We’re totally stoked to be unleashing the long-awaited [i]Sundered[/i] [b]Finisher Update[/b], chock-full of delicious quality of life improvements and the badass titular [b]finishing moves[/b] that will have you obliterating eldritch hordes in style! The [i]Sundered[/i] [b]Finisher Update[/b] arrives automatically as a [b]free[/b] update to all Steam players today. Important [b]additional updates to Sundered are still to come![/b]
Here’s what’s in store for y’all in the [b]Finisher Update[/b]:
- [b]Added a set of new combat moves we call Finishers.[/b] Once a certain number of melee attacks have been landed in a short time frame, a powerful Finisher attack is ready to be unleashed! Finishers are available from the start of the game
- [b]Huge balance pass[/b] to make the game smoother and reduce moments where grind feels necessary: Reworked and improved early game pacing; Increased shard drops in the early game.
- [b]Expanded the skill tree[/b] with new nodes and rebalanced some stat multipliers and perks.
- [b]Defeated bosses can be fought again[/b] for reduced rewards.
- [b]Added player markers[/b] to help locate the player in crowded or zoomed out locations (can be toggled in the options).
- [b]Tweaked minimap legend[/b] so each icon is more easily recognizable.
- [b]Modified tip system[/b] so as to not spoil content that is not yet accessible to the player.
- [b]Reduced loading times[/b] and stabilized frame rate (hurray!).
- Other minor bug fixes.
