Factorio ist ein Spiel, in dem du eine Fabrik baust und pflegst.

Du wirst Ressourcen abbauen, Technologien erforschen, eine Infrastruktur aufbauen, die Produktion automatisieren und Feinde bekämpfen.

Am Anfang wirst du feststellen, dass du selbst Bäume fällen, Erze abbauen, mechanische Greifarme herstellen und Fließbänder transportieren musst. Mit der Zeit aber wirst du ein Industriepark mit großen Solarfeldern, Ölraffinerien, Herstellung und Aussetzung von Konstruktions- und Logistikrobotern haben, um deinen Ressourcenbedarf zu decken.

Jedoch passt den Einheimischen diese schwere Ausbeutung der Ressourcen des Planeten überhaupt nicht, deshalb musst du für eine Verteidigung deiner selbst und deines Maschinenimperiums vorbereitet sein.

Bündel deine Kräfte mit anderen Spielern im kooperativen Mehrspielermodus, erbaue riesige Fabriken, arbeite zusammen und verteile Aufgaben zwischen dir und deinen Freunden.

Benutze Mods, um dein Vergnügen zu erhöhen, von kleinen Helfermods bis zu kompletten Spiel-Überarbeitungen. Der Mod-Support von Factorio erlaubt Erstellern aus der ganzen Welt, interessante und innovative Features zu entwerfen.
Während die hauptsächliche Spielerfahrung in Form des freien Spiels zu finden ist, gibt es eine Reihe von interessanten Herausforderungen in Form von Szenario-Packs, die als kostenlose DLCs bereitstehen.

Wenn du keine Karten oder Szenarien findest, die du magst, kannst du dir eigene mithilfe des Ingame-Karteneditors erstellen. Platziere Objekte, Feinde und Gelände wie du willst, und füge deine eigenen Skripte für ein interessantes Gameplay hinzu.

Bin jetzt gerade beim 2. mal durchspielen. Es macht extrem viel Spaß, sich die Rohstoffvorkommen zu erschließen, Verteidigungsanlagen zu errichten und die Welt zu erkunden. Wenn man nach und nach alles automatisiert ist dies ein sehr tolles Gefühl und man kann sich stundenlang in dem Spiel verlieren. Es hat eine Ähnlichkeit zu Satisfactory, ist jedoch aufgrund der 2D/3D Grafik übersichtlicher. Eine ganz klare Kaufempfehlung!

Super Spiel, eine Empfehlung geht klar und deutlich raus.
Das einzige was ich bemängeln muss, ist der Schlafmangel den man leider dadurch erleidet. =)

Bestes spiel,
Als ich es das erste mal gespielt habe war ich sofort gecatcht.
Ich war ausgelaugt und kein spiel hat mir spass gemacht.
Doch dann habe ich Factorio gespielt und plötlich war dieser spielspass wieder da und ich fühlte mich wie damals. Ich habe um 16 uhr angefange zu spielen und plötlich war es 2 uhr morgens. Dieses gefühl hatt ich lange nicht mehr und deshalb liebe ich es so sehr.

Über die Jahre habe ich Factorio oft beobachtet, aber trotz Demo doch nie gekauft.

Durch den Nachtest in der GameStar habe ich erst 11/2021 zugeschlagen und das war eine gute und eine schlechte Entscheidung.

Schlecht weil es Zeit ohne Ende verschlingt die für Familie und Freunde fehlt :)

Gut weil es eines der besten Spiele ist wenn man mit Produktionsketten etwas am Hut hat. Dazu die einhergehende, teils komplexe Logistik. Der Wandel durch die fortwährende Forschung, der ständige neue Aufgaben und Horizonte setzt. Gepaart mit ständiger Bedrohung (je nach Setup mehr oder weniger aggressiv) durch die fremden Insektoiden, angelockt und angestachelt durch die wachsende Umweltverschmutzung, die wir als Eindringling in ihren Lebensraum verursachen.

Beispiele:
- Züge können Rohstoffe von weiter weg anliefern. Strecken können einfach gestrickt sein oder komplexe Streckenführungen mit Signalen zulassen
- im späteren Verlauf können Drohnen automatische Reparaturen ausführen und Dinge auf- und abbauen
- bessere Waffentechnik (Flammenwerfer, Artillerie etc.) lässt mehr Expansion zu

Mit teils sehr interessanten Achievements eine Langzeitheraufforderung mit großartiger Steuerung.

Spiel es... Es ist gut und ist das Geld wert Vertrau mir.... Siehst du die 53 Spielstunden ? Es sind bald mehr.
Es ist Komplex etwas knifflig, spaßig und wird nicht langweilig, du hast ständig was zutun und musst vorausschauend spielen. Es ist das Perfekte Top down, Survival Sandbox Game wo auch hin und wieder etwas Aktion durch Alien Angriffe entsteht.
Hol es dir.

Ich Persönlich würde dieses Game eine 10/10 geben! Wer halt auf Komplexität steht, wer nicht denn ist das wohl nicht so toll! aber overall kann ich es schon empfehlen!

Wie man sehen kann mittlerweile das eine oder andere Stündchen mit dem Spiel verbracht. Super Game vor allem da von Entwicklerseite auch die Mods schön unterstützt werden.

Das in meinen Augen beste Spiel seiner Klasse!
Wer Aufbau mag, gern an ausgefeilten Produktionslinien tüftelt und auf eine liebevolle retro angehauchte Grafik steht ist hier genau richtig.

Bockt hart aber die sobald die Schaber alle 2 Minuten deine Stromquelle zerstören bockt es nichtmehr so stark. trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert

Ich finde dieses Game einfach nur faszinieren. So ein durchdachtes und Komplexes Spiel. Die 25€ erscheinen im ersten Moment teuer, aber lohnen sich ohne Frage. Die Updates fallen so umfangreich aus, das man nach wenigen Monaten, denkt es ist ein neues Game. Im Multiplayer, mit Freunden eine Riesen Base aufbauen, macht einfach nur Laune. Dann gibt es so viele gute und einfach zu installierende Mods, das man sich vor Spiel konntet nicht retten kann.

Einfach nur Genial.

PS: Habe in dem Game nicht einen Spielfehler mitbekommen/gehabt und man kann es auf fast jedem PC Zocken.

Hallo liebes Factorio- Team,
Ich spiele euer Spiel Zeit Anfang an, wo es sogar noch in der Beta Version war, etwa seit 15 Jahren, das ist die hälfte meins Lebens, und ich habe bestimmt schon 4000-5000 Stunden damit verbracht. Ihr hab super Arbeit abgelegt, wirlich unglaublich, und ich freue mich über weitere Updates. Aber ich ich muss euch einen Vorschlag machen, ist auch nix aufwendiges, wenn es Nacht ist, war es früher so das man außerhalb seines Sichtfeldes nichts gesehen hat und das vermisse ich, es ist mittlerweile so hell in der Nacht das man keine Lampen mehr braucht, bitte macht das Rückgängig, dass nimmt einen son bischen den Spiel spaß, weil wozu hat man dann Nachtsichtgerät und Lampen?, die sind zur Zeit leider überflüssig, es macht einen Punkt der Herrausforderung aus das man in der Nacht nichts sehen kann. Ich würde mich sehr freuen wenn Ihr es wieder so Programmiert das es in der Nacht dunkel ist. Ihr habt für mich das beste Aufbauspiel programmiert das ich kenne, keine andere Spielefirma auf dieser Welt hat ein besseres Spiel programmiert. Ich habe es an alle weiter empfohlen die Ich kenne und viele davon haben es sich auch gekauft und sind meiner Meinung dass es das beste Aufbauspiel ist was Sie je gespielt haben. Ich wünsche euch für die Zukunft weiterhin soviel Erfolg wie bisher.
Über eine kleine Antwort würde Ich mich sehr freuen.

Bitte nicht kaufen, wenn man ein normales Sozialleben aufbauen will.
Auch nicht geeignet für Klimaaktivisten und Pazifisten.
Ansonsten das beste PC-Spiel aller Zeiten.

Wow, fast 1.000 Stunden. Fühlt sich gar nicht so an. Klar: ein paar kleine Megabasen und Biter hab ich schon erledigt aber jeder Neustart löst wieder diesen derben Drang aus, dass man es dieses Mal noch besser machen könnte. Noch größer. Noch effizienter. Das man das Gejammer des Patners dieses Mal noch stärker ignoriert und wenn die Beziehung wegen Factorio drauf geht ... sei es drum. Mit wie vielen Frauen an Eurer Seite habt Ihr denn mal eben 1.000 herzzerreissende Stunden verbracht?

Factorio ist und bleibt für mich ein Singleplayer-Game. Alle pedantischen Menschen werden mir zustimmen: es kotzt mich so an, wenn mein m8 anfängt seine schei** ineffizienten Produktionslinien im Spaghetti-Modus in meiner Sichtweite zu bauen. Dann lieber alleine. Ohne m8 und ohne Frau. Nur ich und mein Factorio.

Factorio ist und bleibt für das Spiel, dass den geil*ten Entwickler ever hat. Tageszeitung? Bitte! FridayFacts sind deine neuen Nachrichten der Wahl.

Factorio ist, was du möchtest was Factorio sein soll. Es gibt für so ziemlich alles eine -gute- Mod. Gut, es wird ein Medieval Dynasty draus. Aber so ziemlich alles Andere ist möglich.

Factorio sollte spätestens JETZT in deinen Warenkorb wandern. Egal ob du Bock drauf hast oder nicht. Es gehört in jede Steam-Bibliothek. Gute Entwickler gehören unterstützt. Und generell, so präventiv: willst du deine Beziehung beenden, hast du das richtige Werkzeug schon mal parat.

Daumen, Zeigefinger, Mittelfinger, Ringfinger, kleiner Finger: alle Finger hoch! Kaufempfehlung.

2. Build the mother of all factories to exploit the planet to produce stuff.
3. Pollution makes local wildlife angry.
4. Destroy said angry wildlife with nukes.
5. Build a rocket to launch a satellite into space.
6. Win the game.

You may not like it but this is peak mankind performance right there.

10/10 would recommend.

Ein grandioses Spiel. Ein wahrer Underdog der genauso fesselt wie ein frühes Minecraft.
Die Fabrik muss laufen und besser geht es ohnehin immer. Jeder sollte mal Factorio gespielt haben und der Sucht verfallen - wenn die erste Stunde geschafft ist kann man nicht mehr aufhören. Versprochen!

Auch nach Jahren Top!

Factorio ist auch noch nach Jahren eines meiner Lieblingsspiele. Die Lernkurve ist moderat und das gameplay macht irrsinnig Spaß. Ob alleine oder auf einem Server mit Freunden ist hier für alle was dabei. Nehmt euch vor Aliens in Acht und erweitert stetig eure Fabrik um immer komplexere Dinge zu produzieren. Je mehr Verschmutzung ihr in die Luft blast desto mehr werden euch die Aliens bekämpfen. Somit ist mit steigender Entwicklung auch ein immer höherer Schwierigkeitsgrad für euch dabei. Ziel ist es eure Forschung auszubauen und eine Rakete ins All zurück zu schicken. Klingt einfach, ist aber bei manchen Einstellungen sehr schwer.

Die Modifikation bringen hierbei eine Fülle an neuen Forschungen und Gegenständen ins Spiel. Eben so komplex wie ihr es haben wollt. Manche davon erweitern das Spiel sehr deutlich und verlängern eure Spielzeit erheblich. Damit steigt dann auch der Grad der Komplexität. Das Spiel selber läuft auf älteren Systemen relativ gut. Nur bei vielen Simulationen wie Dronen kann es zu Performance Einbußen kommen, da euer System viele Berechnungen anstellen muss.

Die Wiederspielbarkeit ist dank der Modifikation ebenfalls gegeben und für mich auch nach Jahren immernoch wieder und wieder eine neue Herausforderung.

Sehr zu empfehlendes Spiel, wir haben zu 2, schon einige Abende damit verbracht unsere Anlagen zu verbessern, optimieren oder auszubauen. Ein Grafikmonster ist Factorio sicher nicht, aber es hat einen enormen Spielumfang, unendliche Möglichkeiten sich aufzubauen und die Möglichkeit mit Mods weitere Inhalte hinzuzufügen. Für mich ist es jeden Cent wert.

Hallo, ich bin immer schon ein Eisenbahnspieler gewesen. Aufbauspiele waren auch immer mein Ding. In Factorio habe ich ich all das gefunden was ich für ein lange interessantes Spiel brauchte. Die Anfänge waren ein wenig holprig aber dank aktiver Comunity leicht überwindbar. Danke an die Enwickler.

Ein sehr gutes Aufbauspiel. Es ist am Anfang etwas kompliziert, aber am Ende ist es übelst nice. Also am Anfang musst du Eisenerz finden. Danach Kohle und noch Kupfer. Alles automatisieren und aufpassen das die Aliens nicht deine Base angreifen, wenn es geht auch noch die Nester der Aliens zerstören. Also ich spiele das Spiel schon seit 3 Jahren und es macht einfach immer noch Spaß. Also von mir gibt das einen Daumen Hoch!

Richtig gut & Erschöpfend ! Mindestens genauso anstrengend wie Arbeiten gehen !

Aber ein riesen Spaß aus Erzen Batterien herzustellen und daraus kleine Roboter zu bauen usw. usw.

Ich würds immer und immer wieder kaufen ! Meine 76 Spielstunden kommen gefühlt von 5 Spieltagen die einen komplett ausgelaugt haben, aufhören ist einfach nicht drin bis man nicht noch dies und das zuende gebaut hat...

Ein richtig geiles Spiel. Keine DLC´s bislang- Spiel wird regelmäßig geupdated mit coolen Zeug !

Aufn Steam Sale braucht hier auch niemand warten - in gefühlt 2 Jahren gab es nicht einen einzigen Rabatt...! Also einfach 25€ hingeben undn geiles Spiel besitzen !

Nach mehr als tausend Stunden kann man schon mal ein Review schreiben ... aber ich könnte auch noch gerade da hinten diese eine Produktionsstraße ...

Was soll man sagen? Das Spiel ist einfach gut. Es geht um Fabriken und Automatisierung. Die feindlichen Aliens sind zwar da aber meistens nicht so sehr die Herausforderung. Bauen, optimieren, weiter bauen und wieder optimieren. Spiel Gut. Außerdem ein perfektes Beispiel dafür wie man Early Access richtig macht. Regelmäßige Updates und Informationen sowie die Möglichkeit auch auf einfache Art und Weise auf einer Version zu bleiben oder zu sagen man möchte immer Bleeding Edge sein. Modding das auch unabhängig von Steam funktioniert und Mods die wirklich viel hinzufügen können. Von QoL bis (fast) Total Conversion ist alles dabei.

Das Beste Spiel das ich je gespielt habe, wo man Rohstoffe sammelt und diese dann weiter verarbeitet. Und dazu kann man alles automatisieren. Die Grafik für so ein Spiel reicht auch aus, da gibt es nichts zu meckern :)

Fantastic game! I get lost for hours optimizing production lines and plotting my next monstrous block of assemblers and infrastructure. Getting that last bit of needed material to an entrenched machine deep in your network is a delightfully puzzle-like endeavor, and there's a surprising amount of replayability already in refining designs and working around different starting locations .
The most honest thing I can say, by playing this thing you get in touch with your own limitations.
The challenge is really becoming better.
1) Your factory design doesn't work well, you don't know even where to start to fix it;
2) Feel like a moron;
3) You spend some time redesigning, jerry-rigging half of the belts;
4) Things start to work;
5) Feel like a genius;
6) Some thing stops working;
7) Back to 1.

Einfach gesagt: DAS beste Aufbauspiel für alle, die nie wirklich fertig werden wollen. Bloß nicht von der Grafik auf den Screenshots oder dem angeblichen Early-Access-Status abschrecken lassen. Die Entwickler sind Perfektionisten und wer das auch ist, MUSS Factorio gespielt haben!

2 years and 11 months I got this game and I've just passed the 1000 hours mark. It might not be for everyone's itch but the demo should tell you that very quickly. From the high quality game to the down to earth developers with great communication/support all around I couldn't imagen better spend money.

This game is unique in that once you finish your first play through, your have barely scratched the surface of what you are capable of in Factorio.
What you think you know in your first play through, think you really did not know much at 200, 400, or even 600 hours. Very playable past 1k hours.

This is a game about automation. You must build a factory to produce a rocket and escape the planet you have crash landed on. It is very optimised and does not consume much hardware resources. So you are able to create factories with over a million entities, and also automate this so you do not have to place everything yourself.

The multiplayer experience is far superior most other games, bugs are basically nonexistent and the game so seamless between single and multiplayer.

There is much problem solving at so many levels. The devs are so awesome and the community is so helpful. A true labour of love.

I mean, if you're looking at Factorio, you probably don't need to read reviews. You're a big enough nerd to want to play pretty much no matter what.

All I can say is that I've logged over 600 hours on it and I see no signs of stopping. Who cares if its like doing my job, but for fun? Who cares if I've gotten every achievement? Who cares if even deathworld can't stop me?

I have played 400 hours. I don't see how I can give anything but a thumbs up. And I still consider myself bad at this game... Such a good puzzle which gets more and more complex. But those Biters are a nightmare.

If you have a passing interest in this style of game, you owe it to yourself to give it a shot. Wonderful game, wonderful developers, wonderful mod community for near-infinite replay (as if the base game wasn't already enough).

Heads up: don't hold out for a sale, the developers have said they don't intend to ever put it on sale. It's more than worth the full price anyway, just try the demo.

Factorio is one big drug, and u are dumb and understimate it.

So as most of drugs its start very innocently. u take small bite and admint that this game is good.
and continue without any problem or knowing u are getting into blackhole called factorio
but, as u slowly continue your journey of building factory, u will be more and more eaten by it.
first, u will notice u can spend on this game more, than on other games like 6 or 10 hours daily.
after some time u will think in work,school, park, everywhere u are how to make your factory better.
at this point u are fully addicted to this game nobody can safe u.

Your factory is making milions of coal iron uranium shifting those material into components and then creating other things.
at very high efficiency your defense is like russia in winter, nobody can cross your border and your border is same like russia you make imaginary line in few blinks there is actuall border.
So you mine plunder take everything u look at to make yourself happier and factory even more better.
Your social life is already gone, You dont know what is sleep, You have 3 hobbies now: 1) playing factorio 2) enjoying factorio 3) thinking about factorio.

Around some time you have done everything. made everything automatic at very high rate and efficiency, and your factory is biggest than ever. Your save is taking 20 minutes so u save manually, you bought 180″ tv for your map to be able see atleast 20% of your whole factory.
But u dont feel anything, u are not happy anymore, u feel empty there isnt single predator there isnt single obstacle
and thats the point where from crackorio you switch to depresrio.
because no matter what you will do you wont fill your hearth with that warm feeling that u were feeling back then.
no more good feeling after u made new efficient bus for your new ore, and now there is only black color across your vision.

And this is why i think factorio is 100/100
its sanbox game, with only limit being your imagination.
and there will be always that feeling of wanting make something more better or efficient.
Devs are trying their best to improve this game with every update and they care about community.
Also there are plenty of mods which can make your game even better but ive liked stay on vanilla so.
i hope u will enjoy game as much as i did.

When you play this game, you will know the true meaning of crack addiction. Once you stop, you can't stop. The obscene amount of hours I've spent in this game during a short period of time is concerning. I've literally risked my irl engineering degree to play as the engineer in this fucking game. That's how bad it got for me. But it's reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaally fun so you should buy it. Now if you'll excuse me, I've still got more things to optimise. Cracktorio's great

If you're looking to build an expansive factory, and geek out over your production line and its efficiency, Factorio is the game for you. The scale at which you can build is enormous and watching thousands of products flow around and get shipped off in trains to different parts of your factory is almost a therapy of sorts.

But even though you CAN break out the calculator and graph paper and solve equations to figure out optimal build ratios, that doesn’t mean you have to. You can have just as much fun (some might say MORE fun) with no planning at all. In the Factorio community, this type of unplanned mess is called “spaghetti”, but don’t think that it’s a derogatory term. It’s more a badge of honor, sort of like how Scotty was considered a miracle worker despite rewiring the Enterprise into a superluminal fire hazard. Spaghetti can be messy, but it’s also delicious.

There are enemies that come to break your factories, but this manages to make the game more interesting instead of annoying – it adds a sort of tower-defense mechanic, and gives you strong motivation to research and build advanced weaponry.

When/if you get bored of the base game, you'll find that the modding scene for this game is absolutely fantastic. Mods that make the game more complex, or more realistic, or more futuristic, or just address some quality-of-life things. The developers have been extremely supportive of the modding community, and the game has become a platform on top of which modders have built some excellent spinoffs.

If you’re the type to like these sorts of games, I think you’ll agree with the “overwhelmingly positive” reviews.

TL;DR Factorio engineer is a legit full time job

When people talk about programming games, most will think games like Zachtronics titles and Human Resource Machine. However, while those games are quite close to competitive programming or programming interview problems, I would say Factorio is closer to software engineering (and really, all engineering fields) day-to-day job. Here are some few parallels I found in this game:

1. Automate your most tedious tasks so you can focus on more important ones. At the early phase of the game, one of the first things you want to automate is belt production, because you will need tons of it and making it manually will take too much of your precious time. Later when you unlock blueprint and bots, your job become less about placing the individual assemblers, belts and inserters, but more on planning the logistics between large sections of your factory

2. Choosing between tradeoffs. Making a compact and space-optimized factory means your factory will need less resource and more easily defended, but that means scaling production won't be as easy and planning is quite harder. On the other hand, you can use more extra space for much easier planning and scaling, but that means you need a lot more belts, trains and bots to move around items and you need more defense infrastructure and clear up more biters nests.

3. Tech debts will eat you later if you don't manage it properly. It's easy and tempting to throw some quick design for an assembly line and do some spaghetti belting, but if you do it too much without some structure and refactoring you won't be able to understand your creation tens of hours later.

4. Any big and complex project can be done if you break it down small enough. Getting the blue science production is quite a daunting task when you first start play Factorio. But if you do it piece by piece, starting from the oil processing, then sulfur production, then plastic, and so on, you would eventually finish it.

5. Modularity is king. Modular design is not only good because you can just copy-paste when you need to scale up the production, it is also good because when there is a problem you can easily debug and isolate the root cause.

6. There will never be a perfect design. No matter how much you plan and how beautiful and optimized your designs are, in the end there will still some spaghettis and inefficiencies here and there. And that's totally okay. You need to get it work first, then you can improve and optimize it later.

7. You have your fellow engineers to help you. While I believe it's most fun trying to solve problem with your own ideas first, there are many things I won't be able to discover without the help of many other players in the form of forum, reddit discussion, youtube and twitch playthrough. Just like programming, when you got stuck, google is your friend.

This game is extremely addictive for one simple reason: it's a sandbox survival game with zero grind, because everything can be automated.

In a normal survival game, to craft 100 items, you need to first harvest 100 of some resource. In this game, you set up a power plant, a coal mine to fuel the it, an iron mine, a few assembly plants, a few conveyor belts and a chest and then wait for it to fill up with 100 grenades while you go work on another part of the factory. Meanwhile, the increasing pollution makes the bugs native to the planet increasingly agitated.

Automation is extended into every single part of the gameplay - you can mass produce buildings, then use robots to place them according to blueprints, transport items with automatic trains, and create complex control networks to let production adapt to demand. There is always something to do with very little repetition - a sudden bug attack, a bottleneck in your iron production, a depleted ore patch that forces you to explore for a new one. People spend absurd amounts of time on this game because it doesn't waste any of it.

I cannot recommend this game enough. When I recently became unemployed and needed something to distract me, this game really helped me out. I put 91 hours in 4 days. If you're a control freak, a perfectionist or if you simply love churning the brain juice, this game is perfect for you.

This game is best described as a hungry factory simulator. You start out with nothing at first and you eventually are never satisfied with the production of the factory. Whether the iron is not enough to satisfy your smelters at 100% productivity or you're running out of power soon so you need more solar panels but that requires more circuits, your factory is never satisfied.

Graphics remind me of good old Starcraft. Fantastic tycoon/management game. It's also multiplayer - I highly recommend this game.

1. Exploit the wealth of an entire planet for your own gain, polluting the air with your factories which make basic circuits and gears.
2. The pollution pisses off the locals, whom you slaughter without mercy.
3. Proceed to make more complex items, allowing you to pollute more.
