An Tekken kommt man als Fan von Prüglern nicht vorbei.

Gleiche Steuerung wie man sie kennt in hübscherer Grafik als zuvor.
Jede Menge Charaktere mit denen man sich ordentlich die Rübe polieren kann!

Einzigen negativen Aspekte sind das es Gon (den kleinen orangenen Dino) nicht mehr gibt und es viel zu viele Charaktere gibt, die man sich extra kaufen muss/kann. Ansonsten ein typisches Tekken wie man es kennt.

Also das ist nicht mehr das Tekken was ich kenne, Kauf lohnt sich echt nicht mehr, nur noch Spieler von der anderen Seite der Welt womit sich das Online Kämpfen hier auch nicht mehr lohnt, nur noch laggende *******, ist man einmal in die Luft geprügelt ist der Kampf auch schon verloren, sowas wie Matchmaking ist auch nicht vorhanden, naja was will man da noch sagen, totaler schrott mal wieder gut Vermarktet. Langsam nervt es das nichts mehr Vernünftiges auf den Markt kommt...

Macht noch genauso viel Spass und ist noch genauso gut wie als Kind!
Einzig die DLC Politik währe etwas Kritik wert. Früher musste man sich die Charaktere freispielen heute (darf) man sie Kaufen.
Für eine entspannte Runde zwischendurch aufjedenfall zu empfehlen :)

Tekken 3 bleibt meiner Meinung nach bis jetzt das beste Tekken. Ein Tekken 3 Remastered wär auf jeden Fall sinnvoller gewesen, mir fehlt bei den neueren Tekken Teilen der Modus wo man sich die Charaktere und Videos erarbeiten / freischalten muss. Warum soll ich es spielen, wenn ich alle Charaktere schon am Anfang habe??????

Ein Tekken muss so aussehen:
Arcade, Versus, Team Battle, Time Attack, Survival, Tekken Force, Tekken Ball und Practice

( Bin ich der einzige, der das so sieht? )

Pros : Plenty of players online.
Netcode after season 4 pretty good.
Decent practise mode.
Decent Customization.

Cons : Frame data is a DLC(must pay).
Lack of a tutorial, you basically have do your own research on simple generic moves.
If you want to practise agaisnt DLC characters and some setups in practise mode you have buy the DLC.
No real punishment agaisnt pluggers/rage quitters in online, players will only see the disconnect rate.
Online ranks are stored locally in your pc so you can just copy your file with your best rank and not worry about losing ranks also this can lead to smurfs.
Some moves of some chars do not appear in the move list.
Chars recently released are bugged or simply OP that take ages to fix (looking at you Fahkumram, Leeroy, etc).
Game crashes alot, simple fighting lobbies will crash alot or are just bad implemented.
For some reason in replays the game tells you that a move can be punish but doesnt show you which move is or the input so you have to go to the practise of that character and try to find it.

Verdict : Tekken is a good game but the greedy choices of Bandai Namco makes the game awfull, so basically for a Tekken fan or someone that plays on a casual level go ahead as for someone who is starting out to play fighting games, avoid it, too much stuff to take in and no tools to help out a new player.

This game is a fucking torment, whenever i try to hang out with my friends... these crack addicts keep playing this weeb-fest game.
Ever since Tekken 6 they never change the desk for the fucking Playstation. they only reason they own their Playstation is to play this fighting game...
calling it a weeb-fest is wrong since it contains characters from all over the world. FROM JAPANESE POINT OF VIEW.
the one time I invited my friends to my place to bait them for I dont own a playstation system so we can hang out normally. TURNS OUT TEKKEN IS AVAILABLE ON STEAM... MOTHER FUCKERS BOUGHT THE GAME ON MY PC AND LAUNCHED THIS GAME.... and now im addicted to it as well.

10/10 would smoke crack again.

I love Tekken, but as someone that's held off on some DLC for a while, I was hoping the Definitive Edition would be lower in price or allow for a discount since I own bits and pieces here and there.

Almost ONE HUNDRED pounds for a four year old game? Damn, what are you smoking, BN? I still remember Harada saying he didn't want DLC and content like this yet here we are. Disgusting.

EDIT: And now during the Steam Sale, all four season passes can be picked up for just over £30 total and the base game is just £5. How on earth is a £90+ definitive edition justified lmao

I just randomly copped this game for no extra reason at all.. Ive never played any similar fighting type of game, and it really suprised me in such a pleasant way. The game is extra catchy and addictive, it is fun to play online or offline with friends, and the story is very enjoyable aswell even tho it is kinda short. Im super bad at it right now but the friendly community and a really good based game feeling will sure give me the motivation to improve and keep playing the game. As i know, there is never really a point of time when you are done in the game, you can always improve somehow.. So it is really a 10/10 even for non-og fans of tekken or fighting game series.

This game is super scuffed but yet I find myself coming back for more. BANDAI NAMCO is full of shit thinking this game is still worth $40 when a 1/3 of the roster is DLC. Pick it up on sale and enjoy hating yourself for investing so much time into it.

For anyone who already has a life, avoid this game like the plague. The learning curve is really high but once you get the hang of it, it will be the only game you'll sink your hours in. On top of trying to learn the game, playing online is terrible. The netcode is still garbage and you can only do so much before you want to alt+f4. Save yourself the grief, sadness and anger and avoid this game.

Great fighting game for folks who are into more strategy and movement options in their fighting games. It's fun to learn how to block and punish because it can feel more obvious as to where a move will hit for some characters. Along with that, the controls for moves and skill cap for combos are much lower than other games; it almost feels like a puzzle to play this game sometimes. Overall, it's a pretty fine tuned fighting game with fun cameos and absolutely STUNNING graphics that is worth the price. Big thanks to everyone at BAMCO for making this franchise and this, in my opinion, gem of a game.

Great game, but if you're coming into this game with the sole purpose of getting enjoyment from winning, game will die fast for you. The ranked is disgusting, can be quite laggy at times, filled with smurfs and on top of that players can cheat without you really being able to do anything about it (these players are very rare keep in mind). Cheats can be overlays that show the opponent the frame data in the match, running low parry scripts which never allow you to throw a low because it will be automatically parried and launched into combo, or, throw break scripts, making you never able to even use your throws.

Overall but, ignoring all the issues online, this game is immensely enjoyable to play to improve at the game. I spend most of my time in practice just doing combos or practicing difficult moves or learning a characters set ups (my main character specifically is Heihachi, now learning Akuma) and that is extremely enjoyable. Once I have practiced I may verse a friend, or just go play quick match, which is a non-competitive mode purely played to have fun, you will find beginners or even the best players in quick match, much better then playing competitive and finding smurfs and cheaters and losing in an unfair manner.

I'm definitely gonna keep playing this game in the future, and can't wait for Tekken 8, amazing fighting game with a extremely friendly community, ignoring the rare cheats and smurfs, you may find someone who will go out of there way to teach you the game, me and all my friends found people that helped us along the way, and you most likely will to if you stick with the game and play to improve and enjoy the game for what it is, a in-depth difficult fighting game.

Been a huge fan since Tekken 2, playing it in stores back in the 90's. I usually just look at the bright side of a game and take it as is once I start playing. BUT. This title on the playstation as an amazing nostalgic experience and has deeper replay value, and not so much on the PC. I'll tell you why in a sec... but first, slow down and look at the DLC! This game is expensive if you want the complete experience! $105 at full price (possibly more by the time you're reading this)

That being said, 75% of why I purchased this for PC was for the JUKEBOX.... (all music from all games, custom soundtracks, and I'm a music lover) BUT it doesn't have it.... This game doesn't have all the music from all the previous games nor customization on stage music through the entire game. Apparently that's only on Playstation.

I was so disappointed that stopped playing after blankly staring at the screen trying to figure out why I was blindsided with a feature I didn't even begin question whether it would be on all platforms. They deliberately removed it. I lost a lot of respect for bandai namco in that moment. Buy the game on playstation. I got my fill on there and now the buzz is killed. It's much better being able to spice up the experience changing the soundtrack... I haven't played it since, so I just uninstalled it the other day.

The game plays like all the other Tekkens, which is great. But I don't recommend this PC game purchase, just get the playstation version with the complete experience for the hefty price you'll be paying for just 1 fighting game. The nerfed PC version gives the average replay value on the game with a less prevalent online presence. All the Tekken fans are on the playstaion anyway...

All of these companies are trying to suck the last dime from you as they possibly can. Every goddamn fighting game now wants up to 100$ dollars or more even up to hundreds for all the content that should of came with the base game. I hope the the government puts an end to the madness soon enough.

Never thought at 38 years old I would be seeing this much of corruption in an industry.

Personally I liked how Tekken Tag 2 looked visually compared to 7 but the game still turned out great for what it was. Especially with the addition of Guest Fighters which I'm glad seems to be a trend now in fighting games and not just Soul Calibur.

Anyway yeah go ahead and pick it up when it goes on sale.

The game has way too many DLC. If you buy the base game, you are going to need to spend another 30 dollars before you have all of the characters. And if you buy the deluxe version for a lot of extra cash, you still won't get all of the extra characters and will still need to buy even more DLC.

One of the best fighting games this gen. Deep and complex mechanics to learn and master. Online netcode is usually pretty good after latest update. Can't wait for Tekken 8 or Tag Tournament 3. Great series!

With over 1k hours in Tekken 7 i can say this is a solid game been playing since tag 2 with the family and have always enjoyed playing this game ,if you are wanting to pick this game up be prepared to learn frame advantage and disadvantage as well as tech traps for various characters you have to know or you will be cheesed to death. Overall a solid game xD

Overall experience: If you have been playing tekken since the last installments, it's probably a great game to pick up. That said, if you really want to get into fighting games as a beginner, tekken is not the game, UNLESS you are willing to invest hours or maybe even years to learn all the match ups to counter all the cheese most characters dish out (strings, grabs, 50/50s). Instead of focusing on basics, the game kinda allows newbies to just use strings and frame traps to troll each other. And I honestly feel that this game is having an identity crisis (projectile attacks for a few characters, meter for some, etc) It's a lot. If you are willing to learn, then you would probably get good by the time the next game comes out. I did enjoy my time playing this game but it is definitely not newbie friendly. ALSO WHY DOES THIS GAME SOMETIMES CRASH? I somewhat regret choosing this as my first fighting game. But I do not regret playing it.

Visuals and Audio: I thought the movements of characters were pretty cool. In my opinion, this could be the best looking fighting game out there as of today. It has a lot to offer in terms of visuals. I enjoyed the music during the fights. There was a pretty good mix of genres for background music.

Always been a fan of tekken, so when I saw the oportunitty to buy it here on steam to play with friends I had to. Been having a lot of fun too, ranked matchs are interesting but the online tournaments need a bit of work in my opinion.

As we all know The Tekken series has a long-standing reputation in arcades. Tekken 7 is an incredibly tense game of jabs, feints, and sidesteps because any hit may lead to a long combo sting. Factor in characters with move sets that emulate real martial arts, interactive stages that let you knock people through floors and walls, and terrific slowdown effects that happen when both fighter's health bars are red and they perform close quarter melee attacks and you have a fighting game that's essentially an interactive martial arts flick. Tekken 7 is a fantastic game and one of the best entries in the series.

One of the deepest, most complex fighting games I've played in recent memory.
Brutally difficult but extremely satisfying gameplay, a kick-ass soundtrack and great character designs...

But it also has a weak story, with equally weak single player content, and no actual tutorial on the mechanics, so you'll have to research them yourself (there are ample resources though at this point, so no big deal).

Leroy and Fahkumran still absolutely destroyed this game tho, but it seems like Season 4's bringing more welcomed changes!

Overall, definitely something that you should sink countless hours into!

The good:
- Complex
- A lot to learn before considering playing competitively in ranked
- Variety of character and play style
- Game balanced. Every character has the potential to take you in the last rank of the ladder
The bad;
- Lot of smurf so you have to be confronted to strong player from the beginning in ranked
- DLC Characters are expensive. They aren t all strong and S Tier but for those who are you won t have the possibility to find the counter in the training mode until you buy them.

Globally a really good game with a big learning curve. Would recommended

This game got me into fighting genre, it has a very high learning curve, learning frame data and applying it in game makes it fun thought it may be tedious as we have a life to live :P. Other than that, the graphics are amazing, content keeps flowing in to keep it fresh and interesting, the best part is Harada is taking every feedback from tekken community and tries to balance the game in a best possible way. This game has something special about it and i will be always playing it no matter what.

I don't think I can find the words to accurately sum up how much I love this game.

I previously had minimal experience playing fighting games but in July 2019 I decided to buy Tekken 7 for PlayStation 4 and can honestly say it changed my life. Since then I've also bought it for both Xbox One and PC, just so I can play against as many different people as possible. I've put in over 500 hours of gameplay and have gone from being a total noob to achieving the rank of Revered Ruler online (King is my character of choice). Never before have I spent so much time outside a game looking to improve my skills by reading information online and watching videos of experts and professionals (particular shout out to Lil Majin).

The game gives back as much as you put in and even 500+ hours later there are still numerous techniques I'm yet to master and moves I'm yet to commit to memory -- and that's with just 2 of the 50 characters! There is never a moment wasted playing Tekken as you're always learning something new and every match is so dynamic. The way the momentum can instantly shift is exhilarating, meaning epic comebacks are never out of the question.

Does it have flaws? Sure; the load times can be lengthy, there are very few additional modes, there are no tutorials, the time it takes to find an opponent online can be gargantuan, and I'm told that the single-player campaign pales in comparison to games like Mortal Kombat 11 and Injustice 2.

To sum it up, Tekken 7 is an absolute masterpiece and has become, without question, my favourite game of all time. I'm 30 years old in a few months and have been a hardcore gamer all my life, but no other game has ever come close to the enjoyment, adrenaline, satisfaction, and sense of achievement that winning a single close-fought game in Tekken 7 gives me. If you're considering this game for the single-player there are admittedly better options out there, but when it comes to competitive play Tekken 7 has no equal.

Pros:
- It's Tekken.

Cons:
- Terrible netcode. We want something similar to Skullgirls/Killer Instinct netcode.
- Leavers don't get punished when they leave at the end knowing they're losing. You don't gain the rank too.
- Unnecessary loading screen. *fire* *fire* GET READY FOR THE NEXT BATTLE *fire* *fire*
- Can't practice against DLC characters without buying them.

Amazing Tekken game, hard to get into but so rewarding to master. Lack of offline content and a very mediocre main story with poor character endings is very disappointing. Not a big fan of the new characters but some of the dlc and guest characters look and play great. A lot of the reviews are negative because of the dlc being kind of a scam but the game is still really good. 140 hours and I'm still bad with my main. 4/5 *Excerrent b2 noises*

Bandai Namco's monetary practice is just a joke. The fact that it took them about 3 years just to release frame data as a DLC is stupid. The game is great, but if they won't lower the price (115$ if you want all the DLCs) then it's not worth buying because that price is just absurdly high.

I just can't get into it after so many hours and time spent. The game ends up just being a painful rock/paper/scissors match that plays out with annoying imbalances and janky mechanics. There is a deep and skillful game somewhere in here, but getting good enough to make the intolerable lag and janky mechanics of certain characters fun is just not in my skill set.

However I can speak about my experience, which has been great, for a new player honestly I have only one very important thing to say. Play. Ranked. Even if you don't care about tryharding, no, DEFINITELY if you don't care about tryharding. Play ranked as if it was not ranked, it will benefit you so, so much. Primarily because you won't get randomly matched with an 800+ win player who will just body you into the dirt and leave you feeling you couldn't do or even learn anything. The second reason is, skill based matchmaking can only be good for a newcomer. I am floating around the ass end of LIGHT blue (which is the scrubbiest of ranks) and guess what, I'm having a blast! And I'm not even playing brain dead just to mash buttons, I do my best, I try (and drop) combos, I try (and fail) punishes, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, but almost always I enjoy the match. So to reiterate, as a beginner: Play. Ranked.
EDIT: my most sincere apologies about the blue thing, I just assumed its blue cause I didnt know blue was a color in later ranks

I am enjoying this game very much, fun to play with friends and in offline vs bots, and ranked.
Even though i am bad, i still have fun learning new stuff every day.

Tekken stays fun at almost every Rank. 1300+ hours prove it as i'm Highest rank Vanquisher with Dragunov. I see others with less time shoot up much higher and that's completely fine, this game can be fun without knowing everything frame data wise but it is recommended to learn to improve significantly.

The more time you invest in practice and observing players the stronger you'll be!
9/10 score for me.

It's fun when you win and not as fun when you lose. And you don't win that much at the start. But the game is good.
