• Be vigilant, listen to the sounds of your environment, you never know where the next threat is coming from.
• Manage your filters and Bullets - these are scarce resources, don't spend them too quickly, make decisions with your survival in mind.
• MGR is ammunition as well as currency, spend it wisely.
• There are 2 endings to Metro games, your choices matter.
• There is no shame in running if you need to.
• Pick your weapon loadout based on Ammo, we wouldn't recommend having 2 weapons that use the same ammo type, unless you have a death wish.
• You do not have to kill everyone... something to think about.
• Explore and scavenge. Sometimes the most surprising things can be found this way.
• Immerse yourself in the story and let it take you on a journey, you will not regret it.
