Alternatively you can upload the file somewhere and provide us with a link to download. Third option is to email us via info@gamious.com
- DxDiag info (especially the Audio section). You can get this info by using Windows Key + R and enter "DxDiag" in the box that appears. We're most interested in the audio tab(s). You can export all information as a text file or send us screenshots. Any additional info you can provide about your audio setup would also help.
- Do you have any other (relevant) software running at the same time? Any info you can think of would help us narrow down and reproduce the issue.
