Localization Fix [/p][p align="start"]
 
– Cleric: Oracle Soul – Removed the section of the ability Icy Cascade where healing would be increased by 100% for each Emblem consumed. 
(The section of the tooltip that describes healing being increased from Emblems has been long deprecated but never removed from the ability description. Icy Cascade will however still benefit from increased healing from Devouring Emblems and Tempered Emblems.) [/p][p align="start"]
