This issue, which occurred prior to the temporary maintenance on May 9 (Fri), has since been resolved.
As of today, compensation has been delivered to Rune Hunters who purchased the Equipment Summon Selection Box during the affected period.

- Compensation Eligibility:
Rune Hunters who purchased the [Gear Summon Ticket Selection Chest] from the Ghieva Coin Event Shop between the maintenance on May 8 (Thu) and the issue fix on May 9 (Thu).
- Compensation Item: 9 Gear Summon Ticket Selection Chests will be provided for each purchase record
- Compensation Period: May 9(Fri), 2025 16:00 (UTC+9)
※ Rewards are sent to your mailbox, and you must obtain your compensation directly.
※ The event reward will be sent via mail once per account for both modes, and the mail will be stored for 30 days (720 hours).
└ You can only obtain the reward from either Standard or Season Mode.
