You receive 1x Veteran Fire Demon’s Tome for free every day in the TERA Shop. You can also purchase more tomes there.
Right click the tome to open it and fine out which one of 18 possible letters between A and R it contains.
Find Darkan and his minions in Highwatch to collect more runestones to exchange. Later on you might also get some special rewards from his minions in exchange for various tokens.

You’ll also receive the Veteran Fire Demon’s Tome every Saturday and Sunday during the event for 2 and 4 hours of time spent online!
