Other optimizations:
Class balance adjustments: Optimize the damage effect of the Ranger's Lightning Arrow; the damage of the small Lightning Arrow will be appropriately reduced.
Increase the number of unbinding times for the Dawn series off-hand equipment and the Ruin series equipment by 1 on the original basis.
Expand the quest trigger range in the "Vachel" area on the map.
Adjust the Bless effect
For the Crusader Guard, the "Powerful Shout" damage of the Valor Blessing is increased.
For the Assassin, the Mark of the Wolf Blessing will trigger the damage buff in PVE regardless of whether the target is stunned (PVP remains unchanged).
BUG Fixes:
Fix the calculation error in the mount compendium's bonus to the character's attack power.
Fix the issue where the Colorful Runes fails to take effect in certain cases.
Fix the problem where the name of level 50 equipment displayed in the crafting list is inconsistent with the actual crafted name.
