Gameplay Improvements

• [i]Module Damage Rework:[/i] Modules can no longer be permanently destroyed. Instead, they enter a new "Critically Damaged" state before automatically recovering. Reloads now pause instead of resetting.
• Submarines are now playable in Operations, with increased mobility, Call Patrol Bomber support, and enabled torpedo shotgunning.
• [i]Clan Battles Season 31 "Mahi-Mahi" begins, plus Ranked Battles and three new Brawls across September and October.[/i]

The Laffey Dockyard Continues

• [i]20 Dockyard phases (18 via missions, 2 with Doubloons).[/i]

10th Anniversary Wishing Wharf
