Hi everyone

Here is the first 1.12 release with softcoding files.
Also the mod dir has been fixed for better support of of mods.

Remember to report any bugs you find on bugfixing thread, so i can see them and they get fixed :)

CTD Fix: Divide by zero caused by infastructure repair fixed.
CTD Fix: Ships retreating during naval strike could cause a endless loop,

AI now doesnt load moving paratroopers into transport planes
AI now doesnt use paratroopers for invasions
GFX Speedup, by precalculating lightning
Convoy system now is less frantic about trade convoy target port not belonging to the trade partner. causing less checks for better ports - quite a big speedup lategame.

BETA1:
Interceptor sprite now correctly falls back to the national fighter instead of the neutral fighter sprite if no specific interceptor sprite is present.
