- Functionality to switch monitors (You can now switch the monitor the game runs on by pressing Shift + Windows + left/right arrow).
- A new automatic tooltip that informs players about the currently playing song.
- Balance adjustments for plagues (in DLCs).
- Improvements to both [i]Rise of Caesar[/i] scenarios (balancing and minor issue fixes).
- A new warning message that alerts players when a new game window is loading and may take a moment.
- Enhanced experimental Portuguese translations.
- Improved experimental Korean translations.
- Polish translation improvements (thanks to Anna).
- All projects upgraded to .NET Framework 4.8.1.
- Multiple AI improvements, including better handling of supplies, weather (in [i]Rise of Caesar[/i] DLC), economy, and tactics.
- Fixed an issue where the popup for influencing a tile was missing.
- Corrected an issue where the same faction's flag appeared for newly emerging players.
- Adjusted diplomacy window illustration sizes.
