thing you could do, I mean, you can just simply build a house for beauty and let it be destroyed for no reason at all. Some mechanics relating to that one are broken af. The PvP itself outside the safe zone is unfair tbh, very little of them have common sense ans since most of the servers are empty.. there are more people without common sense and will just kill you 4 fun because nothing else is going on or is important. People shouldn't be allowed to even build inside the safe zone let alone it is waste of time because.. Even if you do, they are still able to breach into your house, destroy walls & stuff, steal your loot and you can't do anything about it other than just sit there and wait because PvP isn't allowed in the safe zone, not that I've experienced it. Haven't really gotten into building yet but it seems horrible atm, best is just quest around, do events. Since the last patch was on March 17th.. I don't really know whether I should recommend it or not, it's neutral at this point. Lot of work that is undone and doesn't seem to be that hard, on the other hand it has great concept. Playing with a mate on an empty server is probably your best bet.

Servers are up as of 3/8/20. Several US and EU.
My first thought when trying this game was Fallout 76. It is no clone but very comparable. Many little difference make for difference experience (not to mention a total different theme), but one cannot deny the similarity in gameplay. In it's current state the game is barren but very promising. I had a relative empty server giving me very smooth gameplay, but with a more populated server (think fully build map on rust or ARK) you might have performance issues.
The PVE zones (relatively small) make the game player friendly for less hardcore gamers, but they will need to leave those zones more often than not. People complain about the game being grindy but it feels more like the resource requirements simply havent been paced out right. Meaning it becomes easier and less grindy as you level up. So the start can be a bit... meh.
In the end I would like to give this game a thumbs up and help with the exceptionally low population at the moment. I just have one massive grievance with the devs. Their current business model is anything but acceptable, in particular the selling of cosmetics. They dont sell them, no, they sell dropboxes. You know those lootboxes with random loot. So if you want a full set of clothing you need to buy a shit ton of boxes to get the few items you want, sifting through a tone of crap. And each box cost as much as any other game would charge for one cosmetic item! combine that with some camouflaged tricks to essential extort money out of you I fear these devs are more concerned with money than a successful game. (I would like to note that selling a campaign for a few dollars is perfectly acceptable, I would see them as DLC on top of an otherwise f2p sandbox game. So peeps complaining about that should stfu).
But unless the business model is overhauled this game will never be successful and the only players will be those p2w no lifers & mummies CC you find in most pvp games.
PS: with low the population there isnt much pvp so give the game a try now if you want a more relaxed experience!

I have put real money in to the game as well , to help The Game out . I am on Server En 4 , My wife and I play together and at this time , We are in the stages of building a Horse Race Track , For Player to come and have fun Racing there Horses over the Jumps through out the course, Spectators are also welcome to come and watch , Donations of Gold Bars are also welcomed , and this will be used for the building this Huge Track for slot on the property,s . The Track Size is 1.5 km located along the Tracks at Brockton Train Station. We are Not a Dove or a Game develipers of any Kind and we would like to be respected as we do you as a player as you are . We ask that YOU PLEASE do not Shoot Out Our Buildings Cause it is Costing us Money Real Money to Build this Inclosed track for Every One . The concept is good. The game-play is lacking, it takes too long to level up to unlock anything that you need. The missions are poor. The servers are empty.

Sooooo I like it... but... why are the monsters a thing? I think it would be way better as a more realistic western not sure why the fictional creatures are in there there the only reason I haven’t played since I got it, they’re OP and not at all realistic I think of the rest of it highly. I’d definitely recommend it once the monsters are removed until then getting to certain places and events are damn near impossible.

This game had potential before the Rust Player Base got their hands on it. Servers are deserted, PVP wasn't actually enabled, couldn't shoot my friend. I'd rate this a 3 out of 10, the 3 because there was zombies that dropped horse shit. Nice.

I will save you some time. DO NOT BOTHER.

Some background, I have played their previous game Warz which they ended up renaming Infestation survival stories. they did the same thing then which they are doing now. Get you to make cash purchases, wipe accounts rename the game and hope to get more.... These guys are scams, and when they stop getting enough money they drop the game and move on to a different one. (This being the 3rd game)

originally the game was WWO wild west online, they made some bad choices in what was a rather fun survival wild west game. Now however they copied aspects from other western games making it major pay to win, added zombies and left it at that. There are still hackers which has caused major problems from these guys

outside of that the devs do not respond, do not support the game or the players

This game has so many bugs, and yet so much potential. Maybe 10 hours of fun before you are basically stuck to do anything but troll other players to pass the time. The game legit steals actual money you spend on it with stupid reasoning by just moving your base with their ticket system. Alot of features arent even added into game so things you see and wonder what it does? Doesnt do anything because it was never added into the game, zero support from devs.

It is garbage basically abandoned, ripped off every backer they had. I was a supporter from when it was Wild West Online. Nothings changed but the name and company. Same game same rip off. F U C K these guys and 612 Entertainment LLC, WWO Partners Ltd, DJ2 Entertainment.

What a mess!!! This is still basically an early access game that feels abandoned.

Oh, wait. It's from Free Reign Entertainment, what a surprise...

Pros:
1: Wild West is always a cool idea for a setting.
2: ... yeah, that's it

Cons:
1: MICROTRASNATIONS!!! For a game that isn't even close to working, let alone finished is unforgivable!

3: From the same people that brought you Romero's Aftermath. Don't remember that one? Was originally called WarZ!
4: BUGS!!! Lots and lots of bugs. Even on basic things like menus (can't exit the train station menu without buying a ticket for example).
5: Bare bones graphics run like a geriatric snail regardless of settings.
6: Stupid design decisions. You've basically got a skill tree and a tech tree. The tech tree is dumb as f***. A hand full of tool and weapon techs to unlock, and about 30 different MEALS you can cook to unlock?!?!?! WTAF???
7: Speaking of meals. You food bar is sepereated into 4 sections (i dont know why...) and drops way to quickly. When it drops down to 2 sections, you start losing health (why 2? Who the f knows)... Eating will only get you back up to 3 bars (at least I couldn't get full)... And don't forget, you have to buy each meal on the tech tree seperatly... jesus :facepalm:...
8: Cheaters... and the devs don't care. Not really surprising considering where this game came from.
9: Probably loads more I just couldn't trick myself into discovering... I can only handle so much torture.

If you're the kind of sadist that liked WarZ, you'll probably like this travesty too.
Otherwise, STAY AWAY!!!

In the short time of actually trying to play the game lets see I run into hackers, aim bot players, an that is just to start so no not recommending this piece of crap game. Yeah the graphics are ok and such but takes all the fun out of it having to worry about damn hackers. Its played out this way with every survival game where the devs dont seem to understand you need a solid system in place to put a stop to hackers that an actual in game admins who can inforce and stop these little pukes, but like rust so many admins fail at actually do there job its not funny. An the few admins that do try are so few in number they get bashed on by the trash players when they get caught on there bs stuff at any rate im adding this to my dumbster list of failed survival games.

Fun game, I've not spent a dime of real money yet and have played for many hours, riding the horse is a hoot and the open world PvP is fun as well, very challenging to stay alive around the monsters and looting the abandoned, often gory looking, towns is fun and risky, as you become a bandit and can be hunted, even in the safe zones.

The building and skill point system isn't rocket science and the way XP is earned is gratifying. Mining for gold and metal ores is both risky and fun to do, there is always the chance of being shot right after a big haul of gold, so have your head on a swivel out there and happy mining!

I am actually going to spend a few bucks on the game today as I find it fun and am willing to throw down some support so they will stay on task in keeping the game running and updated.

Glitches, Cheaters, Player Farmers, little pvp, Dead servers. Why not close 15 servers and condense it to have more populated maps? Why not ban cheaters? Why not stop players from farming chars to get the free items?
