Misc Fixes- Fixed an issue where players were unable to acquire the Meat Shake and other concoctions from Duane if they had the chef medal.
DEV NOTE: If you previously made the concoction or have the concoction in your inventory you cannot do the quest for it with Duane. Chef Medal no longer prevents crafting concoctions.
