CREATE

PERSISTENT SANDBOX
Build space stations, moon bases, refueling stations, and more with support for multiple launches. Save your sandbox at anytime or upload it and share it with your friends.

ROCKET SCIENCE
Kepler wrote the equations 400 years ago, and SimpleRockets uses those equations to model extremely realistic orbital physics. Players will learn about rocket science and astrodynamics while they are having a blast exploring the solar system.

super Spiel, nur leider zu wenig Theorie, Fachbegriffe werden nicht wirklich erklärt. deutsches Handbuch wäre gut.

Euer Simple Planes ist tausend mal besser und liebevoller gestaltet, aber für den Preis ist Simple Rockets auch ok.

Cool, aber etwas Traurig, wenn man daran denkt, dass es nicht weitergemacht wird.
und darum gibt es auch keine mods und gar keine modding community.

Es hätte etwas richig geiles werden können, wenn es weitergemacht werden würde, und auch
die möglichkeit das spiel zu Modden kommen würde.

Aber es hat sich jetzt gar nicht weiterentwickelt, außer dass es jetzt geld kostet. Schade.

In Simplerockets baut man Raketen.Sind sie einfach?Ja! Sind sie Größer als das Empire State Building? Ja!
In diesem wundervollem Spiel kann man seiner Fantasie freien Lauf lassen,vorallem auch dank des Mod-supports :-)
Da es 2D ist läuft es auch auf Steinzeit-Computern.Kauft es euch ;-)

Echt witzig das Game, nur manchcmal etwas schwierig.
Interessant wäre ein Autopilot oder so, wenn man eine Station bauen will und nicht immer selber fliegen will^^

It's a good game but not worth buying. If it's free or very cheap go ahead, but if you have money just buy KSP.

As the name suggests this is a basic rocket building game. Overall the gameplay is entertaining as well as informative. This game gives a great introduction to a lot of stellar concepts and does a great job at keeping the user enticed in a way that you wouldn't even realize that you may be learning something. This review was given after an hour of gameplay, will update review shortly.

SimpleRockets is great. As taken from the name, it's quite simple - however there are a lot of things to do. I bought this game as my current computer cannot run Kerbal Space Program, however I still wanted to build rockets. It goes without saying that this isn't KSP so don't buy if you're expecting an advanced game like that.

As far as it goes you can build rockets, probes and rovers, and basically send them wherever you want - oh and the graphics are just plain awesome.

Thinking of getting it? Do it!

Fun little game to mess around with when you are away from a computer that can handle KSP.

Pros:
- Launch rockets into space.
- Launch rockets into the ground.
- Fun little challenges that have some fairly difficult ones.
- Teaches you mechanics that will be useful in KSP.
- Recommends in game that you go buy KSP (made by a different developer).

Cons:
- Lack of tools for building large/complex rockets quickly.
- Lack of information about parts: one challenge asks you to get into orbit using only 10,000L of fuel, but how many liters are in each tank? (Edit: It is the number in the tank name, but there still is a general lack of information in game about the weight/thrust/purpose of different parts.)

As a regular KSP player, I've been playing Simple Rockets for a few minutes, and I can already tell we'll get along nicely! It is just as the name suggests; simple rockets. You can't expect more than that. It is done well enough for anyone who wants a game like KSP, but does not have the time, computer power, or yearning for a 3rd dimension for things to go wrong.

As a bonus, most of the internal files seem to be in easily moddable formats (png, wav, xml) so I can already smell the mods for this game!
