Today’s update focuses on polish and fixes. We also wanted to share a few things happening behind the scenes.
As mentioned in our previous devlogs, we’re currently working on the final two mechanics planned for Chapter Three:
- Courtesans' management
- Moonshining system
Important note: the moonshining and courtesan mechanics are not part of this patch yet, so you’ll need to be a little more patient before they arrive in the game.
A peek inside the Moonshinery

This will be one of the larger mechanics in the game.
You’ll produce your own alcohol in the basement of one of the buildings. The process will include six different stations. You'll do everything from preparing the mash to shipping the finished product.
Our programming team has already completed work on the first four stations. Our artists are now preparing the final 3D models for the game.
What about the courtesans?

We want the courtesans to be some of the most colorful NPCs in town. This will be possible thanks to expanded outfit customization options. We're combining it with dedicated animations that capture their light and graceful nature.
Contest results

Many of you told us that the name “Courtesans” is clear and easy to understand, so we’ve decided to keep it. Thank you for helping us confirm that choice.
The winner of our contest is CrowMars, who suggested the term Scarlet Ladies. We liked it so much that we’ll definitely use it somewhere in the game’s script.
Congratulations, and enjoy your extra Steam key!
Balance changes and improvements
Today’s patch improves several systems already included in the game to enhance the overall gameplay experience.
The changes include adjustments to balance and overall game feel for both the pickpocketing and fistfight mechanics. That includes: new sounds, polished effects, player feedback, and better control.
Time to redecorate!
Spring is finally here! So we added the option to customize the windows in your saloon.
We’re also adding a new batch of furniture to the game. Visit Earl’s and Addie’s shops to see what they’ve prepared.

Look for items from the Timber and Longhorn furniture sets. Some of these pieces were already in the game, but we’ve renamed them so it’s easier to collect full matching sets.

Thank you, as always, for your support, feedback, and patience.
If you encounter any bugs, please report them on our Discord or in the Bug Reports thread in Steam Discussions - it helps us improve the game step by step.
See you in Blueberry (and on Discord)!
