Vorab - ich kann die negativen Rezensionen bisher nicht bestätigen!
Remothered: Tormented Fathers war schon so eine Sache für sich. Das ist aber definitiv nicht negativ gemeint, im Gegenteil. Für mich war der erste Teil leider etwas zu schwer, ich kam schlecht rein - daher habe ich damals ein Let's Play geguckt - damit ich die Story kannte.

Jetzt geht's zu Remothered: Broken Porcelain:
Ich empfinde das Spiel als etwas einfacher, zumindest im Beginn, als den ersten Teil. Man kommt angenehmer ins Game, wird nicht sofort überannt von der Mechanik.

• Die Story kann etwas verwirrend sein, insbesondere wenn man den ersten Teil nicht kennt. Dafür gibt's aber direkt eine Zusammenfassung - ich empfehle dennoch entweder den ersten Teil zu spielen oder sich zumindest ein Let's Play anzugucken.

• An manchen Stellen ist das Spiel etwas wirr und man ist sich nicht sicher, was man tun muss. Allerdings sind das echt wenige Momente und tragen nicht negativ dem Spielspaß bei.

• Besonders storytechnisch, wenn man sich ein bisschen Pause nimmt und einmal nochmal zusammenfasst, ist das Game bombastisch. Leider kann man hier nichts ohne zu spoilern sagen, also lass ichs mal :D

• Ich hatte bisher keine Bugs, daher kann ich dem auch absolut nicht zustimmen in den negativen Rezensionen.

Ich denke, weshalb viele negative Rezensionen schreiben (mal abgesehen von potentiellen Bugs) ist einfach die Tatsache, dass viele Spiele heutzutage sehr einfach gehalten sind und man kaum neue Mechaniken oder Spielabläufe hat - dies trifft aber die Remotheredreihe sehr gut, es ist nunmal nichts altes, abgegriffenes. Zusätzlich muss man auch noch seine Gehirnzellen etwas anstrengen, um der etwas verwirrenden Story zu folgen. Das denke ich ist allerdings absolute Absicht, um mehr Plottwists und Spannungen zu generieren.

Hello at all,
I love this part just like the first. Finally I am sure that I understood what I thought I would!
First there were some errors but they were fixed.
The atmosphere is similar too part one but less scary more mystic.
Gamplay is easy to understand.
Now there is a comic out to buy not sure if I buy it or not it looks interessting and I love comics...so maybe.

I can´t say much withouht spoiler the story but if you want to know if you are right or not with what you thought you would know, you have to buy it^^

ich hab mal wieder vergessen was ich oben geschrieben habe, lach.
Jedoch ist die Geschichte wirklich gut weitergeführt oder besser die Vorgeschichte passt gut zu der Hauptgeschichte..., naja lange Geschichte kurz es fügt sich vieles zusammen. Man versteht endlich!

Es gab am Anfang noch einige Bugs die schnell behoben wurden und nun wurde ein Comic erschaffen der sehr vielversprechend aussieht und da ich Comics schon immer liebte... werde ich ihn mir eventuell kaufen.

Die Atmospähre in dem Spiel empfand ich als weniger gruselig als Teil 1 dafür aber mysteriöser.
Also es führt nichts dran vorbei, wenn ihr wissen wollt was es alles auf sich hatte in Teil 1 müsst ihr euch Teil 2 besorgen.

Nur Mut die Steuerung ist gut^^Jetzt.

Geht so weil das Spiel so verbuggt ist und 0 Gruselig mann muss jedes mal wie ein doofen von jemanden wegrennen das es irgendwann echt langweilig wird.

Atmosphärisch recht gut aber technisch eine einzige Katastrophe. Bugs über Bugs. Ich überlege jetzt ob ich erstmal abbreche und dann vielleicht nach dem 80. update wieder einsteige. (Dies war meine Rezension nach 8 Sunden Spielzeit)

Habe das Spiel (nach dem 8. Patch) dann doch zu Ende gespielt. Technische Mängel (ärgerlich z. B. bei den Speicherpunkten) waren bis zu letzt spürbar. Man kann das Spiel wohl in weniger als 7 Stunden durchspielen; ich habe ob der vielfachen Neuversuche 17 Stunden benötigt. Insgesamt bleibt mein Fazit; ich spreche keine Empfehlung aus.

Als Fan des ersten Teils hab ich mir natürlich auch Remothered Part 2 geholt. Bislang kann ich nicht klagen, es macht wirklich Spaß und ist spannend. Wie auch der erste Teil ist das Gameplay mit Alien Isolation zu vergleichen. (Story, Verstecken, Schleichen, Crafting , Fallen stellen oder Verfolger abschütteln) Die Bugs scheinen jetzt größtenteils behoben zu sein. Deshalb stehen die Reviews zu meinem derzeitigen Stand (Oktober 2020) noch auf negativ. Ich denke das wird sich ändern. Ich hoffe, dass auch einige der alten Reviewer bereit sind ihr Review zu ändern, wenn sie dann sehen, dass die aktuelle Version gut spielbar ist.

Da ich selbst Indie Entwickler bin (Dead age 2, Grotesque Tactics) weiß ich wie schwierig es zu Beginn ist alle Bugs zu finden. Im Vergleich zu Triple A spielen hat man weniger Möglichkeiten und Manpower auf verschiedenen PCs zu testen. Als Empfehlung an die Entwickler einfach das nächste Mal Early Access zu verwenden. Allerdings hatte ich trotzdem zu Beginn ebenfalls diese negativen Kommentare, also nicht so einfach. ;) Muss man wohl vorher noch mehr freiwillige Tester einsetzen.

Geht gar nicht. 4 Stunden gespielt, 4 mal so verbuggt das ich raus musste aus dem Game und es neugestartet habe. Das ist leider super nervig. Auch die Cutscenes sind eher so lala, da diese abrupt enden oder sogar Objekte verschwinden. Die Steuerung ist auch eher Spielerunfreundlich, da sie sehr schwerfällig und langsam ist.. Echt schade, denn das erste Teil war wirklich der Hammer und ich hatte mich so auf Teil 2 gefreut. Aber leider hat man mit Remothered: Broken Porcelain uns ein sehr unfertiges Game geliefert.

Unforgettable game.

Despite all the roughness of games from little studios, it accomplished its commitment. It became art.

It might be just me, because I love narrative games with a nice story, like interactive novels. I just loved this game.
The game is very rough around the edges. A couple of bugs with object positioning, hit boxes and clipping, beside frustrating combat encounters where sometimes you get trapped against a wall and the enemy in front, incappable of escaping. These bugs and flaws are pretty insignificant contrasting with every feature of combat, movement, narration and design.
For hours I was very confused but thankfully the plot was unraveled completely by the end. What an amazing journey it was!
Although this is the continuation of Tormented Fathers, this is a prequel and intends to explain every mistery in relation with the moth parasite and everyone involved in that project. The story then focuses plenty on investigation of crimes and the reason behind them. I never saw coming their curve ball; a love story. A very intense and beautiful love story.

I love this game so so much <3

I played a lot of this over Christmas on PS4 and wasn't expecting it to be a spooky wlw story so I had to buy it again on pc. I experienced one bug on console (stuck in crouch) but nothing major on here so it's definitely playable now! The graphics felt kind of blurry even on the highest and that was my only issue. It really is worth playing, especially if you're wlw :)

I'd pass on this one till they iron out some more of the bugs. Story is good and music is fantastic but overall the controls were horrible.

There were several parts of the game that actually had me looking up a strategy guide to figure out what I was missing. Especially the part with the jukebox halfway through. Almost all the objectives and gameplay issues could be easily addressed with simple button prompts to the players.

It's unplayable. I liked the first game, but this one is a disappointment:
* Freezes! When I trigger an event by getting to some point or picking something game freezes for up to one minute...
* Enemies teleport from place to place - this one is at least funny.
* Objectives are often confusing and just... random (like the [spoiler] fire extingiusher one. I mean... why the extinguisher, why not some random things I have in equipment, or letter opener, or...? [/spoiler]).
* You cannot have immersion when the door you're peeking through suddenly rotate 180degs.

This game was a 7/10 for me. I'm not sure what the game was like upon day one of release but I had little to no bugs nor did I get trapped, glitched or stuck anywhere. I think that's where most of the negative reviews come from, the other half is the confusing ass story and I only say that because this game expects that you play the first one... the writing is a bit amateurish and cheesy at times, characters change tones and accents. This could've easily been solved if they did a second take. The new mechanics aren't too bad and easy to get used to. This game is well worth your money and time playing if you're a fan of classic survival horror. This game breathes classic Italian horror of Dario Argento. The atmosphere and hauntingly depressing yet charming music fits the theme of the game well and the survival horror elements are straight out of the early 2000s golden age of horror, though more refined. The story and setting are like a mashup of the movie Phenomena and the game Rule of Rose. The devs must've been fans.
I can't wait for the 3rd and last Remothered game, I hope the devs learned from this one that it's better to refine a game and delay release then release a buggy game and patch it after everyone gives the game poor reviews.

to be fair I only played for like 20 mins but within those 20 mins were enough to make me refund the game. those 20 mins were spent in the intro after the opening scene was over and i honestly thought i did something wrong cause the first enemy is right on you with nothing to be done. so i reloaded, and when he struck me, my character tumbled into one of the columns in the room and i phased right in, couldn't move or be hurt anymore so reload. third run, i explore and press the crouch button to see if i was meant to go into a vent looking part in one of the rooms and then my character proceeds to magnetize to a wall in a hug the wall stance, so i pull myself out and my character is stuck in that pose, she moves, runs all while frozen in that pose and that was enough for me. so time to refund, and its a shame cause i enjoyed the first one.

Everything about this game is exceptionally bad. The story is probably the worst I've had in a game in the last decade, with the developer taking it much too serious (i.e., it's unfortunately not humorously bad...). Calling the control janky is an understatement. And then there's the insane gameplay mechanics, such as levelling abilities you will never ever use. Don't even play this joke even if you got it for free...

Beautiful. Somehow even more so than Tormented Fathers. The graphics are gorgeous, and the soundtracks in the game are so amazing, I actually listen to them in my free time occasionally. I have no idea why people are saying this game is boring - it's quite the contrary. The dialogue is very realistic; at the beginning of the game, Lindsay and Jennifer have an argument and it's actually realistic and even a bit funny. It feels like each character has their own personality, and it's nice like that. I'm glad this game was so cheap when I got it compared to the original price, but I would have bought it either way. I have seen people say that the game's story sucks, but I think it makes a lot of sense, especially if you play both this game and Tormented Fathers, which is one of my favourite games ever. I would recommend this game to anyone. It's dark enough to please anyone who wants to play a game with a creepy atmosphere, but not too scary as to make you hate the game itself, and I think that is a perfect combination. There were so many things to do that I was a bit concerned that I'd forget the controls, but they're enough to where I didn't have to constantly look back that the tutorial, which I am thankful for, and the simple controls (left click, right click, control, etc) didn't take any fun out of the game (it actually made it more fun. I hate spending half the game looking back at controls). There are also some nice secrets, and a lot of achievements to complete if you run out of things to do once you finish the game. I'm not one for lore, but this game actually made it pretty interesting to search for connections between Broken Porcelain and Tormented Fathers. Thank you for such a wonderful game, I don't regret buying at all. Probably gonna play it a few times over, too.

I much preffered first game this one is ok the story can get confusing at times when it goes into past and back to present I did encounter 2 bug issues but that was solved by reloading the game.
All in all a 7 out of 10.

To be honest, if you don't play Chris's first game, you may have a question mark on your head about whole perfect story. I love that game!
I'm a huge fan of Remothered : Tormented Fathers, but that game's graphics insanely better. I like to play hide'n seek again. You can tie a rope to door, yeah that was such an good detail. You can craft weapons with some materials. Love mechanics. Andrea was my favorite enemy. She was quite spooky when she's stitching. I like nostalgic clothes, porcelain's whistle and moth key upgrades.. All you have to do is play that game. Cliche is coming guys. Play at night with headphones! Thanks Chris!

I only made it about 1 hour into the first one, but decided to try this one anyway.
Lots of improvements over the first one- walk and crouch speed is much better, generous auto-saves, and in the first area you not not constantly being hunted, which gives you a chance to learn the area and collect items.
Fight sequences are definitely annoying and unpolished, and the last enemy is a little too fast.
Overall I'd give it about a 3/5. The story leans on some problematic tropes and the latter half has a lot more fight sequences than the first half, but I appreciate its improvements over the first and had a pretty decent time.

i cant follow anything with the story. The gameplay is beyond boring and too repetitive. I sat and beat it in 5 hours and got scared only like 4 times. Its so stupidly trying to grasp at dumb tropes and strings and I cant get into it at all. This game gets a 4/10 in my book.

By offering a prequel to his horror-psychological game, Chris Darril has the merit of bringing us a little more precision on the story, while putting a final touch to Rosemary Reed's adventures. It's a pity that the production of the title isn't up to the task and that the gameplay is so tedious — not to mention the inconsistency of the game. Additionally, the numerous bugs sure don't help. There were ideas, but unfortunately, they were not successfully implemented.

Needs more work, feels more like a beta than a complete game. I found it was hard to know what i needed to do next half the time. The story was a bit hard to follow at certain points. I still feel like I dont know what just happened but maybe i needed to know the back story a bit more. I want the game to be good because I liked the first one, so ill give it a thumbs up. But it needs a lot of work.

Compared with the first game, this one was worst for me, mainly in the gameplay by being buggy many times and making me die many times
Too much dialogue and sometime a little bit confusing to understand the timeline of the story
If the first game is more like Silent Hill and Resident Evil, in this one is more like Life is Strange and Obscure because of the lack of intensity and horror most of the time
However, I enjoyed the game, mostly because of the story that has very good writing but many times don't have a good execution telling the story
I give a 7/10 mostly because of the storytelling, If the story wasn't good, this game would be mediocre like a 6/10

Graphics--------8/10 (better than the first game but not too much)
Level Design----7/10 (not a free roam open world like the first game, but still, is a well designed shining hotel style, but some chapters are restricted from the hotel)
Music-----------7/10 (not as good as the first game)
Sound-----------7/10 (I felt that the whistling was very annoying)
Story-----------8/10 (great story filling the gaps left from the first game)
Gameplay--------5/10 (so disapointed that is worse than the first game, were I died by being trapped close to the stalkers because of bugs, very annoying sometimes)

This game is about filthy girls who just won't do their chores.
But more seriously it feels like a love letter to Italian 80s Giallo movies and specifically Dario Argento's Phenomena and Suspiria, which were also an inspiration for Clock Tower and Haunting Ground. So, if you like those things, you'll probably enjoy this game.
My complain is a lack of synth music.

edit: So I've played through it 3 times now. Initial play to just enjoy the game and 2 more times to get all the achievements. I absolutely love this game. More than 1st part. So I want to address some of negative reviews. There are a number of complains about stealth mechanics and bugs. It crashed for me just once when I was alt-tabing a bunch from full screen mode to a item location guide. That's all and that's not unusual, maybe engine's problem rather than game's. Could be that it was patched recently. About stealth: it is not Metal Gear, that's true, however I thought it was fine. Stabbing can be a bit wonky but you can play through the whole game without stabbing anyone. I think developers intended for people to explore the house and craft items rather than try to just sneak up and stab enemies. When you stun an enemy with an item stabbing works fine. Maybe it could have been communicated better - that you should stun an enemy if you want to stab it. While milking achievements I also discovered some unexpected mechanics, e.g. enemies can hurt each other and you can knock out two guys with one stun grenade so for me even getting that 50 stab achievement was fun. So don't think of this game as Metal Gear and enjoy story and atmosphere and if you come from 1st part, think of this as Aliens to Alien or Terminator 2 to Terminator - less horror, more action and plot twists.

Although Broken Porcelain suffers from weird pacing (so many loading screens cutting the flow of the game) and slightly uninteresting enemies compared to Tormented Fathers, the game introduces new mechanics and gives a lot of answers to some of the mysteries of the lore.

It's understandable that this second game would be bigger in scope, but from the way it was launched to the way it's structured as a game shows that devs were kinda lost in all of it. I really like and believe in the franchise and hope that the last installment will be tighter.

Absolute pile of manure. It should be called Remothered: Broken Game. The stealth system is borked as hell making it almost impossible to sneak behind Andrea as she seems to have eyes in the back of her head.

This game is currently in the Humble Bundle for April 2021. If you are interested in the game and it's before March 4th, 2021, consider picking up the game as part of the current monthly bundle.

After an playing an hour to review for the Humble Choice April 2021 Bundle:

This feels like a game made by people who didn’t understand what they were making. The opening begins with a massive exposition dump of the first game that introduces more plotlines than a Metal Gear game all at once. It’s a story that does not need to exist, as this title doesn’t seem to connect.

However much of Remothered: Broken Porcelain seems to be introducing more elements of the plot without attempting to resolve or connect any of them, and before long the player won’t care about the story. It’s just a big problem that the gameplay is even worse. While the big creepy Stalker will scare you at first, actually being attacked by her makes you realize she has almost no way of damaging the player.

The game mostly involves sneaking around weak AI, trying to solve puzzles and deal with more awful scenarios, but everything Remothered does is low quality. The animations, the sound, the AI, the gameplay, the controls, and there are still bugs.

Pick this up if you want a janky game, I don’t think I can recommend this to anyone else. It’s extremely rough in every single aspect.

Most people here writing the negative reviews didn't play the first game and didn't understand the story at all.

You HAVE to play the game before to know what happens in this game.

I've played both remothered games in my stream yesterday (10 hour stream in total) and it was astonishing, the graphics, the gameplay and the story was well written.

The Remothered saga is till now awesome! Ambient and atmosphere match perfectly with characters, and the plot is complex and original enough to get your attention thrilled through the entire game.
Bonds and plot twists with the previous chapter are of major importance and made me play again Tormented Fathers and appreciate all the details both in the storyline and characters history.
With the last new patches is way more enjoyable and absolutely steady, even if there are still some mechanisms that are not totally fluid, they are far from presenting serious problems.

Waiting for the next chapter!

Absolutely loved the game. Followed the first game really well and a lot more of the story was told. Not many games have such a great storyline.
I found the fighting scenes quite challenging but doable. I did have a problem with a lot of the animations...I think the developers need to do some work on this. At times I couldn’t get the character to move when in a fighting situation which was very frustrating. I also had trouble picking up items. You had to find the curser spot quite specifically. This worked a lot better in the first game. All in all though a fantastic game but just think it needs a bit of work to improve it.

For anyone that played previous title the story unfolds and finish rather nicely, so you will not be dissapointed at the end. However it felt the horror aspect of the game that the first one had was left out, this one did not feel scary at all and gameplay was rather tedious, mechanics are just too simple and unnecessary, it felt like they are there so you are not just walking around doing nothing. Story wise was a good improvement though, and is the best aspect of the game. Hopefully in the next games the gameplay can be improve so it does not feel that monotonous.

Broken Porcelain takes all the elements from the first game , makes some of them better , and some of them much worst.

whats better :
1- graphics are significantly improved
2-the creepy atmosphere is still solid , added more enemies and characters and smarter puzzles.
3-gameplay is somehow better as they added alot of distraction and crafting weapons and alternate escaping routes.

whats worse :
1-story is straight messed up , its neither scary or interesting or nothing positive , its just gives the reaction of wtf was the writer thinking when he come up with this plot.
2-following the story the characters is also doing illogical things and dumb as hell , they are not poorly written but more like badly written , things with them just seems to escalate fast and without any logic.
3-from technical side they game still buggy and have some issues but its def better than when it was released , i encountered some problems that has been solved by reloading a save or restarting the game.

in summery its not a bad game but rather a 'mediocre' one , my personal advice that if you are interested in trying this franchise is to try the tormented fathers first , since broken porcelain serves as a prequel and sequel at the same time , and if you like it and interested to know how to story will unfold you can play this one.

I'm a big Clock Tower fan, and I really liked the first Remothered game over all. It had issues, but they were all minor things that could be improved in a sequel.... And that didn't really happen.

I feel the game is very focused on its story, which... unfortunately doubles down on the transphobia of the last game, while adding in a tragic queer romance that is the emotional core of the game. Maybe they won't bother you, but they really dragged the story down for me.

I'm curious to see what this dev does next, I hope they can learn from their mistakes and grow, cause there is a talent there.

With the recent patches I can finally recommend this to everybody. The game runs smoothly even on the modest PC, controls are still a bit clunky but no major bugs. It's definitely more linear and action heavy, and while I miss the dreadful atmosphere and suspense of Tormented Fathers, I can appreciate this game for trying to do something different. I enjoy the story and world of Remothered immensely and can't wait for Chapter 3.

Great horror experience. I have waited a bit before buying this game and I am very happy for the choice. The atmosphere is terrifying, gameplay is easy to learn and hard to master, characters stalk you very hard, graphics are very good for an indie game. I see a lot of patches and bug fixes from the developers, which means they care for the product. Remothered Broken Porcelain is a good addition to the library of horror fans. Strongly recommended!

I have played this game on release, with the updates, and also just today and I'll still play it to see how they fix the game.

You'll see a lot of bad reviews of this game. Well, the game has improved a lot and they are still at it, and they listen to the community and the updates come pretty fast honestly.

Now for the game:

I really loved it, if you played the first game you must play this one. I cried with the ending and everything hahaha
There are some bad things tho, the storytelling is still...not good, not very good, if you don't understand the story from before, you are gonna be so lost. I hope Chris Darril finds a better writter for the scripts and scenes of the game because it's a mayor problem that not only this game has, but the first one too.

That being said, as of today, I recommend this game.

LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE this game. There is one thing I disliked about the controls, running away was frustrating because sometimes it wouldn't register to run until a couple of seconds later. This has caused me to get hit multiple times and of course, I was raging lol. Overall, I was able to get through the game without issues.

What do Layers of Fear, Amnesia, A Song of Horror, Outlast, Remothered: Tormented Fathers, Resident Evil 7 and SOMA have in common? They are all better than Remothered: Broken Porcelain. I can only recommend the game to fans of the horror genre who are absolutely starved for a new adventure and have already played through everything else.

A confusing camera perspective, a confusing story, a monotonous storyline with the opening of countless drawers or box doors, an unnecessary crafting system, the limited save function, and all this garnished with many bugs make Remothered: Broken Porcelain a game, with which you don't necessarily have to waste your time. There are far better ones in the genre.

Target Audience: For Twitch Streamers who want their viewers to laugh at their descent into insanity.

Summary:

I would like to say that I'm just disappointed, but no, I'm actually angry at this one.

Not only did the release date on this game get moved up, but it got moved up despite obviously not being ready for prime time. Yes, I didn't play the first game (which I do give credit for having the summary video), but the game is not only a technical mess, but it's a nightmare of gameplay and design decisions. It's almost like there was no direction in how to handle the game, as a loose set of features and ideas came together in what may be my worst experience since The Quiet Man. Yes. That Quiet Man.

The game looks nice, and the storytelling being so off the wall adds to the horror experience. There's some good voice actors here. That's about all I'll say positively.

The game is a mess. Glitches. Bugs. No kind of introduction to mechanics that obviously you need to know. Inconsistency rule sets about how enemies are damaged, and when they hear you or not. Unclear factors about how the world works for and against you. Inconsistent rules in story that makes you question if the first draft of the script was actually the final one. Weird physics glitches where hair will float and make you think that you're now in a true ghost story. Gameplay that's frustrating in all the bad ways. For a game that is 30 dollars in total.

Look, I'm not mincing words, there's too many overlooked horror and indie games as a whole for this game to even get a second glance from anyone. Do. Not. Buy.

The weird storytelling at times somehow works. You feel offput as much as the character is, confused at what is going on and what is to come.
Visually it looks reasonable.
Some good voice actors.

Negatives:

How. Did. This. Get. Moved. Up. In. Release. Date. Seriously, the sheer amount of bugs I ran into on a stream, whether it be getting locked into death loops or characters literally spawning out of the cutscene they were in, suggests that the game was not ready for prime time at all.
No seriously, the bugs. I'm emphasizing this point. This game needs at least 4/5 more passes of polish.
The animation work is janky in every sense of the word. It doesn't look like the good kind of janky either, it just sorta makes you feel like the game is about to fall apart.
The game barely teaches you its mechanics, and then contradicts them very shortly afterward. You don't know what to believe, and again, not in a good way.
Even with that said, level design at times is confusing in a bad way, as you can get easily caught on things that you have no right to get caught on, and can lead to just....boring sequences.
The AI is so inconsistent that you'd think that'd help the horror factor....but no. It just makes you more frustrated.
Really questionable AI that just decides to stop going at you at times despite the fact that Its whole job is to kill you.
Weapons (especially ranged weapons) have unknown ranges and it really just feels like it's easier to have them attack you.
Oh, have fun with the gun guy. He'll stun lock you into oblivion.
The skill tree feels like an unnecessary addition, especially when it throws points at you more then an NBA basketball game.

Okay so first off..This game has a lot of bugs and I was one of the people that didn't have to deal with a lot of them. I simply restarted my save and went back into It. I do have a few cons, The combat is clonky and weird at times, aiming and hitting the stalkers were pretty annoying at times too.

I feel that the Porcelain boss was way too op, It took me an hour to aim right and kill him because he kept coming after me and I couldn't get away fast enough to kill him, but I was able to do It in the end. Or at lest fix the combat to make It easier to aim in the future. It really upsets me that such a game got a lot of negative reviews but I understand that It happens. The pro is the story, It was honestly fucking amazing, It explained so much from the first game and I was so into It and learning more, It made so much more sense as to way Reed was looking for her. [spoiler] When I found out Reed was Linn I was flipping out, but had a slight feeling that It was her. [/spoiler] And the ending make me cry, lool. Again this is just how I feel about It.

People are free to express how they felt about It and I respect that, I hope after most of the bugs are fixed people may change their minds. And people say It's a three hours game, which I guess is true in a way, I'm guessing people were rushing because I beat this game in ten hours because I was exploring and looking around for notes and such, getting a sense of everything that was happening. I say, get It and form your own thoughts before you see all the bad reviews, because despite the bugs you'll find a beautiful story-line.

They really emphasized the 'Broken' in 'Broken Porcelain'.

Story, soundtrack, and character design is absolutely fantastic and a literal 10/10, but with how buggy it is I would say it is unplayable. Wait until they fix the game.

Remothered: Broken Porcelain is a stealth horror game that builds on the earlier game and is bigger and better in every way.
It sure is a lot better than some other titles out there.
Pros
- It can be very intense and fun game with good music, voice acting and brutal cutscenes.
- Story is interesting with mysterys and unexpected plot twists.
- The atmosphere and design with it's graphics is nice.
- It is indeed scary and got extreme violence.

Cons:
- How easily you get spotted can be annoying.
- Movement animations and lipsync.

It's very enjoyable and i hope they continue to make such successful content.
