Ein absoluter Klassiker. Da ich zu jung bin, um die Spiele als Kind bereits gespielt zu haben, hole ich das aktuell nach. Klar als 'neuer' Gamer hatte ich vorerst Probleme mit der Steuerung. Nachdem ich mir die Tastenbelegung angepasst hab und das erste Level durchgespielt habe, lief dann aber alles wie geschmiert.
Die Grafik kann man mit den Spielen heutzutage natürlich nicht vergleichen, allerdings ist das spiel ja auch von 1996! Und für diese Verhältnisse ist es wirklich klasse. Ich fand die Story auch sehr schlüssig und fühlte mich gut durchs Spiel geführt.
Also selbst heutzutage noch Spielzeit wert.
Das einzige Problem was ich hatte, was ab und zu sehr störte (weil ich fettfingere) ist, dass sobald ich aus dem Spiel 'getabt' habe oder meine Windows Taste gedrückt habe sich das Spiel sofort geschlossen hat. Das ist mir ab und zu tatsächlich auch einfach mal passiert und das war dann sehr schade aber wenn man das weiß, kann man da natürlich drauf achten.
Für die Synchronisation des Spiels gibt es sogar einen herunterladbaren Mod, mit dem man das Spiel auf Deutsch genießen kann.
Dann können die Abenteuer jetzt weiter gehen!

Ein absoluter Klassiker..
ich habe das Spiel im Dezember 1996 das erste Mal auf einem Pentium 150 Mhz gespielt. Es ist schön diese Erinnerungen wieder zu durchleben. Das Spiel war schon damals gehoben schwer und sorgte für regelmässig Frustmomente.. Ende der 90er war die Grafik noch der Hammer.. was heute eher gewöhnungsbedürftig ist... :) alles in allem aber ein tolles Spiel.. Man muss sich die Zeit nehmen und sich auf das Spiel einlassen...

Ein Stückchen wundervolle Nostalgie. Hab es schon als kleines gurl gern gespielt, der Charme und die Story des Spiels machen einfach unheimlich viel aus, es jetzt noch spielen zu können macht mich unheimlich happ :>♥

Super Spiel. Für mich hat das Spiel einen besonderen Nostalgiefaktor, aber auch ohne diesen, hat dieses Spiel coole Kämpfe und spannende Rätsel,

Anmerkung: Ich hab das Spiel damals tatsächlich kurz nach Release gespielt. Damals großartig, heute nur noch krampfig.

- DOS-Box (mit Mod benötigt man diese nicht mehr)
- kantige 3D-Grafik von vor weit über 20 Jahren sieht heute einfach nur noch schlimm aus
- minimale Auflösung von 640x480 im 4:3 Format mit fetten schwarzen Rändern an den Seiten (die Mod kommt auf 1920x1080 was das ganze schon mal viel weniger pixelig macht, aber natürlich ist das Spiel auch damit noch sehr kantig)
- taghelle Höhlen
- Schattenwurf beschränkt sich auf einen dunklen, runden Blob unter Lara
- spitze (im Sinne von kantig) Brüste von Lara, da müssen viel mehr Polygone vorne rein^^
- Weitsicht was ist das?
- kein Soundtrack (in der Mod ist dieser zwar drin, aber die Musik hört auch öfter mal einfach auf, also optimal ist anders)
- keine deutsche Vertonung in der Steam-Version obwohl diese seit Release zur Verfügung steht
- Tastatur kann nicht umgestellt werden (zumindest habe ich nicht rausgefunden wie)
- katastrophale Steuerung und die zudem auch die Maus nicht unterstützt
- Kampf gegen die Kamera
- Umschauen mit „0“ auf dem Ziffernblock statt mit der Maus
- kein Sprinten
- Geschichte ist nicht der Rede wert

FAZIT

Im aller ersten Action-Adventure von Lara Croft, aus dem Jahr 1996, springt, klettert, rennt und schwimmt man durch eisige Höhlen und uralte Gräber. Mit ihren zwei Pistolen erwehrt sich Lara, die einer Art weiblichem Indiana Jones nachempfunden ist, wilden Tieren wie Fledermäusen, Wölfe, Bären und gar Dinosauriern.
Von früher hat man das Spiel noch besser in Erinnerung, aber wenn man es sich heute anschaut, möchte man es eigentlich schnell wieder aus machen.
Tomb Raider ist meiner Meinung nach nur noch was für Retro-Fans oder jene, die spielehistorische Bildungslücken schließen möchten. Ich vergebe einen Daumen nach unten auch wenn ich es früher echt gerne gespielt habe. Spielt lieber Tomb Raider Anniversary oder gleich Tomb Raider von 2013.

Die besagte Mod „Tomb Raider Automated Fix 1.2“ (Unfinished Business) bietet neben den oben genannten Verbesserungen auch noch einige Zusatzlevels. Ihr findet die Mod im Diskussionsbereich hier auf Steam.

I love this game because I used to play it back in the day when I was bout 13/14 years old, when the Original Playstation console ever came out. I played Tomb Raider, Tomb Raider II, Tomb Raider III, and Tomb Raider Last Revelation (which is my favourite out of all of them that has ever been made) I hope to one day be able to own all the Tomb Raider games again to play on PC (apart from the updated Lara Croft Tomb Raiders as I am not keen on them) If you are a retro gamer then this is a game for you especially if you like shooting things as you get to shoot bats, bears, and wolves etc. You also get to sometimes collect artefacts and or relics to help you along the game such as special keys to unlock special mechanisms and door or gates. I find this game really fun and I love making Lara do a hand stand when climbing up ledges, it really brings my childhood back. I have only played 3hrs on this one so far because I am not yet used to the PC controls but I am sure I will get the hang of it at some point.

Is okay the first 11-12 levels are fun for the most part but not really the last 3-4 ones... at that point it got a bit to repetitive... but can be pretty fun in before that.

Played this for a little bit. Its a port of Tomb Raider. I think it runs on an emulator called DOS Box. If I remember correctly, DOS Box is open source, so maybe them selling this game is legally questionable? I don't know.

It seems to run fine on Windows 10. It did not appear to use my GPU at all, and that makes sense on DOS. Its ok if you like it, but if you never played it, I dont thinks this would be for you.

I hated playing this game honestly, but I know it's a good game. The test of time has completely obliterated this game. The platforming is all the right kinds of challenging, but the combat is absolute dog ass. There are sections in the game where you are FORCED to take unavoidable damage. [spoiler] GOOD LUCK on the last level if you have no health packs. [/spoiler] DON'T be afraid to use your saves. That was part of the main reason I hated playing through this, there were countless times where I died from rushing, not judging the distance of a jump, or got fucked over by one of the enemies through the bullshit combat, and it ended up normally setting me back twenty minutes of playtime. I know that this is my fault, but it didn't make the game any less frustrating. Overall, while it was tedious majority of the time being stuck in this games nature of trial and error strategy, I do think it's a journey that dedicated players will want to take on to test their patience and skills. The times where the game just flowed in one continuous run felt great, and I felt satisfied when I finally conquered this aged gem.

The game runs very well after installing a patch.

I've never understood the fuss about this game. Why or how it got so hyped. Well, that is, apart from its overtly sexualized advertisements and marketing during the 1990s to much success. It's true that it was a groundbreaking classic in its day but I think in 2021 that many of today's crowd may well find it be unplayable. Unfortunately, I fall into this group. I largely blame Steam's poor emulation/port as it feels much more natural and fluid on the original PSX hardware still - even if dated looking and in its UI/menus. I swear - I probably could have tripped and fallen on my keyboard + mouse and it would have resulted in a better port.

If you're interested in the evolution of 3D games, gaming history, and the like, or if you are interested in experiencing an eclectic mix of titles, go ahead and give Tomb Raider a shot. But if you do - probably best to do it either on the PSX hardware or with a different PC release that is more stable/quality. Otherwise, perhaps consider a later game in the series for your adventuring needs.

This is a great game, one of the first 3D-animated ones from the 90's. I unfortunately have the problem that the soundtrack is'nt working so there's no music. Also the game closes completely and doesn't save if I go back to the desktop. Also the control which is luckily editable isn't the easiest one to understand which makes the game quite hard in some situations. Altogether I liked it because of its complexity and it is also a good way to spend time. I don't regret buying this.

The dev initially considered a male lead in the likes of Indiana Jones, but wanted to avoid lawsuits from George Lucas. Their pitch paid off with Tomb Raider in 1996, which released with much acclaim. Tomb Raider was notable for its peculiar 3D level design and often is considered to have pioneered the third-person genre. Got 4 missions in. Nostalgia overdose. Lara does a sideways jump from the side of a waterfall when all I wanted to do was move forward. Brakes legs and dies. Realise there is no auto save feature. Have to start the game again. Cry.

After playing through Anniversary, Legends and Underworld, I went back to Tomb Raider 1 to play through the original for the first time. Two things were immediately apparent.

1) The graphics are of its time, so to speak, and occasionally make navigating around a bit complicated.
2) The controls are nowhere near as refined as in the (much later) three games I played before this.

But both of those things are things you get used to. The graphics have their charm and while I never loved the controls, after a few levels I got used to them. The game starts off a bit slow but once you reach the end stretch of the game, it gets kinda intense and I found myself really enjoying the game. The story telling is a bit weak and had I not already played through Anniversary I might have been a bit confused about what was going on. But hey, the story is not the main draw here.

It was also interesting playing this game after already played through its remake (Anniversary) since I got to recognize a lot of areas and see what they had changed in the remake. In that sense, the levels felt familiar yet new.

I'd recommend this game.

Nostalgia at its finest. After playing this game as a child I had a great time beating it again all these years later and remembering all the levels. The atmospheric sounds on certain levels still to this day give me chills, and enemy's from no where still make me jump. However, the steam port could be a lot better, and I did not realise the original soundtrack music is not in the PC version, which I did miss.
Anyone who played Tomb Raider before should definitely play again.

Tomb Raider, the original, the classic!

Still the best 3D action-adventure game and my favourite of all the Tomb Raider games (reboot included). Great level design, fantastic atmosphere and lovely low-poly graphics.

Tomb Raider 1 is one of the best games I have ever played, the graphics may not be up to modern standards but for the time they were superb. Lara Croft is one of (if not) THE first 3D animated female protagonist in video games ever, and what Core Design managed to do with the PlayStation's limited capabilities is incredible. Lara herself is magnificent and the multiple amount of moves she is capable of doing is amazing. 3D gaming was only starting to emerge when the PlayStation came out, and from the looks and style of the game, plus Lara's rather large bust size, managed to sell 81 million copies worldwide and is one of the biggest franchises ever.

I recommend this title to anyone looking for a classic and nostalgic, Puzzle, Adventure, Action, and Third Person Shooter game.

Really cool level design, engaging puzzles, irritating movement and more death-traps than you can count. Can be easy to get stumped on some of the levels but otherwise i really enjoyed playing Tomb Raider.

I'm sure it goes without saying that the game is really outdated and clunky, but if you enjoy 90s games, Tomb Raider or a real challenge, this is one of the better options out there.

Don't get me wrong,this is a great game,and I think every one should try it atleast once(considering how it has changed gaming in 96), but reason why I gave it 9/10 is because square enix didn't even bother to put Crystal dynamics to do something about this game to not require you to use the DOSBOX launcher. and they did not have them upscale the game in atleast 1080p, nor did they upscale the FMV to 1080p.
Oh, and why hasn't EIDOS published the original 6 games in 2003(When steam was released)? Instead,they let Square enix do that for them, but only twelve years later.

Good game. Impressively long on a blind playthrough.

3D platformers usually struggle from dull level design since third-person perspectives are too limited to support complicated jumps, but Tomb Raider overcomes this hurdle by tasking the player with precise positioning and high commitment.

My favorite part is when Lara goes to pulsating-flesh hell to fight demons.

I'd recommend this to anyone who enjoys linear 3D platformers (so not collectathons like Mario 64, Sunshine, Odyssey, Banjo Kazooie/Tooie, DK64, Yooka Laylee, etc).

i'm amazed my girlfriend tolerated me getting frustrated during discord calls while playing this. The port works, I beat the game just fine and some, but it has issues.
There wasn't any music (I vaguely remember it having music when I played it as a kid; could be wrong tho), the sound controls don't work at all, it crashes quite a bit and i've lost a few hours of gameplay due to it, and god help you with the default controls.

If you don't mind any of that and you set your own custom controls, then it's decent.

Great game, still holds up in 2020. Downloading the Unfinished Business patch is a must to fix some resolution issues and the bonus content adds a lot to the game.

As a Tomb Raider purist, I have been playing these games since this first one came out as the Tomb Raider Gold edition for Windows 95. It is a classic action/adventure game and it still makes me laugh and even surprises me after playing it 50+ times. It is definitely my all time favorite Tomb Raider game and I highly recommend it to the beginner and seasoned video game enthusiast alike. You will not be disappointed.

This is still a really fun and challenging game to play, the graphics are still okay in my opinion because it is like an art style and it is still easy to see what is going on. There are texture mods to improve textures and I think also custom levels, but even the base game is a lot of fun and nostalgia

Old is Gold baby. Even after all of those years this game is still fun to play. Make sure before you play to check the higher resolution mods and install one of them. Will make your experience much more enjoyable.

I tried doing an handstand with an xbox controller and this crashed the game. I would expect nothing less of a sony exclusive.

The ps4 controller works alot better but often disconnects and trys to wake up the playstation. You at least have infinite saves so abuse this.

I would only recommend this to people who have played this before because the controls are clunky and you get no help whatsoever. This was well before quest markers and youtube tutorials. At one point it's part of the game to swim until her breathing runs out and she pretty much empties her health bar so you'll need a walkthrough.

Open stellas walkthrough on your phone if you want to get somewhere.

All in all I'd recommend this to anyone else who's played before, because you probably haven't finished it either and you want some closure before you die. Her waist still tiny and as$ still fat. 10/10

The original Tomb Raider that started it all. If not for the outdated graphics, there is no better game for beginning a series. I absolutely fell in love with the concept.

This game did not work out of the box for me. Fortunately, I found a Reddit post that had a link to an automated fix tool that upgrades the textures, cutscenes, music, sounds, and resolution while letting the game run without crashing. Controls and platforming are definitely dated, but I have rose tinted glasses for the PS1 retro style games with low render distance. If you're willing to do some Google searching to get this game to run, I would recommend.

Old school game that pretty much defined the genera. Graphics are dated at this point and the interface is based on a three dimensional block grid. I didn't play this through off Steam as I had played it long ago. It came in a bundle and I loaded to see how it worked - seemed to run fine.

If you can get past the lo res graphics and enjoy the story / game play, then this game will not disappoint as it is truly iconic.

I have 32 minutes on my Steam record, but all of those minutes were spent trying to figure out why the controls don't work.

This has nothing to do with the game, it looks good enough on PC, aside from the 2 cutscenes I saw. The real problem is the controls, both with the keyboard and gamepad. I went to the Steam guides and spent half an hour trying to map the buttons on my Dualshock4 controller to the keyboard with JoyToKey, and it just doesn't work. A remake of this game is definitely due, or better yet, a port of the game, where it's actually playable with modern controllers and keyboards.

Opening an old, dusty box in the attic, coughing like hell and getting your eyes irritated due to the suffocating, aged dust contained within. It has been years, if not decades, when you laid your eyes upon that once silver coloured box and the many games received as gifts, probably, amongst the many iconic titles, one always stood up to you, maybe it was the hype, maybe it was how the story sparked interest or maybe, just maybe it's the pointy... ''triangles''. Nonetheless, you pick up everything, run down the stairs, plug everything correctly and fire the beast already. Damn... 24 years has passed and it still smells like childhood.

Story:

Contracted under a fancy businesswoman’s greed, our archeologist and professional adventurer, Lara Croft, embarks in an exciting adventure to discover and uncover the mysteries on her journey about pieces of the artifact Scion by any means necessary, even if it leads to some bodies and casings dropping by her iconic pistols...

Gameplay:

''Tomb Raider I'' is a pixelated, adventure and action packed game, a mixture between acrobatics and puzzles with a pinch of violence since that's how everything works in archeology. Being the PC version, it uses DosBox, an IBM PC emulator for the game to run on most modern computers and supporting 3Dfx, a 3D graphics processing card, unlike the console versions, it features differences between one and another both in terms of visuals and gameplay.

About controls, it definitely feels clunky while the sensitivity is responsive in a good way but the reaction time between the combinations of some buttons can be annoying at times, for example, trying to jump from one ledge to another, moving blocks, etc. Also, there isn't any possibility for you to change controls neither the emulator supports a console controller base for those who desires the real nostalgic experience. In terms of AI, it executes the job right throughout the variety of enemies along the gameplay, most being animals and mythical creatures, even if some bugs may occur, especially with a particular flying type and since I mentioned this is an action game, of course there’s a small arsenal for the combat, possessing double handguns at the beginning but later obtaining a pump shotgun, double magnums and double Uzis.

Along the journey, you will mostly notice the details present on the levels as well as the diversity between the locations portrayed in the game whether it being Atlantis’s grotesque, living walls or Egypt’s hieroglyphics on the walls filled with a variety of traps and hidden secrets with some awards awaiting to be found in the levels, it is a pixel game with the iconic drawn distance obscuring what lurks ahead making it more mysterious and adventurous although for those who are aware, the PC version has a limited number of the soundtracks unlike the consoles, this is the music to highlight certain areas in the levels, due to limit data on the CD so the only thing playing is some repetitive ambient noises throughout the gameplay.

Before the sequel came out in 1997, ‘’Tomb Raider Gold: Unfinished business’’ was made and published which included 2 chapters, 2 levels for each, set in Egypt and Atlantis but unfortunately this isn’t included neither in Steam’s stores nor Steam’s achievements are available.

Glitches/Bugs/Errors Report:

In this gameplay, honestly, I couldn’t find anything game breaking, except pressing the desktop button and considering the emulator, even the Steam overlay is interfering the game's menu and sometimes blocks the controls, in the console versions, most preferably the PS1, there is a famous bug involving the main protagonist jumping continuously on a certain part of a ledge or corner making the character instantly teleport to any floor above, helpful to skip large portions of the game, tried this one but didn't work and also some of the enemies has some issues, in the level ‘’Cistern’’ there are hidden rats in the underwater parts at the beginning as well as other issues in other levels.

Overall:

In my early days of gaming with the PS1, I remember playing ‘’Tomb Raider I’’ amongst the next titles of the series and I can definitely say it was one of the best times of my life as a kid discovering these types of technology.

After playing this port, I can guarantee a huge difference more in the visuals than the gameplay and for start, the controls is not one of my personal favorite because the console controller feels more natural for me than the keyboard in this game and so far I can’t find the keyword to look around the area, toughening a bit the difficulty, nevertheless, it didn’t quite bother me later besides mixing up the buttons and leading the main character to her death in some occasions, most during fights. While I am mentioning this, the combat system is good, I like it, it isn’t based on the difficulty but rather the enemy you’re against in which the enemies will vary and become faster and aggressive throughout the levels, additionally, the arsenal’s usefulness is cool and fun, however, I have a doubt about the ammunition lying around, specifically the Uzis and magnums, when picked up it only shows ‘’2 magnum rounds/Uzi rounds’’ but when acquiring the weapons, it would multiply the ammo by more than hundreds, depending on how much you picked up at the beginning.

Everybody loves astonishing graphics, beautiful visuals and an immersive game and ‘’Tomb Raider I’’ fits this category for its decade and for the years ahead, but nowadays? It still is interesting for its visuals and surprisingly it was updated throughout the ports for better rendering graphics and performance, comparing the PS1 with the PC and 3Dfx, there is a significant difference from a faster performance to its good filtered colours and overall a great rendered visuals surrounding the player, not only that but the puzzles were quite lovely to do including with the exploring as well as the sneaky traps in some levels and the limited soundtracks? Definitely impacting while blasting everything with the pistols, what I didn’t liked was the cutscenes, it looked horrible and I’m not sure if it was the dimension of the screen or some issue related with my PC which is something that I loved watching as a kid in this game.

The big question, would I recommend it? Absolutely, long answer? This was the beginning of a great series that made a big impact in the videogame industry when the sequel came out, as some of you might know, it definitely brought me some memories of playing it even if I genuinely wasn’t expecting the visual differences and the fact of a limited soundtracks and the cutscenes making me a bit disappointed and in case for those who wants to improve more than it already is, there is a dedicated community providing everything however from my point, I think the player should enjoy the default game without modifying it, this truly is a gem from the past and I think everybody should give it a go.

Note: I played this game with a friend, hence the low play time. I did complete it!

It's a classic for a reason. The levels are atmospheric and the design creative. The areas are complicated enough that you'll have a challenge, but not so much that you'll get lost. Usually. The plot may be an excuse one, but it's satisfying to see the antagonists thwarted by your Indiana Jones-ing. The controls are the only bit that has aged poorly, as the tank controls are unwieldy and awkward for players used to more precise modern ones. That said, the game is tailored to its limitations, so take it on its own terms, and you'll be just fine. It's a classic romp, and one worth taking!

Much ink has been spilled on Lara's objectified design (I don't like the sexualization myself), but honestly, you've probably made your mind up for yourself by this point anyway. She's an icon and trailblazer for female characters in gaming and has her rightful positive place in history.

Things I did not remember about the game before replaying it:

- How easy the game really is (enemies simply run towards you and cannot climb obstacles & there are more than enough med packs and ammo available)

- How many times you end up saving anyway (+350 saves on my run through)

- How spooky the game sounds still are (there is something weird about those hollow footsteps)

- How great the game's music score is (background music takes you back to your childhood)

- How long Lara can actually jump (spent too much time on trying to find another route around large jumpable gaps)

- How intuitive the levels and puzzles are (although the game does not tell you exactly where to go, you rarely feel lost about the next steps)

- How silly some of the enemies are (I'm looking at you Skater Boy)

- How i hate the swimming parts (the underwater camera and controls are bit clumsy)

- How great the game still works today (I know... the controls and graphics are bit outdated but still)

- How AWESOME Tomb Raider is (the story and overall atmosphere of the game is incredible)

One of the games you must re-experience! 5/5

(pro tip: download Automated Fix for enhanced controls and graphics)

A classic. Sure, the textures make you feel nauseous, and Lara's chest could take an eye out. However, this game was groundbreaking for it's time - plenty of jump scares and exploring to keep you occupied. Highly recommend.

Sadly I have to give this game a thumbs down.

I loved it from the beginn on (all the old TR Games tbh). But the game doesn't work propperly on my PC. Installation went fine, no errors. But when starting the game, it reacts as if the left-arrow-key is constantly pushed. And if I minimize the game crashes all the time (sometimes even during screen saver.

I have tried de- and reinstalling but the same erros appered again. I would be delighted if someone could help me.

Yes I can if you are a fan of the classic Tomb Raiders this is the best you can get but only after you install the Automated Patch — Improved Graphics, Resolution, Music + Expansion Pack you can find it under Guides after that It will fully work on Windows 10 and if you want to play it with a Controller use antimicro it's a free third party software

While it's true that it hasn't aged very well, especially considering that even Tomb Raider II improved quite a bit on it, I think it's still quite a good game. It goes for pocket change whenever it goes on sale, so even if you don't really like it in the end, it's not a big loss anyway.
The worst part is probably the combat, as it's quite simple and you're better off camping from a high ground, unloading your magazines into enemies that will mostly run/fly in circles, etc.
Now that we got the worst part out of the way, I think the game totally makes up for it with its clever level design and solid gameplay mechanics (for the exploration part, that is), which require precise jumps and some coordination to get places, something that can be pretty rewarding once you start mastering those.
The game is quite replayable too, as levels tend to have a number of secrets that are pretty fun to look for. However, I recommend that you save a lot in at least two/three different slots, and do know that you'll probably need to take a break from time to time, as it can be a bit frustrating at times (especially if you get stuck). I did encounter a few little bugs but overall it's quite playable.
Don't forget to check PCGAMINGWIKI for patches like you should already be doing for every single new game you purchase lol, the main reason being that it'll allow you to play the Unfinished Business expansion (which is not included here).
Just give it a try :p

Oh My God! What can you say other then WOW, old school in every way and the nostalgics are truly awesome! Not to mention it only cost me one dollar!

However keep in mind that this runs on an emulator can be a real pain to get set up.

I've always been a big fan of the Tomb Raider series. I grew up on Tomb Raider III. Good game, good series. Should TOTALLY check it out!

Confession, I never played a Tomb Raider game until Tomb Raider 2013.

I've been playing for a couple or 3 hours now and I've got to say... I've missed out. Perhaps my young mind couldn't grasp these games at the time but I'm really glad that I decided to give this game a chance all these years later (2019), The game is very well made, complex & challenging. Lara is a pleasure to control, considering there was no analogue movement when this game was made it's very easy to get Lara to go where you want, when you want.

Playing this game has made me realise that Modern AAA games are rubbish, we got much better games back in 1996 that offered a fun, challenging, replayable experience that you paid for once and enjoyed at your pace, without the pressure to pay more or play every day or you won't get the content you've paid for. I would highly recommend this game to anybody who wants to return to a time when games were fun hobby's rather than 2nd jobs.

If you've never played this game, do yourself a favour and give it a go, there's an awful lot here to like for very little money.

P.S. I'd recommend you also download the Automated Fix Patch and apply it :-)
