We are pleased to inform you that in order to meet the diverse needs of our players and provide a richer gaming experience, we are now launching a service to transfer player accounts [b][u]from the English version to the German version[/u][/b]. Please note that this transfer service will involve some important account information changes. Please read the following instructions carefully:
[b]1. **Transfer Content**:[/b]
* This transfer service will only include the player's VIP level and total amount of gold recharged on the account.
* Other game data, such as game progress, items, cards, equipment, etc., will not be transferred.
* Please make sure you have dealt with this information before deciding to transfer.
[b]2. **Original Account Handling**:[/b]
* After the transfer, the game account in the original game server will be deleted.
* Please make sure to back up all the necessary information and ensure that you no longer need the original account before submitting the transfer application.
[b]3. **Transfer Process Update**:[/b]
* Before submitting the transfer application, you need to create a new game account in the target server (where you wish to transfer).
* Click to switch to the registration interface, select the server after scrolling down, fill in the nickname of the new character that has already registered an account, click to register. If successful, you can see the operation result in the status interface. If you fill in the wrong information, click "Register" again to update.
[b]4. **Important Reminders**:[/b]
* Please make sure you fully understand and accept all the terms and conditions of this transfer service before submitting the transfer application.
* Once the transfer service is completed, it cannot be reversed or restored to its original state.
* Before proceeding with the transfer, please make sure to create a new game account in the target server as the transfer process will associate your VIP level and historical recharge gold coin information with this new account. If no account is created in advance, the transfer cannot be completed.
* Regarding duplicate registrations for character transfers: We do not allow multiple characters to be transferred to the same target character simultaneously. If duplicate registrations are detected, we will prioritize the transfer of the highest-level VIP to ensure fairness and reasonableness in the transfer process.
* Regarding the account ownership of transferred characters: Please ensure that all characters applied for transfer belong to the same Steam account. If the characters are scattered across different Steam accounts, unified transfer processing cannot be performed. Please carefully check and confirm the account ownership of all characters before submitting the transfer application.
