Fixes:
- Fixed multiple cases of broken dialogues in [spoiler]Quetza Temer[/spoiler] that prevented further progression;
- Fixed one of the options in the "Hunting Grounds" quest that prevented the quest from continuing;
- Fixed a rare case where when the Deluxe Pack obtained after the playthrough has already started, was not recognized by the game;
- Fixed a rare case of saved game producing a long fatal error message and throwing the player back to the main menu when loading.
