Vertiefen Sie sich in Overlord's seltsame Welt als Einzelspieler, in der Ihnen diese Erweiterung eine Serie höllischer neuer Level bietet, jeder einzelne ein übernatürlicher Abgrund der fünf Königreiche des Spiels: Mellow Hills, Evernight, Heaven's Peak, die Golden Halls und die Ruborian Desert. Zugang zu jedem Abgrund erhalten Sie durch das Portal, dass sich öffnet, sobald eines der Königreiche erfoglreich erobert wurde und der ehemalige Herrscher in seine eigene Höllte verbannt wurde. Wie dem auch sei, es sind nicht nur gefallene Helden, die sich in den Abgründen herumtreiben: die neuen Lakaien des Overlord's sind auch in diese neuen Höllen eingezogen.

Die Untoten der Abgründe fordern den Overlord heraus und bedrohen seine Macht über Erden; es gibt nur eine Lösung: sammeln Sie Ihre Minion-Armee, steigen Sie hinab in die Abgründe und leiten Sie eine neue Ära der Tyrannei ein, um die Abtrünnigen zurückzuschlagen, gefallene Helden ein für alle Mal zu erledigen und die Throne der Unterwelt jedes Königreichs zu erobern.

Klasse spiel geht nur nicht mehr windows 10 , fast bestes pc set .

Ich mag den schrägen Humor und die Schergen. ;)
Overlord ist ein klasse Spiel auch wenn es schon etwas älter ist. Hier und da ist die Steuerung etwas anstrengend, aber das tut dem Spielspaß nicht weh.

Daumen hoch.

Also die Erweiterung macht das Spiel einfach genial!

Hatte nicht erwartet, das man in den 5 Leveln so herausgefordert wird, im Vergleich zum Hautpspiel ist es schwerer und ich bin zum Ersten mal gestorben! Insgesamt bestimmt 6 Mal! Bin kein Hardcore-Gamer, aber das war teilweise echt frustrierend, da man erst den besten Weg suchen musste.
Im Hautpspiel starben ab und an alle Schergen, weil ich eine falsche Taktik nutzte, im Addon wird es sogar noch übler!

Wer das Hauptspiel mochte, kann hier ebenfalls zuschlagen! Am Besten beides zusammen, da dieses Addon am Ende des Hauptspiels erst beginnt und vorher nicht gestartet werden kann!

Overlord ist ein super Spiel mit gutem Humor und einer schönen Welt. Es hat ein positives Spielgefühl und die kleine Horde ist überraschend simpel mit Maus + Tastatur zu kontrollieren. Die Jahre hat es gut überstanden, sodass man heute noch seinen Spaß daran hat. Ich kann Overlord jedem empfehlen, der auch mal die böse Seite ausprobieren mag.

Ein gelungenes Add-On zum grandios, bitterbösen, humorvollen Overlord
Raising Hell macht einen sehr guten Job im verlängern des Spielspaßes von Overlord, ich erinnere mich gern mit einem fetten Schmunzeln an markabere Situationen wie das grandiose Theaterstück in der Unterwelt des Dunkelwaldes
Raising Hell legt in Sachen makaberen Humor nochmal eine Schippe drauf und macht das gesamte Spiel einen Zacken böser

kurz gesagt kämpft man sich in Raising Hell von Unterwelt zu Unterwelt der jeweiligen Gebiete die man in Overlord tyrannisiert und das macht im warsten Sinne des wortes höllischen Spaß

Einfach nur ein geiles Spiel und mit dem DLC wird es erst richtig perfekt. Ich weiß nicht ob es ohne Unterwelt so gut geworden wäre bzw. es mir so gut gefallen hätte. Super Welten, Charaktere und Sprecher. Auch die Grafik kann sich sehen lassen.

Amazing game. used to play it on the Wii years ago and found it again recently on pc. it gives me so much nostalgia playing this game and its a genuinely entertaining game.

this is an expansion for the game overlord. you need to play/have that game to play this.

if you've already played overlord, this is a quality expansion in a time where expansions were basically whole sequels. this is a expansive addition onto the main game. extremely worth it, especially if you already own/plan on buying the base game.

A classic that one must play atleast once to become an Evil Overlord or.. become good. This game let's you choose a variety of options and corruption that you want your followers to view you as.

9/10 would play again.

Very good game! Excellent minion-management action adventure about Evil Overlord who is destroying all good and conquer every enemy that he met. This game has good story, very cool and funny humor and incredible gameplay that not annoys you not a single moment. There is one bug in DLC which just kills full playthrough for you in Evernight Abyss, so be careful and don't rush the spokes finding, google for the more info. Highly recommend.

Play it with a controller, it's what the game is designed for.

The PC port is a little more buggy then the original versions, most of these bugs will occur with stepping onto a teleport gate at a bad time (such as when a cut-scene triggers) which can cause a soft lock and make you loose progress.

The game is fairly open so you can do most things in which order you would like. Avoid legendary difficulty if you haven't played before as the start is the game is not very forgiving.

Sweet expansion for Overlord. Playing as the villain and leading your minions around is great fun! Adds a good bit of content and even improves the graphics a good bit.

Overlord: Raising Hell

A bit of a weird review for this one.

As confusing as it might seem at first, Overlord: Raising Hell is actually a separate DLC of the Overlord game, and not a sequel or addition game. This is confusing since it is both sold and downloaded as a separate game. Looking at your Steam library will show you what I mean. You also need the base game installed as it will not work without it. Although, you can also run your normal campaign through the DLC launcher as if it was it's own version of the base game. Whatever.

That being said, it is honestly a good DLC. Adds a few hours worth of content and squeezes a little more fun out of the base game. Not at all bad, but nothing amazing either. Just more of the same fun. Definitely get it with the bundle with the Overlord games. Then its fun to play in succession without any hassle.

I would rather consider it a remaster than a DLC. 100% Worth Purchase.

Pros:
- Adds a lot of content and gameplay.
- Really fun and enjoyable.
- Enhances the graphics of the game.

Cons:
- It is a Remaster and not a DLC, yet it requires buying the original OverLord.

A great game, of which I have deeply fond childhood memories. Mostly still holds up, although I strongly recommend playing this game with a controller, as the mouse and keyboard controls can be very finicky and oftentimes get stuck sweeping minions when you want to control the camera, or sending them forward as you try to recall them. Very frustrating. The difficulty of the game is mostly well managed (but, do save the DLC for after the main story or you might find a spike you weren't expecting), however, there are some parts that feel unfairly designed to drain your minion life-force, and shy of reloading areas or sinking minions into fighting beetles in the dungeon over and over, life force can be a slog to build back up at times. The writing is mostly very funny and charming, with Gnarl having some great one-liners, but a little bit outdated (this game was released in 2007, after all). This is especially clear in the handling of the game's 3 prominent female characters. Firstly, there are only three of them. Secondly, two of them solely exist as potential love interests/mistresses for the Overlord himself. Thirdly, each of them seems to be a particular kind of stereotype, with Rose (the first mistress) being prissy and uptight, Velvet (the second mistress) being a hyper-sexual nymphomaniac whose main function is to be a foil, and annoyance, to rose, and Jewel (one of the main antagonists) being entitled and obsessed with owning shiny things and anything belonging to other people. The game's views of morality are also very much of the time, with choosing Velvet being considered a corrupt option, largely because of her sexuality. Nonetheless it is a good game with snappy and funny dialogue, interesting mechanics that evoke the image of an evil Pikmin, and a great aesthetic, but it is worth considering the outdated writing if that is something that will particularly bother you.

Requires Overlord to be installed in order to play
Supports Windows 10 and widescreen resolutions with no issues

3rd Person RPG/Slasher with very few controls - WASD, Spells & 2 Mouse Buttons only
Expansion adds a way to control a minion-held object by targeting it and then sweeping
There's no real tutorial for this in game so just try to remember it

Solo combat is still more than possible, especially with your gear and tower upgraded
Can still choose to be good or evil just as in the base game with repercussions
Expansion adds[spoiler]additional unique gear items and weapons[/spoiler]in addition to the new areas

Original ending not shown so complete the original first, then play this for extra content

8/10 - Witnessed a parade of sheep moving to populate taken areas. Feels open worldy

This review is about The Raising Hell Expansion Pack for Overlord 1.

The expansion pack is not that great. It's a little bit more difficult than Overlord 1 but not more fun. Lore wise it's a nice way to end the game and make room for Overlord 2 but not that great to be honest it feels kinda dull, the landscapes are boring and everything feels like a chore. However i do still recommend it because the entire overlord franchise (overlord 1, raising hell and overlord 2 that is) it is just brilliant! Great games that should be played by every RPG fan, especially for those that wish to play as an evil overlord. Pretty unique overall.

TLDR: Not as great as overlord 1 but it's still a good (and short) expansion pack!

i played this game when i was younger and I still love it to this day. however, there is a MASSIVE game breaking bug in the DLC where at one point you have to gather sticks to fix a turning post. you have to fix a wheel but before you do, you must get the objective. BUT i fixed it because i just so happened to find the parts before the game actually told me to fix said wheel. and then it broke my game and the only way to fix it is to start the game completely over.

I played this when I was younger, and let me tell you, I still thoroughly enjoy it. I decided to replay it and at first I was just doing it to gear me up for the second one (which is even better) but it was fun and surprised me with how much I enjoyed it again. My only complaint is if you're a girl like me, you might find it a little too male-gaze focused. I remember the second one being a little more overt in that area, and it's a little tiring after awhile.

Still though I'd give it a 8/10

I had this game a long time ago - a rebought this game again to support them as this game was a major reason for me to stay in gaming - one stage the gaming industry became very dull - all the games where the same except here and there was small differances - this game was and is so unique from most games out there - I really had so many good laughs and very good memories with friends also playing this game
