Base Game

- [p]Fixed an issue where the Mysterious Signal quest could sometimes not progress properly[/p][/*]
- [p]Fixed an issue where the Mysterious Signal quest junction could fail to spawn enough anchors to summon a Gateway[/p][list]
- [p]This does not block quest progression, as the objective would still advance if players abandoned trip to return to the garage, but we’ve smoothed the experience out just in case[/p][/*]
- [p]Headlight quirks no longer stack by triggering automatically, reducing the ten thousand million lumen headlight effect[/p][/*]
- [p]Artifacts that affect car speed no longer achieve faster-than-light-speeds through automatic interactions[/p][/*]
