Shadowy Contracts is a stealth and RPG hybrid, where the player can go on contracts to kill targets for gold. The gold can be used to hire and lead mercenaries into battle, and/or use the gold to purchase weapons and potions.

Features:

Play over 7 contract and 4 battle levels. More levels will be added during Early Access.
Loot and buy over 52 different weapons, 38 armor sets, and 21 weapon effects/enchants. More to be added in Early Access.
Progress by not only looting weapons, but also learning abilities and spells using the talent tree.
Levels and enemies scale with you, so each level will keep being a challenge while you progress.
Customize your character freely using the character creation.

It's an old-fashioned stealth and assassination game. You're a thug who is getting a lot of work because you and your organization hate the current regime and there's no mass surveillance to stop you from crouch-walking up and stabbin a bitch.

You can go in magic blazing or swords swinging as well though as there is a skill tree with the classic three plus a fourth tree to buff resources (life, mana, stamina.)

Exposition comes in the form of quest log notices that dead drop you with a new mission, right outside of where that's gonna be and then you go and murder some people. To those that aren't familiar with hitman or thief and never played skyrim as a snekiboi, you will want to learn the mechanics of movement, inventory and stance in this game before you become Sir Steven Seagal. They aren't hard but, I notice that more AAA titles tend to smooth out the edges for players, even on things that are easy to pick up on your own (looking at you, WB games.)

If you're the kind of gamer who has tried to play oblivion because it's a classic and said screw it before you got weynon priory, you probably won't like this one. There's a demo - try that out first.

This game is early keep that in mind. its new so there will be bugs. a lot of them. but if you can see past the bugs the game is amazing. addictive and very challenging. its got beautiful graphics and environments i just want to walk around and take in the sights. the combat takes some time to get the hang of but in the end it is rather enjoyable, cant wait to see what the development company has in store for this game. and at $12.00 usd its worth it. if there was one negative thing i would have to say about the game it would be the lack of being able to sell gear and weapons you loot. i found myself spending a lot of time dumping inventory.
