BALANCING / IMPROVEMENTS
- No balancing changes were made in this update.
BUG FIXES
- We fixed an issue where the link to Support directed players to a dead page. Players will now be directed to our contact page.
- Players reported an issue where if they did not select the “Rematch” option on the After Match Summary screen before the timer runs out, they’d be stuck on that screen. We fixed that for you!
- We realized that Traitor Credits were no longer working in Custom games, so we went ahead and fixed that, too!
- We also fixed a tricky bug where the Traitor’s Eject ability on the Dig Site objective would cause the player-held part to drop and then not be able to be picked up again!
- We fixed an issue where items dragged from a crate and dropped outside the player’s UI would not appear on the ground, and therefore, essentially disappear.
- We fixed an issue where players couldn’t aim when throwing an object while inside the Power Station.
- We noticed the Disintegrator wasn’t removing any items from the Smoke Signal objective, so we fixed that.
- We fixed an issue where if you tried to pick up an item while in the Disguise Kit animation, you would become temporarily locked in place.
- We fixed an issue where Proximity Text chat and the Radio Text chat would overlap if a new message was received while having the opposite tab open.
- We fixed an issue for mouse & keyboard users where the Radio key bind read “mouse button 5” instead of the actual key bind.
- Some players reported an unexpected game crash when loading into their second match of the session. We fixed this.
In the Cabin Fever game mode:
- A second escape is supposed to be called automatically after the first one leaves. We noticed this wasn’t happening and fixed it.
- The Abstain vote button is supposed to trigger a 3-second cooldown. This wasn’t happening, so we fixed it.
- Players were able to press the E interaction button to remove resources from the objective. That was not intentional, so we removed that function.
- The Food option for ghosts was still present, which made no sense since Hunger is not a survival element in this game mode, so we removed that.
- The camera movement when entering/exiting some bunkers was strange and shaky; we made this smoother!
Cosmetics
- This patch includes changes to support new cosmetics.
We have unvaulted the cave skull hat (black), black cloak w/ the hood down, the wilderness jacket, and snowboard boots!
We have also rolled out the following cosmetics for the next month:
