Today we are very pleased to present you with a major update - the one you voted for.

Two points ("Party Congresses" and "Events") have won in the First Voting and today we present the first of them. The "Party Congresses" are already available! We continue to work on "Events" and hope to finish them in a month.

In addition, today we have added a few extra surprises that will make you happy:

1. The mechanics of "Party Congresses". In each scenario, on the pre-Congress eve, you will be able to choose one of three promises. You will give it to party members and if you can fulfill it before Congress, you will get one of the significant bonuses.
Each promise has its proper reward. And the harder the task, the greater the reward you'll be able to receive.
In addition, as a reward, you can either instantly accept one of the dogmas or free recruitment of a new leader. Remember that the maximum number of positions at the moment is 7, so the free leader bonus must be used wisely.

2. Unique bonuses for each party. Now when you start the game you will get special unique bonuses depending on the game. For some it is a constant growth of the stats of the leader, for some, it is a bigger budget, and for others, there are several interesting options.
We read all your reviews and at this point, several people attracted to our attention. Thank you for helping us make the game better.

3. The adoption of a certain dogma blocks some of the other dogmas. For example, if you have accepted the dogma of "Prohibition of Religion" you will no longer be able to accept the dogma of "Freedom of Religion". This is an obvious point and I don't know how we didn't think about it before. You have written about it in several reviews and of course, we couldn't help but listen to you. Thank you for helping us make the game better ;)

4. Correction of the map. Many players complained that Poland, Belgium and some other countries are not historical. We have fixed this problem both in the game itself and on the start screen. Thank you for paying attention to us and helping to make the game better.

Also, the game has updated the balance with a lot of small changes. I know that it's always important which ones, so I will sign more details:
1. Some bonuses of dogmas have been cut (to reduce the cost of the rally, to increase profits).
2. Previously, the basic acceptance of all dogmas was 20 moves. Now the basic time of acceptance of dogmas became from 20 to 40 moves. In general, the time of acceptance of all dogmas increased very little (by +15%). But this helped to better balance the strong bonuses that previously gave too many power-ups.
If your party's ideology is very different from that of the dogma, then the time increases as before.
3. Reinforcement of rallies. The rallies themselves are slightly reinforced.
The effect of agitation is slightly increased (by 10%-20%).

We continue to work on updating the Events. At the moment we are writing the third version of the texts of the events. The first two versions were not good enough. Now they add a lot more atmospheric content, but we want to continue working on them. For the first time 3 people are working on the texts and we hope that they will become a highlight of Evil Democracy. After all, this is the main item that you chose in the First Vote and we want to implement it in the best possible way. I think in a month we will be able to delight you with this update and start working on the item you have chosen in the Second Vote.
