First of all our team would like to thank all of our players for support, feedback and suggestions.
Every single question or review helped us to understand the most important issues and prioritize what needs to be fixed for the next update. Thanks for showing interest and being patient for the first update.

We did some big updates regarding the most often complaints:
  • Massive improvements to path finding and bug fixes related to it.
  • More optimisation for RAM usage
  • Fixed bug with non responsive training/sleeping, torch where you get 100% warmth, UI hover container placement on all aspect ratios and countless non critical bugs
  • Balancing: Reduced begging income, was too powerful, In Garbage invasion you no longer can be attacked by more fighters than you have, Grand Theft Trash now gives much more resources.

Hopefully these fixes should improve the gaming experience for everyone who were disappointed.

Another issue that should be addressed is the game difficulty and balancing.
Hobo Prophecy is a demo of full game Garbage and it is stated in the first sentence ''about this game''.
This game is intended to have a learning curve and might look difficult while playing it for the first time.
However because it is a demo we made it just a bit more difficult so we could use your feedback to balance the full game and improve the features that are not working as intended.
Hobo Prophecy has 3 different endings, you can beat the game in 1 hour or play it for 40 hours (as some people did) without finishing the last quest. This demo is supposed to give you a small quantity of resources so you could get a glimpse of what to expect in the full game which is right now our priority.

If you have some difficulties to progress in the game we recommend you checking out some videos or discussions in our Steam community, we hope that will help you!

Right now we are working on the full game, adding more side quests, balancing the resources and overall home base management. One of top priority tasks is to totally change the fighting system and implement new fighting classes. We are planning to launch the game in around 3 months so thank you for all the patience and trust. If you have any urgent requests or issues that need to be solved you can always add us to friends on steam and have a chat or join our discord channel where we can reply you in real time.

We really hope that this update will improve the experience with our game for those who were disappointed. On the other hand it looks like players who enjoyed our game will have some great moments playing the full game because many things that were suggested are already in the full version!

If you find any bugs, have any suggestions, or want to know exactly what we are working on right now, there are pinned discussions in our Steam community.
