Sehr schöne Flippersim. Viele Tische sind aber eher nicht Sim, sondern eher Action. Trotzdem sehr schönes Spiel mit vielen Features und vor allem VIIIIIELEN Tischen, die man als DLC-Pakete erwerben kann.
Klare Empfehlung.

Sehr gutes Flipperspiel.
Auf Grund der vielen Erweiterungen sehr zu empfehlen.
Es wird definitiv nicht langweilig.
Man darf nur keine Simulation erwarten.

Meiner Meinung nach der grafisch anspruchsvollste Flipper!
Die Tische sind abwechslungsreich und gut gestaltet.
Die Physik ist sehr gut.
Der Preis allerdings für die gesamten Tische schon etwas ambitioniert, aber immer noch wesentlich günstiger, als in den 70er und 80er Jahren in der Spielhalle! ;-)
Für Kurzweil ist gesorgt.
Ich kann Pinball FX3 weiterempfehlen!

Pinball FX3 ist eine grandios Sammlung von verschiedenen Flippern mit guter Grafik und großartigen Effekten. Diese Flipper Simulation ist die beste die man zur Zeit bekommen kann und die über 90 verschiedenen Flipper machen diese Sammlung zur umfangreichsten am Markt. Viele Upgrade Möglichkeiten, starke Sound Effekte, gute Musik und schnelles Gameplay machen dieses Spiel zu einer Empfehlung.

gefällt ;-) der free to play table sorcere`s lair gefällt mir sogar am besten, hab den rest als demo angespielt und mir lediglich ein 5er bundle für 3 euronen im sell gekauft. das sollte für langen spielspaß erst mal reichen. für alte pinballer wie mich ein muß, hab früher in echt pro spielt ne maak investiert ;-) ... get it

geniale Umsetzung.Ich nutze einen Pinball Tisch mit 2 Monitoren und bin begeistert. Schade das es keinen Kauf gibt der alle Tische sofort freischaltet. So muss tatsächlich jedes Bundle einzeln erworben werden.

hi, ich hab als junge einige mark in flipper automaten geschmissen... es hat riesenspass gemacht in der dorfkneipe die großen platt zu machen...
nachdem wir vor kurzem mal wieder so einen tisch benutzt hatten hab ich mir gedacht ich schau mal was es so gibt und bin auf dieses game hier gestoßen. es ist ein freegame bei dem es darum geht seine lieblingstische zu kaufen. leider kann man sie nicht freispielen und leider ist es auch so das man immer 2 tische dazukaufen muss die man (jedenfalls in meinem fall) gar nicht haben will. ich fände es besser wenn man die tische seiner wahl mit einer ingame währung freisschalten könnte oder halt durch zocken.
Es gibt für alle spieler 2 tische gratis den scorcerers lair und den fish tales.
ich habe einige tische angetestet und ich muss sagen die williams klassik tische machen mir am meisten spass.
bei den zen tischen sind lustige animationen, und teilweise recht nervige mninigames, ausserdem bleibt der ball sehr lange im spiel.
ein pluspunkt sind die challenges da bekommt man z.b. 1 oder 5 minuten unendlich bälle, oder muss mit einer kugel die meisten punkte holen, ich denke so können auch unbeliebte tische ein bisschen spass machen. eine liga gibt es scheinbar auch.
es ist auf jeden fall mal was nettes wenn man wenig zeit hat zum spielen und mal mit freunden kurz was daddeln will, nimmt weniger platz weg als ein echter flipper und kostet auch weniger als flippern in der kneipe... denn für einen guten lauf braucht man manchmal einige spiele^^
achso die filmtische finde ich eher langweilig, kann auch sein das ich mich täusche, man kann ja nur 1:30 minuten die tische testen, da ist es meist vorbei wenn es richtig losgeht... ich bin mit den gratis tischen sehr zufrieden ^^

Ich habe schon immer gerne geflippert. Allerdings nur auf dem Computer. Stundenlang in der Spielothek vor einem Flipper zu stehen, wäre auf Dauer zu teuer geworden (hatte nie zuviel Kohle). Auch auf dem Amiga damals hatte ich Flipperspiele (Pinball Dreams, Pinball Wizard usw.) Und jetzt auf dem PC mit Steam halt Pinball FX3. Und ich muss sagen: Es macht höllischen Spaß! Wenn ich nicht so gerne Trucks fahren würde (ETS2 & ATS), wäre Pinball FX3 wohl mein Lieblingsspiel. Meine Empfehlung!

The game ITSELF, individually, with mechanics, and game modes, and customization, and tables, etc. Is great, however, I simply cannot, by any stretch of the imagination, recommend it to anyone, after the, to say it simply, ATROCIOUS business practices Zen has gotten into. Basically, the entire focus now is on Pinball FX, their new Pinball game (which, by the way, NOBODY asked for) and NONE of the tables you bought in Pinball FX3 will transfer to Pinball FX. You will have to rebuy each and every single one of them individually, and prices are also completely absurd. And you WILL have to move on to Pinball FX, because eventually, online services, tournaments and stuff, I imagine, will seize to exist on FX3 and most likely they will also remove tables sooner or later, like they did in FX2, so you won't be able to buy them. Avoid Zen, do not support them anymore, and avoid every company with these utterly greedy, scammy, BS business practices.

Dev is doubling down on awful business practices. I've played a ton of this and would've previously recommended it, but I can't support fleecing/nickel and diming of customers like their dev is.

Wouldn't recommend buying anything from this dev following the horrible, anti-consumer pricing model it has implemented for the follow-up to this (which is confusingly called Pinball FX and is currently an Epic Game Store exclusive). Vote with your wallet.

(Btw, i mostly play this on Switch in case you're wondering why i have so few hours on the PC version)

I cannot even imagine video pinball being any better than this - it totally looks, sounds, and feels like the real thing. The base game's free, and comes with 2 fully featured tables, but you can still try all the paid ones for a minute and a half. Total no-brainer if you enjoy pinball.

Base game bloated with inaccessible content

There really is no reason for the base game to be 7+ gigs. This is the biggest issue I have with this release. All of the DLCs are already in the files, and you're not paying for additional downloads but instead for arbitrary in-game unlocks for content that's already there. You don't care about the Marvel tables, for instance? Guess what? They're on your drive anyway! You just can't really access them. The trial mode is not an excuse for such a practise. Why can't the DLCs be their own separate downloads? I tend to be rather economical when it comes to hard drive space and I see no reason to keep a game installed if 90% of it is inaccessible and bloating my drive.

I'm a light weight when it comes to games but I love the pinball. I'm in my senior years and I've had the epilepsy attacks when playing the heavy games so this is perfect for me. These are the best pinball machines out there in my opinion,

Overall an enjoyable game to play now and then.
But the ball is lost via the sides ridiculously often (like really really often), which is just pointless and makes me quit after a few games. Maybe i'm just extremely unlucky.

The actual pinball in this is great but the menus and presentation and leaderboard flashes and all that is just hella annoying. You can turn most of it off thankfully but still it's like STFU Zen and just lemme play the damn game XD

The best pinball collection available on steam in my opinion for the Williams Collection alone. I never thought I would be purchasing almost all packs but the amount of enjoyment is worth it and it works on my virtual pinball cabinet. It also integrates well with my PinUp frontend. Packs go on sale frequently and are worth picking up from time to time. My main complaint about it is the availability of upgrades which feels like cheating to me. Other than that, great collection and definitely recommend for novices and fellow pinheads.

The FX3 pinball tables are great on my ATGames Legends pinball, enjoy all the tables , especially Roadshow, The Creature from the Black Lagoon and Medieval Madness. Comes with 2 free games , Fishtales and Sorcerer's Lair.

I have played Zen since the PS3 when they did a compilation of tables, They kept the realistic feel to the games that were recreations and the physics were great, fast forward to now and I still play the Zen tables they lost a few licenses over the years but the core has been the same, I really enjoy playing this the most on my At Games Legends Pinball over OTG which allows the game to be played like a table without having to build one, yes I know alot of custom builds are amazing but I just want a basic table and this does it, so with the free cabinet code and steam its all set even down to using the plunger and the accelerometer for nudges, I really say give there games a real try I think they spent extra time polishing there own IPs I really love the Wild West one, the lighting and the game play is just top notch,

Try to get the games on sale but I own all 99 tables and hope they add more in the future

One of the nice options is that you can play either strict arcade rules, and have the extra graphics turned off if your after the ultra realistic recreation or you can add things like bonus multipliers and extra graphical effects if you just want to play for fun. I tend to keep the extra graphics on for the non Williams tables as some of the effects and extras can be pretty fun to watch as you play.

I hear this is the end for FX3 and Zen is going in another direction or different platform and have even introduced a weekly youtube show on Pinball, which I have not yet checked out which I should as pinball needs the players support the game is not mainstream although I have heard that 1UP Star Wars pinball tables sold well for whats that worth

I like the Williams machines the best, but there are a few good machines made by others available. Some of the machines focus too much on eye-candy, backstory, mini-games,etc., rather than game-play. I wish there were more Williams-esque machines available, with clear goals, limited backstories, less focus on appearance and more focus on good game-play. That said, Pinball FX3, in my opinion, has the best overall options and tables of any pinball simulator on Steam. I do have issues with some bugs not getting fixed promptly, or at all, but it seems to be becoming an epidemic among developers. This game, however, has a minimal amount of bugs that go unfixed.

Very solid, I will say wait for the dlc to go on sale and buy it then, there is only 2 free tables on here and the rest cost money but on sale they are worth it. 2 bucks for 2 tables is agreeable, these ones that cost 10 maybe not so much though.

Otherwise pretty fun game, but the boards are way too expensive for what you get. Also the leaderboards and online multiplayer only works if you link your steam account with some kind of zen account, which is straight up unnecessary in a current year. They did this in order to collect more personal information from the players. Good game ruined by greed and anti-consumer policies which is kinda sad.

I really enjoy this game especially the williams tables but I cannot recommend you spend money on this game. The tables you bought will not carry over to the upcoming pinball fx game which is epic store exclusive for 1 year. I hope people refuse to pay again for the tables they already bought.

A really fun game. I got this for the Bethesda DLC (and in that, specifically, for the Skyrim table... which I absolutely love: see that review for a detailed look at that). However, more generally, this is a solid title. The pinball simulation is great. There are loads and loads of tables to choose from. You can sample them randomly to try out different ones (although Skyrim is the one you want, says me). My real-life job is physics, so I'm rather critical of the physics of games. However, this one is really good. Slow it down and analyse it and, yes, the balls react really well to gravity, collisions and buffering. There is nudging of the table too... if you like to do that (I'm more a purist). There are lots of achievements to be had, scores to chase, perks to get, leaderboards, customisation and other things to keep you amused. I've gotten 40+ hours of gameplay out of a single table (Skyrim) so I really feel I got my money's worth. Downsides? Not really. There is an exaggerated female avatar that helps you with game tips in a squeaky voice. I found that rather tasteless, but mercifully, it can be turned off in the options. And, on that note, there are lots of options to let you tweak all aspects of the game. Overall, it is a good game and lots of fun.

Oh, and it's got a cool Skyrim table.

I love playing pinball. Pinball FX3 is easily the best (IMO) pinball game on the market right now.
My only real big complaint is that Pinball FX3 does not support VR. I mean one would think it would/should support VR as Pinball FX2 VR exists. Do know that Pinball FX3 comes with, I believe, 3 tables to play and the rest of the tables are paid for DLCs but the tables in Pinball FX3 are current modern pinball tables such as Bob's Burgers, Archer, and Family Guy plus others.

If you are looking for a VR pinball experience you are looking for Pinball FX2.

So I suppose I don't mind creating a Zen Account to link to my Steam account to see Leaderboards, and I can pass on paying £200 of DLC to own the full game....But to send them a photo of my PC set up via email for the privilege of playing in portrait mode!?

I'm not a pinball zealot but i don't mind playing it, i got tired pretty soon but got it for free... (It's not a problem)
On the Williams tables the realism is very high, the physics conforms to reality.
In virtual ones built without a real reference they are more for fun and special effects. ( uncompetitive)

It is certainly the cheapest solution to have a realistic experience.

Free pinball. Looks great. Can demo paid tables. Works with portrait rotated monitors. If your screen can rotate to be tall, you definitely want to try pinball on it.

Best pinball game out there. If you own a monitor with pivot function, make sure to write support to enable cabinet support for you. With cabinet support enabled you can turn your monitor using pivot function and see the whole table at once without scrolling, which is great.

My enjoyment of Pinball FX3 really varies depending on the table and how graphically busy they are. I like mechanically simple and visually accessible tables. The older Pinball FX tables are great in this regard, especially Mars, my personal favorite. The busier the tables get and the weirder the breaks from the pinball action are, the less fun the table tends to be. That said, very few tables are outright bad, and most are at least conceptually interesting.

The modes are pretty simple but there's some additional depth in the rewards system for accomplishing goals on each table. For example, hitting the multiball multiplier might net you a level up which will award you more points for that same multiplier, if you decide to activate the bonus. I usually leave these off but it's a neat incentive to practice your aim.

Sales come up pretty frequently on table packs, so it's worth checking week to week if you're interested but the full price of the tables leaves you gun shy.

I played a lot of pinball as a student and very recently stumbled on digital pinball on PC (played digitally on the AMIGA back in the day too). I absolutely love this one and is probably right now my favorite game overall, not just pinball. For me it is a great way to relax somehow :).

Please fix Williams Bundle 6. Many of us cabinet users have issues with jerky/laggy play. All of my hardware exceeds your requirements by a long shot. I have emailed many times for a resolve...sent analytic data as requested, was told it was a shutter speed problem and a fix was coming....was never fixed. The tables play horribly. I have all of your tables and love them...please keep creating them...but I need these fixed please. Note that the other 100+ tables play perfectly....so it is not my problem, it is on your end. None of my emails are not being responded to....I have emailed multiple times over the past 2 months, both to the person was was initially helping me and to the support email address on your Zen page...no responses. I would not recommend any cabinet users purchase this bundle until it is fixed. Also, Zen, you all may want to look at the discussion threads on the FX3 Facebook groups! I’m not the only one with this problem and you may glean a lot of valuable information from those who pay your bills..,..us customers.

Original Pinball machines take too much upkeep, not to mention the cost of each machine. While I have a real pinball machine and may get more. Pinball FX3 makes it much easier to play multiple tables, get a feel for what I like and do things you cannot do on a real pinball machine. I've had to build another computer and rebuy the series because my wife keeps kicking me off my gaming PC to play a few rounds .... for an hour!

With the tragic loss of Windows XP's pre-installed Pinball game, this fills a long-needed itch. Tons of different themed machines available in DLC to pick from. There's a decent amount of depth in the machines I have played; there's special modes and score boosters which change up the battlefield when triggered. Definitely recommended for your digital arcade!

I'm very hit and miss on the PFX original tables which have never been quite my cup of tea (and the rulesets for the tables always seemed a bit undercooked, especially in comparison to their real life cousins), but as someone that owns a complete set of The Pinball Arcade tables, I'm happily repurchasing all of their Williams/Bally games. The physics are very impressive, and the PFX3 UI has always been excellent, the tournament system is extremely solid and fun, and the selection is excellent.

There's still some weird bugs (DMDs resizing occasionally, sound effects playing at the wrong time etc) and I really really want them to port PFX3 over to VR, but I give a strong recommendation - specifically for their Williams/Bally games.

This is a pinball game and not a pinball emulator so expect unrealistic gameplay elements.
Wizard Powers and Table Upgrades mean that tournaments aren't always based on player skill.
Most tables don't have a physical counterpart which allows for theme variety, though some themes are SEVERELY overdone.
Graphics are cartoony with overly bright colors and special effects that all blend to make some table items hard to see (including the flippers).
Nearly all the tables feel like a standard table squished to fit half the size.
No Elvira table.

Overall, it's ok but I rarely play it over other pinball emulators and never for long.

TL:DR

Did you know pinball was illegal in New York from 1942 to 1976? They were considered harmful for children, turning them into gambling addicts ... Well, luckily, those times are gone. Kick the flippers and move your score to the top. An old school arcade game everyone played at least once in the lifetime. Best game in the FX series so far and the basic game is free to play. Unless you have time to spend with a real pinball table, this is the best choice.

INFO

- This review is a personal opinion. Try the game for yourself.
- Along with a chess game, pinball is the best and cheapest choice for hours of entertainment now and then.
- FX3 has many new tables, but also tables from FX2 where redesigned with new graphics and you previously had FX2 tables you already own them in FX3. Still, some of the tables from FX2 are gone for good in the new version.
- Compared with FX2, the new FX3 has a leveling system that allows for upgrading certain boosts and maximize score points by getting more XP. If you got used to the FX2 gameplay that did not require leveling and upgrade, the new system may not be your thing, so try playing the Classic mode.

PROS

- Beautiful graphics with nice themes from well known games and movies, some of them have not only stunning visuals but also a smart design.
- The largest pinball selection with a total of 104 tables with themes from Star Wars, Jurassic Park, Marvel, Aliens, Universal Pictures, Bethesda and Valve games, Foxnet, Zen and Williams. You must buy most of them, but you can also play them in trial mode.
- Realistic pinball sounds, ball nudging, table boost upgrades and challenges, score table and leaderboards.
- Single-player, ranking and multiplayer with league play and tournaments.
- Constant updates, new content release and sales.
- Classic mode available for players that don't want to be bothered with upgrades and leveling.

CONS

- No less than 33 DLCs for additional table themes, which totals to a VERY expensive price for the full package.
- NO ultrawide support whatsoever. You can set ultrawide resolutions in Options but they will not take any effect.

This is definitely a worthwhile investment for a pinball fan. The Williams tables play very well, and are loaded with options letting you customize the experience. (You can opt to make it play closer to the original table, or go with the full 'digital' experience that Zen typically creates.)

The one shortcoming with the Williams tables may be the sound reproduction. Zen Studios seems to fare better with creating sounds for brand new tables than reproducing sounds for existing ones. A few of the tables (Funhouse) could stand to be remastered audio-wise.

One other thing - it would be nice of Zen Studios to give people who purchased the XBox/Pinball FX2 version of their tables a discount on the PC/Pinball FX3 version of the same table. It's admittedly a buzzkill having to repurchase the same tables from one iteration to the next at full price. (I am pretty much stuck playing all their old tables on an XBox 360, since I didn't migrate the game contents over to the newer XBox in time.)

I really like the fantasy Pinball tables such as Sorcerer's Lair, the Marvel Tables, the Star Wars Tables, and the Alien tables, but what I like most on here are the Williams collection tables. They are upgrades from the Pinball Arcade equivalents. The presentation on all of the tables on Pinball FX3 is amazing. As far as I can tell you can't adjust the lighting, which was a nice feature that later versions of The Pinball Arcade had. There is only one shot-based challenge achievement per tables on Pinball FX3 vs a series of challenges per table in Pinball Arcade. I really like the 3 types of challenge modes on each table here in Pinball FX3. My favorite is the 5-minute challenge, where you attempt to get as high of a score as you can in 5 minutes of play with ball-save. You can earn up to 15 challenge stars based on your score on any of the three challenge modes.

As somebody who preferred Pinball Arcade to Pinball FX, I must admit that Zen have done a good job on the Williams tables since acquiring the licence and taking it off Farsight. My early concerns have been overturned and I look forward to many more conversions of real-world tables.

I want this to be my favorite game ever, but I have one issue with this game. The tables are amazing, the pinball is outstanding. The menu voice-over is the root of all evil. There is even an option to turn it off, but, it is unfortunate. The voice still comes back at the end of every game and makes a terrible noise. A really, really terrible noise.
Please let me turn off the menu narration.
Make the option mean something.
Make it make the voice stop.

I play mostly for the recreations of classic pinball tables and I am impressed by the physics and the value. The recreations are quite close to the originals (I have a pinball arcade near my housed that allows me to do comparisons). I look forward to each release of new tables from the Williams collection. Here's to a release of Black Knight and Black Knight 2000!

I love this game, well made and the ball physics is great. I have played this since FX2 and have just about every table. And no matter how discourage I get, I have great friends that are just wizards when it comes to mastering the scoreboard. I love that, as it pushes me to better myself even more. I am a little unhappy with the new tables that have came out. As the specialness of what I felt made FX# so different isn't there. Now it's just replicas of table that are from the past. And the Video can never get the right sweet spot on the table. But as far as recommending this. I couldn't and wouldn't recommend any pinball over it.

Having played Balls of Steel it was quite a challenge to find an equal or better pinball game, but Pinball FX3 is just that game! The graphics are excellent, the gameplay is awesome, and the online tournaments and single player challenges just make me come back :-). Two things I do miss are the Addams Family machine and the original Batman 1989 pinball machine cause they used to be my favorites in real life. I hope they will be available in the future.

Very impressive!!! I didn't get into FX3 until after Zen acquired Williams/Bally license. I've played real pinball cabinet back in the 90's and having recreated digital tables made available brings back memories. The customer support is great and very active in the message forum. I've sent in a request to unlock Cabinet mode and received my key the next following day without additional cost!

I've been annoyed with the overloaded/bloated animations added on to tables but Zen had listen to their userbase and made changes to be able to turn off animations and added other quality of life features.

I'm looking forward to when Zen gets Stern license next and actually put in the care and effort to make the best pinball game ever unlike the other pinball game.

Probably my favorite of the major pinball games, has a lot of real pinball machines available, good physics and graphics, and can play in portrait mode. I wish they'd add Jersey Jack brand pinball machines, but I don't think anyone has those yet.

At the time of this review I owned all 96 tables released to date.

This game is one of the better pinball simulators that I've played i a while. I like the original tables created by Zen Studios as well as the original tables based off of franchises. But when they added the Williams Pinball tables i was definitely sold. The physics are great and the tables are more detailed than the ones released by Farsight Studios.

PROS:

- Has 96 DLC tables from franchises such as Marvel, Star Wars, Jurassic Park and more as well as Zen Studio Originals
- Supports Cabinet Mode (For those interested in building your own digital pinball table using multiple monitors.)
- Williams Tables can be played with Zen Physics, extra visual effects or real table physics in Arcade or Tournament Mode.
- Most tables that were purchased from Pinball FX2 can be carried over to Pinball FX3 for free.

CONS:

- Tables can't be bought individually. They only come in packs or season bundles. (Wait for the sales discounts.)
- Server tends to go down from time to time which makes Matchup and Leaderboard posting unavailable.
- Some Pinball FX2 tables can't be carried over to Pinball FX3 for licensing reasons. (i.e. South Park, Ninja Gaiden and Street Fighter.

I love this game and would really love to get back into it... but as someone who already bought most of these tables back on Pinball FX2 its hard to swallow the price tag of all the dlc in this game... i won't ever get these DLC's but it would be nice to see some kind of loyalty points to allow me to purchase them in game. $300 two times is far too much for this game.

Pretty decent pinball simulator. I like that it has roguelite style score boosters and stuff like worldwide score leaderboards. I don't, however, like that you can't buy individual tables, you have to buy bundles, and the bundles are relatively expensive if you don't get them on sale. Luckily though if you bought any FX2 tables, they carry over into this edition.

The game scoreboards are constantly down, and you cannot see your friends scores, and even your own sometimes.

It seems developer is doint anything to fix the servers which is why I recommend to stay away from the game. Not worth the money

Probably the best Pinball game on Steam right now. There are roughly one hundred Pinball tables which you can choose from as of right now but only two of them you can truly play for free to heart's content. The other ones are priced but are all of high quality. Especially the physics of the Williams tables are great and they really should be implemented to the other fictional ones. There are virtual tables based on real ones (the William Volumes) and plenty fictional ones based on various IPs or original ideas (though for my taste slightly too much Marvel and Star Wars involved even though I like both cinematic universes).

If you own PBFX2 on Steam, almost all table you owned there will be transferred for free in PBFX3 with the exception of the two great South Park tables, the Plants vs Zombies and the Ms. Splosion Man if I recall correctly. They are sadly not available to buy anymore on Steam :(

If you don't know which DLC to pick, I'd choose the Williams tables and from the fictional ones the Balls of Glory, the Medieval/Sci Fi pack and if you're into Star Wars I'd also consider buying the Force Awaken pack [spoiler] even though the movie they're based on is in my opinion kinda one of the worst in the Star Wars Saga [/spoiler].

The DLCs are kinda expensive though, so I would definitely pick them up on sale. Comparing the prize you would have to pay in real life for Pinball, it's still way cheaper though so it might be reasonable if you're a passionate of Pinball.

I'm hoping that in the future they'll restart adding some non-Williams tables. I would love some Disney/Hasbro ones personally. It's probably easy to guess which one I'd like the most to be made reality ;)

I mean, the DLC is nice, good tables, lots choise, well made but you get only 2 tables to start with and every other table you have to buy seperatly and will cost you a lot, and I mean a lot a lot.

-- You need to buy new tables to be able to play hotseat online because every few days the tables that can do online hotseat wil change.

-- You can not combine/link your windows pinball account (where you bought tables) with the game on steam = buy every table again on other platform, thats just brutal, asked support, but they can not fix this because they are 'separate games' (exact same, but other platform)

Conclusion:

For sure the best Pinball game you will find at this time, it is near perfect as it is, but extremely expensive if you want to have all the tables (i guess +-200€ all tables) :/

Give it a try, the 2 free tables that you get are good and nice to play on.

One of the better pinball games I've played, and arguably the best on the market at the moment. Zen do a fine job here and provide a wide assortment of classic tables (via Williams) as well as modern designed thematic tables based around popular franchises like Marvel, Fox, Alien, Universal Pictures and more.

Bit disappointed not to see some of my favourites from back in the day, Indiana Jones, KISS, Metallica etc are missing, but you can't win them all.

One downside is that the base game is free, and to get access to the good tables (or just other tables really) you need to buy DLC packs. Good news there though is that they are on sale fairly regularly, just recently a portion of the Star Wars tables were on sale which is when I picked them up.

Solid Pinball game and I recommend it.

Most fun virtual pinball tables you could wish for. Also the graphics and sounds are great especially on the newer tables. There is a very large selection of tables that you can buy and basically all of them are worth the purchase. I own around 70% of all the tables and there are only a few of them that I don't like that much (still okay).

I also think that the community around FX3(Zen) is great, half of the people on my friendlist I know through FX2 and FX3. It's a big difference from communities of other Steam games which are generally quite toxic and immature.

FX3 has only one issue at my end which was not an issue in FX2 and that is sticky flippers. With my wireless Xbox controler I keep having moments where my flippers won't go down unless I double press them. I have gotten used to this by now as the issue was present from day 1, so it's not a game braking problem, but I wish that they would finally solve that. This issue doesn't happen to everybody, but a portion of the playerbase is affected by it.

While I'm no pinball wizard... and could not even tell you if this replicates true pinball machine physics; it's a blast to play, especially with the vast choices of tables to choose from. Get it, play it! Add tables as they go on sale :)

I play single player. No idea how the multiplayer is, so no comment on that aspect.

This is the ultimate Pinball simulator

It's got a lot of classic pinball tables beautifully recreated and tons of licensed IP tables ranging from Marvel Comics, Jurassic Park, Star Wars, etc.

Gameplay is what you'd expect, a really good pinball game with accurate physics. There are also multiple modes such as single-player, classic mode, practice mode, hotseat mode and various challenges to beat - in addition, they've managed to sneak in upgrades and powerups!

There are tables huge and full of content that requires you to read guides, and small simple ones to relax with. the game allows you play demos of each and every table so you can decide whether its worth buying or not.

Game has really crisp visually and very arcade-like sound effects respectively based on the theme, makes you feel like you're in the actual arcades. I'm in love with it.

Go in if you are willing to spend a few bucks on your prefered tables, because the original tables are probably not that appealing. There are regular sales if you are wanting to save!

10/10 Has a little something for everyone. (this time for real)- Not IGN

This is a great pinball game, with great tables...

But their game servers are almost always offline.

You join a matchup tournament, put lots of hours in to climbing up the leaderboard, and then the servers go down for the last 3 days of it and all that effort was for nothing.

Or you finish a tournament game only for it to hang for a minute and then fail to post your scores.

There is no excuse for anything other than 99.999% uptime on a modern game server.

If you want to enjoy the multiplayer tournaments with this game, forget it.
