in game custom livery catalogue a car may have a sticker icon,, dlc sticker means the car has a sticker from the livery dlc sticker set on it and and the car is a dlc car

obviously you would need the dlc car to be able to use it but i had no idea that that person also has to have the DLC sticker set in order to download and use a DLC sticker symbol custom livery, which im guessing is why some cars cant be downloaded.

and WHY the hell did you separate those stickers from the game for the most part we have to avoid them because not everyone can use those cars now ːsteamfacepalmːːsteamfacepalmː
