The level environment in [i]Plow the Snow![/i] is more than just a backdrop; it's an integral part of the immersive experience!
Here you can see a transition from a 2D concept to the fully 3D level!
We will actually use this map later for a ... well... map in menu! So you won't get lost :D

Snowman Takes Center Stage
Now let's see a character in 3D - a SNOWMAN
[i]Shaped from the snow... or from the pixels?[/i]
CHARACTER BACKSTORY VOL 1:
Our friendly snowman started as a part of the winter landscape, but he's been upgraded to a full-fledged character! Yes, it's kinda weird don't you think? It's like: developer is making the game, doing some 3D modeling - let's say a barrel or something and suddenly says "[i]i will give this barrel a sword/gun and it will be a new character!!![/i]" :D
[i]He got promoted to a full character ![/i]
[i]Don't eat yellow snow... or blue snow. Ever.[/i]
The snowman is no longer just a cold, silent observer. He's got a personality that'll melt your heart
But don't anger him! Or you will be slapjacked to death! Just look at his moves!
Snowman didn't even have a 2D concept art :(
This is a fate because of his untypical "coming to life".
[b]Are snowmans dreams about snowy sheeps?[/b]
He was just placed in 3D enviroment in the level and became a character later :D
He got some unique statistics and abilities but about that later, in the next devlog ;)
We showed only [b]few[/b] of the characters from [i]Plow the Snow! [/i], more incoming soon ;)
