A small update!

- Improved optimization on the Tokyo and Cargo Port maps
- The game’s difficulty (arcade) has been slightly reduced, Frank Woods will be calmer
- Certain Class A vehicles have been made slightly faster to make them more interesting
- During Roulette mode, the Joker’s mysterious henchmen who drop from the helicopter have become deadly - watch out for them!
- Modules have been removed from the Ice Truck and Mask, there was a conflict between their abilities
