Euphorbia Milii is a narrative, text-based RPG with roguelike elements set in a ruined research station overtaken by nature. Former technologies are covered in moss, and the world functions without order, safety, or any promise of rescue.

Gameplay unfolds in the rhythm of passing days. Each day you plan your route, choose events from a random pool, and decide how to spend your limited time and resources. Not every threat is visible at first, and the consequences of your decisions may return many days later.

The game confronts you with choices that have no good answers. Gains are temporary, losses are permanent, and every decision leaves a mark. Sometimes it is better to walk away. Sometimes you have to pay the price. You are never certain whether it was the right choice.
