Changes in this update are:
- Don't show the full loading dialog when changing level in a single player game
- Fix up a couple friendly names used for saves
- Don't cause a process exit if winsock returns WSAENETRESET
- For r_drawentities to 0 when running sv_cheats 0 in software mode, to match hardware behaviors
- Fixed corrupt model previews in Multiplayer options dialog
