Operation: Tango ist ein kooperatives Abenteuer zum Thema Spionage, in dem Sie mit einem Freund vor der Herausforderung stehen, gefährliche Missionen rund um den Globus in einer zukünftigen High-Tech-Welt auszuführen. Als exklusives Team aus zwei Personen werden Sie und Ihr Partner zu AGENT und HACKER und arbeiten zusammen, um die Mächte, welche die freie Welt bedrohen, zu infiltrieren, zu bespitzeln und auszuschalten. Großartiges Coop-Spiel. hat sehr viel spaß gemacht und ich finde es nett dass wenn man sich das spiel kauft sich der spiel partner nicht auch nochmal das spiel kaufen muss sondern eine kostenlose version kriegt.

Gelungenes asymetrisches Kooperationsspiel. Erfordert viel Kommunikation zwischen beiden Spielenden. Die Aufgaben sind gut gemacht, Die meisten Aufgaben sind schnell und intuitiv erfassbar und der Rest ergibt sich spätestens nach dem zweiten Fehlschlag. Der Schwierigkeitsgrad der Aufgaben, welche allesamt ein Zusammenspiel zwischen beiden Spielenden erfordern, entweder durch gleichzeitiges Spielen auf dem selben Spielfeld oder durch abgestimmtes Handeln, steigern sich angenehm. Die Aufgaben sind gut und vor allem sehr abwechslungsreich, Die Grafik gefällt mir gut. Die Musik ist stimmig aber lenkt nicht ab. Alles in allem ein rundum gelungenes Spiel.

Insgesamt eine ganze Menge Spaß!
Wir haben zwar nur 8,4 Stunden gebraucht um das Spiel auf 100% zu haben, aber die Time Trials zusammen mit den monatlichen Wettbewerben für jede Challenge haben die Spielzeit noch mal sehr verlängert. Es machte sehr viel Spaß vor allem Challenge 2 zu optimieren und es brauchte viel Konzentration für Kommunikation und Umsetzung der Runs. Das Endergebnis hat super funktioniert und wir waren wirklich ein eingespieltes Team.
Das brachte mich dann auch dazu das Spiel zu speedrunnen. Das Spiel hat genau die richtige Länge um nicht trivial zu sein aber es ist auch nicht viel zu lang. Man kann es sogar als Einzelperson speedrunnen, allerdings würde ich das nicht als ersten Playthrough empfehlen. Das ist eine ganz andere Art der Herausforderung.

Also ich und Mein Freund Dion haben das Spiel sehr genossen und es hat Spaß gemacht, kann ich nur jeden empfehlen.

Ps. Es war viel zu ez haben sogar alle Achievements.

2-3 Stunden Spielzeit für 17€, kein Wiederspielwert da die Aufgaben kaum oder gar keine Varianz haben.
Die Aufgaben an sich sind in Ordnung und machen größtenteils auch Spaß. Immerhin muss nur eine Person das Spiel kaufen,

Fürn 10er ist das Spiel in Ordnung.

ein sehr gutes spiel meiner Meinung nach, Grafik ist megacool gemacht und auch Ingame Sound wie die Musik sind sehr mitreißend. wenn man einen Guten Partner hat wird das spiel defintiv lustig und interessant. und es fühlt sich auch so an als wäre man ein richtiger Agent. was mir am meisten Gefallen hat ist dass das Spiel sehr Abwechslungreich und unglaublich Schwer ist also jeder mit schwachen Nerven sollte das spiel nicht kaufen. Ansonsten kann ich das spiel wirklich nur jedem empfehlen einmal zu spielen weil das ein Unglaubliches Erlebnis ist.

Das Spiel hat eine kurze Dauer (2,5 Stunden), macht aber enormen Spaß und ist durchgehend aufregend.
Wir werden es ein zweites Mal mit vertauschten Rollen durchspielen.

Short Fun Game with replay value :)

People that downvote this idk man not every game needs to be open world 60hrs plus OOF.
Price is fair cuz only one person has to buy it and you can then play with at least 2 people and be amazed.

Very fun co-op spy game to play with a friend. It's very unique and there are lots of little fun mini games in the game. It can be a bit challenging and frustrating at times, but not enough to make the game un-fun for unplayable in any way. I highly recommend!

Operation Tango is a co-op puzzle game where you play as two spies, an Agent and a Hacker, who break into places and steal important things that danger humanity in some shape or form.

The story is pretty straightforward. You start off with what seems to be a routine heist on a well-secured facility, but this then spirals into a more engaging story featuring various individuals who are involved in the overarching plot.

The gameplay is pretty involved for a game of this length and utilizes its co-op-focused mechanics greatly. The Hacker and Agent both excel in their own areas, and the game makes sure that the gameplay of either option is unique even when playing the same mission. Some portions are entirely reliant on the Hacker, some on the Agent, and most of the time, it's a blend of both. It's a surprisingly seamless use of the co-op nature of the game, and it's really nice. Each level also introduces a different setting with different mechanics, so nothing ever feels too stale or repetitive. There are also enough levels to feel fulfilled with what the game has to offer while also not feeling like the game is overstaying its welcome. Unfortunately, this game has a few bugs that sometimes forces you to restart sections of a mission or the entire mission itself, so that is also something you should be aware of.

The art and sound design is pretty standard. It isn't anything that stands out, but it isn't anything bad.

Overall, this is a solid co-op game with fun mechanics that don't get too old and stay for just the right amount of time. I recommend giving this game a try, but only if you have a friend to play it with!

A very fun 2 player game that heavily tests your co-op skills and communication. Would highly recommend for its 15 dollar price tag. Its worth it just make sure you have someone to play it with.

An incredibly stellar experience. We may have been too dumb for some parts but the hint system is really a godsend.
More Coop games should be THIS intertwined!

If you have a friend whom you KNOW cant work well under pressure THIS is the game for you! ;)

Graphis and Artstyle: Insanely stylish, super polished and overall a incredibly recognizeable artstyle. Cant wait to see more from this studio!

Story: Classical Spy themed adventure. it may be on the shorter side but its DEFINETLY worth the asking price. We just unlocked challenge mode and are looking forward to what that may bring.

Gameplay: One word: Varied!
I have only played the Agent so far but it was a insanely fun experience to see my friend open doors for me, manipulate the environment and even explore 3D space himself. The way you are forced to communicate is DEFINETLY inspiring!

Verdict: 9.9/10 simply because i wished it was longer ;) But thats something you could fix with some DLC?~

Every time I hand in my resignation, they pull me back in! I'm getting too old for this bullshit!

A fun little game to be played with a friend. We completed it in under 4 hours, none of the challenges were all that difficult but nor were they so easy that it was boring. Not quite sure it's worth the full price of admission, wish there was a little more diversity in routes to completion but that would be difficult to implement.

It's a very atmospheric game with a tonne of charm that throws you right into the cheesiest of spy flicks. It's fun but lacking in substance. I'd pick it up if it goes on sale (Or perhaps get you and your buddy to split the cost as it can be played with friends pass)

Very fun if you have someone to play with, free dlc is a really cool move and fun to play and optimize. Depending on how good you are about 3-6ish hours of gameplay for one playthrough, another 2-4 if you then play again with swapped roles. Price may seem steep for the time spent but only one person has to pay, so it's essentially half off all the time if you use friend pass and thus very worth it.

Review in under a minute Operation: Tango is an espionage-themed cooperative adventure in which you and a mate are tasked with bringing down a global threat. One of you will assume the role of a hacker and the other the field operative agent. Similar in vein to Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes the key takeaway to successfully concluding a mission will be communication with your partner. With just six short missions the game is a fast and fun co-operative experience that doesn't outstay its welcome. In between all this espionage and spy-duggery you will be tasked with solving a host of puzzles and mini games with your co-op partner. Neither myself or my partner ever felt that the solutions to the puzzles or mini games were obscure or difficult to solve. The game does a great job with visual clues should either of you ever feel stumped on any of them. Towards the end things can get a bit chaotic so you will need to put your best puzzle solving and team communication foot forward. Again I am going to mention teamwork and communication is key here. Graphics are nicely stylised resembling that of a comic book with a soundtrack that could easily accompany James Bond or Ethan Hunt on their next mission impossibles. With a price point that is fair - which includes a friends pass which ends up being a nice added bonus, I can definitely recommended Operation: Tango if you are looking for something worthwhile to scratch that co-op itch. Operation: Tango is a very unique coop experience. Fun new mechanics and riddles. Enjoyed it a lot! Nice graphics aswell!
Sadly only around 5-6 Hours of play time for a heafty price tag of 16,99€. But still in my opinion worth the money for a great game, supporting very talented game developers.
+++ Great for 100% Achievements (very simple to complete with your friend).

An amazing COOP game to play with a friend. You can even switch roles if you feel like so you're not stuck with one role. A lot of the gameplay reminded me of Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes.

Definitely the kind of game you want a friend to have. It is absolutely amazing, and I hope they get DLC/free updates in the future. But as of now it took a friend and I about 5 hours to finish the game and get every achievement. That being said, if you know someone who has it, you can play with them for free which pretty much takes away the biggest issue with this game (the second being the occasional bug)

Encountered 2 game breaking bugs during my go: frozen rendering and irreversibly hidden UI elements. The hidden UI element can be fixed by purposely failing a puzzle, but I had to force close the program when the the game stopped rendering e.g. the screen was a still image but my mouse could move.

For a coop-puzzler, this game is very short for its price and quality. Considering its bugs, it doesn't give you the best value for your money. Otherwise, the puzzles were a fun (not very difficult) test of communication.

If you get this game, remember to kill your partner at least once for an achievement.

Thank you Clever Plays for the friend pass system. Other devs *please* take this approach going forward. I want to play your indie 2 player coop game, but convincing another player to buy a game just so they can play it with you is frequently a deal breaker.

Operation Tango is good evening's worth of entertainment, but it is just that. The game is short, it took me about 45 mins per mission and there are 6 missions. There is no replay value here, it's a one and done deal. However, for your money, you are getting a fun, stylish aysmetric coop puzzle game, dense with variety and invention. The game throws a new mini puzzle at you every few seconds with minimal repetition. The focus is on keeping forward momentum going and minimising frustration, so the puzzles are relativly easy and checkpoints are plentiful. If Clever Plays continue this format with a sequel or DLC I will be back.

Reminiscent of Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes, but all the documentation is contained within the game. The spy action presentation is slick and the difficulty ramps up nicely as you progress through the missions. Hopefully there'll be more content for this in future!

Pretty fun game. I do have one thing to say though, the hacker gameplay seems a bit less fun than the agent gameplay. The developers tried to compensate for this in mission 4, and while it was great, maybe there was something more that could have been done.

Break legs with hacked robot 10/10
Kill your partner with a Lazer 10/10
marble madness board movement puzzle with two people controlling it 10/10
Love the co-op aspect.

Game should have some harder modes, DLC for sure.

Ideas:
0. invent mind wiping device so i can play it again for the first time
1. walking around to pick up missions you can play with your friends in the game
2. storyline missions are great but side missions you can complete during them for bonus
3. different operators in future potentially
4. hardness setting for some of the puzzles so replayability is higher
5. some parts of newer maps can be RG or at the very least have like 20-30 layouts so its harder to memorize them
6. have 3 person mode wehre hacker is helping 2 operators and htey must all work together but puzzles and timings are harder (funner)
7. DLC even with no changes

Sometimes casual analyzing puzzles and other times quick analytical thinking under time pressure. It is incredibly fun and I wish there was more.

Strong asymmetric gameplay with varied levels of challenge that didn't become frustrating. I'd have liked if there were more cases and missions.

VERY Short but AMAZING game.

With just one run (just one perspective / character) and not swapping the roles around yet, we were able to finish this game in 2.6 hours.
We will swap roles and complete it again, theoretically landing on 5.2 hours.
Would have loved to see more content but all the content that is in the game is perfect.

9/10. Big recommend. Great & Good fun

I just ran the entire campaign with a friend (neither of us had played the game before).

It starts off simple, but quickly ramps up into a wonderful series of communication puzzles a la Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes. I had figured it would play fairly simply, but by mission 3 we were starting to see some real challenges, and loving it. I had a few fails, but we were able to get right back into the mission from the start of the puzzle, so it never felt frustrating if we got caught or set off an alarm.

I've only played the Agent half thus far--I'm planning on inviting another friend who hasn't played yet to try Agent while I try Hacker--but it was highly enjoyable. What I wanna know is, are there any plans for DLC missions?

To sum this game up, a Short but Enjoyable Experience for Two people to Bond and have a good time,

Once the game is over you can swap sides and feel the game in... the others shoes.

I hope they add some DLC or more Randomization, otherwise this is a game to enjoy, it took me and a friend 5 hours to go through a full playthrough on both sides.
