Plus Tickets

• Plus Tickets are new, consumable items that will add an amount of Kart Proficiency to a selected kart. [list]
• Plus Tickets can be viewed on the [Garage - Item - Consumable] menu, and used from the [Garage - Karts] menu.[/*]
• Plus Tickets cannot be used to upgrade karts that are not upgradeable, or have already reached their maximum Proficiency.[/*]
• Any excess Proficiency that goes above a kart's maximum amount will not be refunded.[/*]

• +10 Proficiency Plus Ticket: Adds 10 Kart Proficiency to the selected kart. [/*]
• +50 Proficiency Plus Ticket: Adds 50 Kart Proficiency to the selected kart. [/*]
• +100 Proficiency Plus Ticket: Adds 100 Kart Proficiency to the selected kart. [/*]

Game Balance Changes

Traction System

• The Traction System acceleration has been improved, decreasing the distance required to reach the maximum Traction speed. Maximum Traction Speed is unchanged.[/*]
• Team Boost Gauge Refill amount is now increased based on the number of teammates who are benefiting from the Traction Refill System.[/*]

Weekly Lucci Acquisition Limit

• Lucci can now be earned after reaching the 30,000 Lucci Weekly Acquisition Limit. [list]
• After earning 30,000 Lucci, instead of earning no Lucci, Racers will instead earn 50% of the normal Lucci from race rewards.[/*]
• The Weekly Lucci Acquisition Limit resets each week at 12:00 AM UTC on Thursdays.[/*]

Matchmaking Changes

• Speed Mode Ranked Queue's track selection standards have been updated. [list]
• Ranked Queue Track Selection that used to be determined based on a Racer's accumulated MP will now be based on their Matchmaking Ranking (MMR) instead.[/*]
• We will continue to monitor this change to ensure improved gameplay going forward.[/*]

Convenience Improvements

• (PC Only) Play Background Audio ON/OFF function has been added. [list]
• Setting this option to ON will allow KartRider: Drift background music, sound effects, and other audio to play while KartRider: Drift is in the background (such as while alt-tabbed to another program).[/*]
• Setting this option to OFF will mute KartRider: Drift audio while the program is in the background, excluding certain notification sound effects (such as Match Found notifications).[/*]
• This can be turned ON/OFF from the [Menu - Settings - Sound] options.[/*]
