Faction Wars Hard Mode
We’re introducing Faction Wars Hard Mode with tougher Stages, greater rewards, and new challenges such as specific conditions for achieving 3 stars on a Stage. New rewards include crafting materials for Faction Wars-specific Relics, Rank 6 Rare, Epic, and Legendary Glyphs, as well as a new Mythical Champion for fully completing this new challenge, Polara Fireheart.
Polara Fireheart is a devout member of the Sacred Order, dedicating her every waking moment to purging evil in the name of Lumaya. Whether she’s burning her enemies in her Base Form, or delivering frosty judgment in her Alternate Form, Polara Fireheart is a fierce warrior and a valuable ally!
In Hard Mode, you’ll face off against new, more powerful Crypt Keepers and their minions. Make sure to read the in-game Boss Guides before taking on these foes - they’re more dangerous than ever.

New Relics and Crafting Materials
We’ve also added a new batch of Relics which are only craftable using Spiteful Remains that can be earned in Faction Wars Hard Mode. Check out the 8 new Relics coming to the game!
New Battle Effect
We’ve added a brand-new battle effect to RAID, called “Activate”, which relates directly to the instant activation of Poison and HP Burn debuffs. So, it deals damage from all remaining turns of those debuffs in one go. You can see this effect in action through Champions like Elenaril or Zavia.
Update to Unity 6 and game optimizations
We're updating the Windows version of RAID: Shadow Legends on Plarium Play to Unity 6 and implementing various optimizations to improve overall game performance. Unity 6 isn’t compatible with Windows versions older than Windows 10, version 21H1, so upgrade your device’s OS to experience the best way to play RAID.

Old version: Attacks 1 enemy. Has a 40% chance of placing a [Block Active Skills] debuff for 1 turn.
New version: Attacks 1 enemy. Has a 55% chance of decreasing the duration of all buffs on the target by 1 turn. Also has an 80% chance of placing a [Block Active Skills] debuff for 1 turn.
[Skill 2 – Ice Pillar]
- Effect added: Now also places a 60% [Decrease DEF] debuff for 2 turns.
[Skill 3 – Thick Skin ]
- Skill changed
Old version: Immune to [Stun], [Freeze], [Sleep] debuffs. Decreases the damage taken by all allies by 7.5%.
New version: Immune to [Stun], [Freeze], [Sleep], [Fear], [True Fear], [Provoke], [Sheep], and [Petrification] debuffs. Decreases the damage taken by all allies by 7.5%.
[Ascended Skill 3 – Thick Skin ]

Old version: Immune to [Stun], [Freeze], [Sleep] debuffs. Decreases the damage taken by all allies that are under 1 or more buffs by 15%. Decreases the damage taken by all allies that are under no active buffs by 25%.

[Skill 3 – Sonic Torture]

- Effects added: Will now ignore 20% of each target’s DEF if they have no buffs. Will also ignore any [Block Damage] buffs.
[Skill 5 – Unholy Experiment ]
- Skill changed
Old version: Enemies under a [Decrease DEF] debuff cannot place [Stun], [Sleep], [Fear], [True Fear], [Provoke], [Freeze] or [Petrification] debuffs on this Champion. Resets the cooldown of the Sundered Sky skill if an enemy under a [Decrease DEF] debuff is killed by that skill. Also resets the cooldown of the Sonic Torture skill if an enemy under a [Decrease DEF] debuff is killed by that skill.
New version: Immune to [Stun], [Freeze], [Sleep], [Fear], [True Fear], [Provoke], [Sheep], and [Petrification] debuffs. Also randomly resets the cooldown of one of this Champion’s skills whenever they kill an enemy. Occurs once per skill.
Reserve Vault expansion
The initial size and the expanded maximum size of the Reserve Vault have been expanded.
Improvements and battle fixes
- Fixed a visual bug that caused a Champion with a [Sheep] debuff to appear incorrectly, when receiving the debuff after it was reflected by the Wand of Submission Relic.
- Fixed a bug that caused a Champion under a Deathbrand debuff to be able to resist the effect of a Block Revive debuff.
- Fixed a bug that caused Queen of Hearts to prioritize using the Heartburst skill instead of the Queenly Command skill.
- Fixed a bug that caused Odin Faefather’s Odin’s Wisdom passive counter to not reset after Odin Faefather was killed and revived by a Revive On Death buff.
- Fixed a bug that caused The Calamitus’s Alternate Form passive skill to not increase damage against the first target hit when there are Hex debuffs on enemies.
- Fixed a bug that caused Nais the Shadowthief’s Alternate Form passive skill to revive an ally when an enemy was killed by the Magma Shield buff from the Volcardiac Heart Relic.
- Fixed a bug that caused Lydia the Deathsiren’s passive skill to activate and go on cooldown after an enemy tried to revive after being killed while under a Block Revive debuff.
- Fixed a bug that caused Arnorn the Shining’s passive skill to keep him alive until his next turn when receiving a fatal hit while under a Petrification debuff.
- Fixed a bug that caused some Champions’ passive skills not to activate when hit with a fatal hit from an enemy with the Shield Breaker Mastery.
- Fixed a bug that caused both hits from Embrys the Anomaly’s Unmaker's Blade skill in his Alternate Form to be redirected to Ultimate Deathknight when targeting any Champion under a Necrosis debuff.
- Fixed a bug that caused Falmond Mournsword's Burning Courage skill to not apply surplus damage to all enemies when the initial attack was redirected to Ultimate Deathknight and killed him.
- Fixed a bug that caused Al-Naemeh the Sand Devil’s Slumber counter to appear as a negative value.
- Fixed a bug that caused the Turn Meter increase gained from the Gathering Momentum Gemstone to be calculated incorrectly.
- Fixed a bug that affected the Scroll of the Unseen Relic and certain Champions who damage themselves or allies.
- Fixed a bug that caused Karnage the Anarch, in Alternate Form, to attack twice with Singularity of Pain if the first hit removed the Sheep debuff from an enemy.
- Fixed a bug that caused Thor Faehammer’s Champion model to remain standing after being revived by Senna Amberheart and then killed by reflected damage from the Head of Suffering or the Head of Vengeance.
- Fixed a bug that caused Amius the Lunar Archon to exclusively use his Alternate Form’s Abyssal Construct skill against low-level Champions.
- Fixed a bug that caused Nais the Shadowthief’s Thief's Omen skill to fail to apply a Block Revive debuff when attacking Embrys the Anomaly.
- Fixed a bug that caused Yumeko to be susceptible to receiving Smite debuffs while under a Perfect Veil buff.

- Fixed a bug that caused Lysanthir Beastbane's Runed Snares skill to not apply the 25% Weaken debuff when attacking a decapitated Hydra's Head.
- Fixed a bug that caused an opponent in Live Arena to be shown receiving points instead of losing them when a battle reached the time limit.
- Fixed a bug that caused the Daily Offer to disappear from the Event Hub after a player claimed the first day’s reward.
- Fixed a bug that caused the preset counters to not be displayed on the Champion Presets and Global Presets tabs in the Preset Manager.
- Fixed a bug that caused Arbiter to appear in the end-battle window of a Live Arena battle when a player reached Gold League after the opponent had left the battle.
- Fixed a bug that caused tapping on a notification about completed Daily or Weekly Challenges in the Forge Pass to not transfer the player to the corresponding tab.
- Fixed a bug that caused a red dot indicator to appear on a player’s profile in Plarium Play if the player had not claimed the email verification reward after creating an account on mobile.
- Fixed a bug that caused information about the last Champion selected in the Vault to not reset after all Champions were deselected.
- Fixed a bug that caused Season Points earned in Live Arena to be calculated during the season finalization stage instead of in real-time.
- Fixed a visual bug that caused the chat preview window in Korean to display incorrectly.
- Fixed a bug that caused Season Points to not reset when a Live Arena battle started during the pre-season phase and ended after a new Season had already begun.
