A serious bug preventing progress in the game has been fixed. Thank you for your reports via the game and on Discord, they were very helpful. Special thanks to Shikia:

If your car reset below the textures, just click ctrl+shift+h and it will reset.
If you experience drops in game performance, be sure to change “SNOW QUALITY” in the performance settings. I notice that many players forget about this despite the information provided.
