We've been quiet for a long time, but it's because we've been working hard on our next big update. But now, the time has come to introduce you to the upcoming update: the Building Editor!
The Building Editor is a powerful in-game editor that you will be able to access from the main menu, and will allow you to build an unlimited number of buildings and decorations. Customize the look of most in-game buildings with all kinds of decorations and other details!
What's in the Building Editor?
You will not need a previous modeling background to use the Building Editor. Thanks to the editor's easy-to-use and simple interface, you will be able to start creating decorations or buildings in a few minutes. There are nearly 300 ready-to-use meshes in the editor. The number of these meshes will continue to increase and diversify with each update!
Make Your Own Decorations
Decorations are a structure that can be put in the game without the need for an installation and give various effects. Likewise, before you start making decorations in the editor, you can select at least 1 (and at most 2) effects that the decoration will affect. These effects will provide you with various bonuses in the game. After choosing the decoration effects, you can easily create your decoration with the editor and you can see your own decorations on the last page in the build menu in the game.
Make Your Own Buildings
Making buildings in the editor is a little different than making decorations. You may have noticed that when villagers build in-game, they first place the supporting pillars and you can actually watch the construction being built from the ground up. This is one of our favorite features (and it seem you all like it, too!)
So, we added this feature to the editor! After finishing the design of your building, the editor will ask you to choose the pillars of the building. Here you will be able to decide the sequence of how the construction will be built in-game. Then you can see this in action when you order construction of that building type in your Viking village!

You can also share decorations and buildings you've made, with your friends and other players through the Steam Workshop. So the Building Editor really is for everyone! You can simply grab others' awesome creations and use them in your game.

Thanks to your feedback, we continue to improve the game in line with your wishes and feedback with each update. In the next update, Steam Cloud (Only windows), quality of life updates, bug fixes, and a new map are also coming!
