Heat Death Survival Train v0.3.7.a_EA is now live for the open beta, and this one is big for the lore enthusiasts!

This update is entirely focused on the narrative. We've completely overhauled the story from the ground up, giving you a much deeper and richer understanding of the game's lore.

Changelog compared to the previous open beta:

The All-New Journal
Data logs are now of journal type, meaning they are recorded from the character's perspective. As a result, you will now find the logs under the Journal tab next to your inventory tab.

Revamped Data Logs
We have removed all of the previous data logs and replaced them with entirely new ones.
New logs are designed to make it much easier to follow character arcs and the overall flow of the story.

Environmental Overhauls
You will notice many environmental changes reflecting the lore, including new faction logos, some buildings being redesigned, and more.

Colored Train Lights
You can now change the color of your train lights, allowing for even deeper customization of your train!

Bug Fixes and Tweaks [/p][p][/p][p]IMPORTANT NOTE: Because these changes are woven directly into the progression of the story, you must start a new game in order to unlock and experiencethe new journal entries. [/p][p][/p][p]To opt into the beta version, please follow these steps: [/p][p]1. Open your Steam library and right-click on "Heat Death: Survival Train." [/p][p]2.
