Overview

Gameplay

• Career mode: This is the shortest mode in the game. This mode comprises several maps of popular American cities and these maps can be unlocked by racking up reputation after a few in-game days of work. This is basically a superfluous mode since the Free Mode offers more content and gameplay time than the Main Mode itself. This mode can be seen as a Starting Point for new players, but it still lacks the complexity to be considered as a mode by itself. A separate tutorial would have been better.
• Free mode: This will be the mode that most of the players would invest the majority of their time in. The game swanks about having over a thousand cities to choose from and play in, and trust me, they are not joking. You can play in almost any known city around the world. They also have a lot of “Not well known” cities!

Pros

• The calls are based on Real Life situations and the voice acting has been very well done! I loved how each call carried the perfect emotion in the voice.
• The player has over 1000 cities to choose from to play in.
• The player has a choice on how to respond to calls and whether to solve the case or ignore it.
• The boost items and Stats feature helps the player to create the perfect team for each day.
• The game has a unique concept and is really interesting to play.
• There are no issues graphically and the game has a simple graphical layout, but it still gives us the 911 Vibes.

Cons

• The Career mode seems unnecessary.
• The game advertises other games made by the same developer inside the game. I feel it’s wrong for them to do this in a game that we pay to play.
• The game becomes repetitive later on as you will be getting the same calls as before. Not recommended for people who want to invest a large amount of time into a particular game.

DLCs

• 911 Operator - Special Resources: This DLC adds 8 new Emergency Vehicles: Bicycle, Unmarked Police Car, Sports Car, Armored Van, Large Police Helicopter, Medical Bike, Large Ladder and Mobile Hospital; and also adds 6 Special pieces of equipment: Police Dog, Taser, Shotgun, Defibrillator, Heavy Fire Suit and Bomb Defuse Robot. It also adds 15 new Reports.
• 911 Operator - Every Life Matters: This DLC adds a new REINFORCEMENTS function which lets you summon additional units during your duty, four special EVENTS during the Free Game mode, two new cities for the career mode: Miami and Boston, 12 new conversations, 18 new reports, two new pieces of equipment: pepper spray and riot gear and two new vehicles: the prison van and the water cannon.
• 911 Operator - First Response: This Free DLC adds two new vehicles: Firefighter’s quads and police horses, Answers for new calls, New Equipment, New incidents, and a lot more.
• 911 Operator - Search & Rescue: This DLC adds the SEARCH mechanics along with new related reports, Special events: Fire Streak and Snowstorm which will be available in Career and Free Game mode, 2 new cities in the Career mode: Detroit and Anchorage, 12 new calls, 24 new incidents, 4 pieces of equipment: DRONE, THERMAL IMAGER, NIGHT VISION, and SAR VEST and 3 new vehicles: SAR Helicopter, Pick-up Truck, and Water Bomber.
